Hi,
Does anybody have the .apk file for Dolphin Browser Beta. It's listed on Play but will not install, other people reporting the same problem too - looks like it's been taken down for some reason.
I've just installed a new ROM and this is the browser I use, so the .apk would be very useful.

I found this link on looking for the apk (as did I your post).
Installs well, but I cannot vouch for its integrity.
(Sometimes it pays to be sceptical of stray apks).

If you've managed to mod some apps to work in multiwindow mode, pls upload them to this thread. I will try to organize these apps for the ones who cannot mod the apps to work in multiwindow mode.

Also for the ones rooted and has 4.1.2., xperiacle discovered a new and easy way for multiwindow feature. You can have all your apps in multiwindows just in seconds.

Modded Apps:
First uninstall the original app, then install the modded one. If it is a system app, you have to be rooted to uninstall it. Remember, you won't get Google Play updates for the modded apps. You can always uninstall the modded app and reinstall the original one. By this way Google Play update will be available as usual.

Use an alternative browser to internet explorer it has a problem with downloadling apk files from xda, with google chrome for example you download the attachments as apks.

Something special that needs to be done for the YouTube app? It always tells me file not installed.
Everything else works, though (so far).

Nevermind. I had to do a battery pull for some reason. Locked up on the last install attempt. Now its fine.
I tried papyrus and didnt work, do you need to be rooted? or how would it work... i dont see the option to run another app on multiwindow nor does it appear when i click multiwindow on other multiwindow enabled app

Hey Folks,
I have been tasked with running Chrome out of KitKat in fullscreen mode. i.e. auto start kiosk mode. I would have initially went with a WebView app but WebView in KitKat doesn't support WebRTC and the web app needs this function so I am stuck with the Chrome Browser.
I need to figure out the latest version of Chrome that will run on KitKat. Can I just pull an APK from another installation?

Hello everybody,
So today I noticed while trying to download something, that google chrome was downloading that thing with it's own downloader and not the built-in one on my phone (OP3).
I uninstalled updates to chrome and this time the downloads worked as expected via built-in android downloader.
Any fix? Is this a new "feature"? I hope it gets fixed.
Please feel free to help me with solutions!!
