Hi everyone, this is my first thread, i'm from Argentina, sorry for my lame english.
I've recently aquired this pseudo galaxy s phone, i9003, and i'm looking for unbranded firmwares or kernels for my phone.
info *#1234#
PDA: I9003LUBKB1
PHONE: I9003LUBKB1
CSC: I9003LPSNKB1
Kernel: 2.6.32.9 latin.umts samsung #1
Thanks so much!!! Seeya

mmm... i got a i9003 from chile and my firmware is I9003LUBKC2 and i can't find it anywhere
And i want to try install XXKB3 but say it can cause problems with the display or could not connect to 3G network ... is this true?
any suggestions?
I think there might be problems with the baseband..but is there a way to flash it and work?
Sent from my GT-I9003L using Tapatalk
Yes, i have Personal!!!
The main issue is the baseband, here we have 850, same as Canada i think. But i could not find a firmware with this modem.
Just in case, my advice is do not install any of the firmwares from the other post, cause i've heard of cases when latamerica phones bricks.
Any kind of help would be appreciated.
Seeya

For east Europe use XXKPQ for vest Europe use XWKPG
Thanks - I'll have a look around for XWKPG.
Kind regards
Dave
Hold on - that seems to be an indian firmware, rather than a european one? is that OK for my device?
This is what I'm getting for the current version
PDA: I9003XWKB4
PHONE: 19003XXKB1
CSC: I9003OXXKB2
I thought OXX was portugal, so now I'm even more confused!

Assuming that there really is no gingerbread XEU firmware (which I'm having a hard job believing, this is a current model on sale in the stores right now) then that might be the only way to do it. But I really want to find an official XEU GB firmware for the I9003 if there is one out there.
Is there anyone else here who has an unlocked I9003 UK model? what firmware are you running?
Need XEU
I too have a GT-I9003 which I bought online last year. The original CSC was TGY (Hong Kong I think).
I flashed XXKPE/XXKPQ/XXKPU so I now have latest Gingerbread but I am stuck with a CSC of SER (Poland or Russia?).
Everything works fine. Kies sees it as latest. It's just annoying to be stuck with an eastern CSC.
Would also welcome any tips on how to get to CSC of XEU.
Rather wary of spoof apps.

Here is the thing, my girlfriend bought an used Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (GT-I5100) in Thailand and was going to let me set it up and update it to newest firmware.
When I got IT and wanted to update to Jelly Bean, I found out it has Italian product code (Italy - ITV) and is stuck on version 4.0.3 (PDA: P5100XWALD7, Modem: P5100XXLD7 and CSC: P5100ITVALE2) and I can't change the language to Thai for her so she understands what's what when she is using it.
So my question:
Is it possible for me to get the stock rom for Thailand and flash it via Odin so she can have the tablet on Thai and so she can receive the latest updates?
I'm new to the Android rooting and flashing world so if this is possible can someone direct me to an good how-to guide for doing this.
Thanks

I wouldn't hold your breath, still waiting for ANY official JB for our P6810 model.....
In the meantime, would advise to just manually update your device with Odin. I believe DXMD3 has most SE Asia languages, including Chinese and English. There are Odin guides in this forum and elsewhere in XDA and firmware from sammobile.com or samsung-updates.com

Not sure if I get your problem. For the HK model you can use the Singapore official JB version.
Model: GT-P6800
Country: Singapore
Version: Android 4.1.2
Changelist: N/A
Build date: N/A
Product Code: XSP
PDA: P6800DXMD3
CSC: P6800OLBMD3
MODEM: P6800DXMD3
There are actually 4 different versions on Sammobile for download.
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/3/?download=14438
I used one of the carrier free ones. Runs fine, smooth and stable. Big improvement over 4.0.4 ICS.
It comes with all Asian languages (Thai, Chinese, whatever). So it should suffice for any HK device.
Yes.. you can update it with the singapore rom. this is what ive done. Ive downloaded the singapore rom and Ive flashed it on my tablet... and it is working fine. Absolutely no problem.
If that was not clear from my post... I run the Singapore Version (DXMD3) too - for a few months now.
Best official ROM so far for me, recommended.
So I've just got my new Galaxy SII plus today and I'm sorta a total newb when it comes to the world of flashing . I'm wondering if it's possible to flash a stock firmware from another country in this case possibly a Hong Kong (I9105PZSAMH1) firmware, over a stock firmware from a different country/region of the phones origin (in this case some European countries (Italy, France, Belgium, United Kingdom etc. with the firmware number I9105PXXAMC2).
If I were to do this, would there be any side affects (like bricking) or would the phone work fine and exactly the same as it should be?
Has anyone tried this before?
Thanks in advance

Yes bro I had been doing this practice for years. And no side effects at all. Go ahead and flash other country's frimware. Only csc differs.

I just want to confirm, if I were to flash another stock from a different region, would I be flashing the radio (the baseband version) from that region as well?
Because I'm in Australia, and because I'm flashing a HK stock firmware over the European firmware.
and I'm unsure if the HK baseband version will work just as well as the current baseband version that I'm using. (Which is working very well)
Because apparently the radio towers in HK are closer together there, where as here they are further apart.

Hi,
Update:
Can someone help me find any download source of this firmware,
Galaxy S6 DUOS, SM-G920FD
As I wanted to revert back to my unrooted + clean version of my phone when new update to Lollipop comes.
And if I feel to just reset everything, (sluggish/crawling) performance on my phone, a full flashing of stock firmware will be a good solution for me.
But unfortunately, from SamMobile firmware website, they do not have that kind of firmware on my phone.
Can you please, if any, share your firmware . Any help will be appreciated.
Details:
AP: G920FXXU1AODE
CP: G920FXXU1AODE
CSC: G920FOJV1AODE
Model: SM-G920FD
Android version: 5.0.2
A sigh of relief, i have found an existing post from this, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=61221936&postcount=226, a big thanks to him, its the one Im looking for
However, the firmware I have says that the CSC is from Mauritius , Im looking for CSC flashables from Philippines, FAM, GLB, OLB*, SMA, XTC, XTE
I wonder if someone could share their *CSC only zip file from Philippines, so that I could change mine. Im not sure CSC does have any issues with single sim versus dual sim?
Up this thread. Anyone?
Sammobile stock S6 firmware. Just choose your country.

I can assure you that any countries with SM-G920F is compatible with all international s6 dual phones .
I already tested firmwares of SM-G920F from Afghanistan, France, Egypt etc. It works fine for our Dual Sim version( SM-G920F)
does OTA still works after you changed firmware with a different one from other region?
G920F and G920FD firmware compatibility
There is no compatibility between the stock firmware of s6 (G920F) and s6 duos (g920fd). I tried and messed up with my phone and now got stuck on bootloader.
i suggest you use Z3X to download the firmware for G920FD because till now there is no firmware support at sammobile. i got one from z3x support
