Did you try flashing a rom? Btw you're probably not getting any responses because you're in the wrong section. Try Q&A

Is it NS or NS4G?
Sent from my Nexus S 4G using XDA App
Nexus S.
thanks.
Recently got my desire S
rooted, S-ON and unlocked bootloader
I tried flashing the sense 4.1 ROM rebirth via clockworkmod and EXT4 recovery but both have resulted in reboots into recovery.
I forgot to make a backup of my stock ROM now I am stuck.
Have tried ADB method but it just won't work
Any solution so I can try flash a different ROM so I have a phone that works?
Thanks guys
Reply ASAP
PS I have looked into this solution for hours via google and XDA. can't find a solution :/
I believe this has been answered in the Q & A thread. If not, search for 'flashing boot.img' on Google.
PS: You've posted in the wrong section.

Really? U really need to start reading the rulez before posing and the instructions before flashing. [Guide] How to root, install EXT4 recovery and custom ROM

Hi guys,
I have recently rooted my device and flashed a custom ROM (CyanogenMod), after 2 days there was an update for CM. Update was installed perfectly but then after the reboot "settings" on the phone stopped working. closed unfortunately. I went into recovery mode to flash the previous ROM. I am using "TWRP" recovery tool. This where I have done the blunder, I have wiped the system data and all of it. At the moment phone doesnt have any ROM to boot on. Please suggest me to how to flash the factory ROM or any other ROM. Can't really do anything as the phone wont boot up in regular mode (GOOGLE) thats all.

Can you sideload in TWRP?' It's even faster than pushing for the unpatient folk like me. lol
And yeah jd I still have the Rocket.
that was his first and only post, i bet he wont be back. sounds like a root toolkit child.
How?
Having said that I cannot detect the phone in the PC, how can i put the ROM in a folder?
Guess what? He's back!

Use this guide to setup fastboot. Then download the factory image to your computer. Use fastboot to install it and any other future roms.

My friend, you don't use fastboot to flash "ROMs".
Sorry woke up 5min before writing that. Running on 4hrs sleep now. Meant use fastboot to install stock image, flash a recovery. Then use custom recovery to flash future roms. Just pointing him in the right direction. With a little reading, he'll figure it out.
I flash an incompatible rom in my device which is zte v967s. I carelessly flash a custom rom that is not made in my device so after I reboot it in cwm its start up but it hang in the starting page wherein you will choose the langguage. I also cant power off the device in a natural way and after I flash it I also cant boot it into recovery so I cant restore the backup i did before I flash it. I dont know what the right thing to do so PLEASE HELP ME!!! ?? Thank You
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. You will probably have to flash the stock firmware on your device to get it working again. Unfortunately there is very little on XDA About your device. See if this helps at all, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2300622
