You have two options. Rerun the hack kit or update through settings, then run the steps I listed in the long update thread to root it then install ROM manager and flash recovery.

Added all my apks to Rom and when i install the Rom it bootloops. But,if i remove my apks the Rom installs fine.
Any ideas or a better way to add them so they will install with the Rom,or make them a flashable zip file?

When you add them do you put them in the system app folder or the data app folder?

Maybe just install your apps after it boots?
Or...if you have a lot, install them after boot and then purchase titanium backup. It makes getting back to you normal running state simple. I can flash and be up to speed in about 5 minutes.

You can reinstall as many times as you want but there will be just one kernel.

I have searched everywhere on this site and can't find how to root my phone. I suppose that's because, by now it's probably a dinosaur. People have probably gone way beyond worrying about how to root this. But hopefully I am wrong. Any ideas?

Just search "Super One Click" or "Moto Fail" in Google or this forum will get the answer
I was going to share a link to a super one click download but this forum won't let me. I suppose I need to be more popular.
