Hey everyone,
So, long story short, I was moving from a Droid X to a Droid Charge, wanted to keep my apps etc, Titanium backup'd the Droid X stuff and restored on my rooted Droid Charge. Some apps were overlapped and issues arose. I sorted them all out except for the Calendar. It wouldn't launch so I thought I had to do what I did with the other overlapped apps and delete it. Welllll...now I can't re-install the Touchwiz calendar. Can anyone help me re-install it? Or any calendar for that matter?
Thanks!
In case you are still looking for this or a few other key apps check this thread at AndroidCentral started by DroidXcon http://forum.androidcentral.com/cha...east-alpha-v4-voodoo-cwm-ed2-root-w-demo.html

Furthermore, I thought deleting all Calendar related APKs would be a good thing and now I don't even have an option to sync my Google Calendar on the phone, under My Account. Can anyone help me re-install it? Or any calendar for that matter?

just flashed miui, first thing i noticed was my apps are reinstalling themselves? did i get lucky or something? i don't recall this ever happening before after flashing a rom.
onto the real question,
is there any easy way to auto organize all the apps? I've got 100+ so it's going to be a real pain in the ass!
Thanks,
Cole
Edit: not all them came back, and the ones i restored with titanium backup aren't showing up under my apps in the market, how can i get them to show up?
Also, on the facebook sync, i don't want every person on my friends list sync'd. i chose only sync with existing contacts, but it decided to sync everything, help?

About FB i have no idea because it did that to me all the time so i gave up lol
But to make apps appear in market again I think in Titanium Backup if you long press there is a "link to market" button....havnt used it in a while tho.
EDIT: I think it was- open TB - Menu - Market Doctor... or something like that lol
For your Apps just make a folder put it on your dock bar and use it like a app drawer.
I have mine on the bottom right corner. Just put Ll your Apps in there

Hi everyone,
I bought an Atrix about 1 month ago, I like it very much and I've been playing around and trying to catch up with some android knowledge because I used BB for several years..
So yesterday I installed ADW launcher and I'm getting used to it, but I can not recover the accuweather widget. If i try to add it, it says my location already has a widget. But I can not figure out how to switch to the motoblur launcher to delete it, or delete it some other way... it might be simple but I am clueless..
Also, Gmail seems to have stopped refreshing unless I do it manually. I have switched simcards a few times to be able to download apps from the market (I am currently in China), not sure if I can reset it somehow? Other email and notifications seem to work ok.
Thanks for your advice.
So im new to root and to smart phones in general. My bf talked to me about root awhile ago and a couple weeks ago i rooted it. One of the apps that i downloaded was the Titanium, before i got pro so that i could freeze apps i got delete happy not knowing that some of your system apps are linked to one another. When i tap on my contacts widget it will open so i can scroll thru all of them but when i try to open a contact the app force closes and brings me back to my home screen. Does anyone know what system app is linked to my contacts?
Hi everybody!
Yesterday I traded my Xperia Arc for Galaxy Note. Note is positively insane! The problem is, I saved my contacts data from arc 4.0.4 with titanium backup, and when I restored them on my note 4.0.3 I'm getting an error "Unfortunately process.acore has stopped working" and obviously contacts are not there. I can resolve the problem on my note with clearing contacts data, but I don't have any other way to get my contacts back, and that's a huge problem... I tried flashing note with 4.0.4 but that didn't help. I keep getting that freaking error! Is there any way to save my contacts? It's crucially important! Thank you!
Before you make a new thread try having a look around the forums. I came up with this, which is HIGHLY related to your problems. Please have a thorough read...

Well, I tried that but it didn't work... I don't think it's a sync problem since it's another device altogether... it's probably incompatibility between system apks...
I also tried downloading contacts with kies to my pc, but kies just froze... I tried using mybackup to save contacts but mybackup FC...
Now I'm downloading a system dump from xperia arc, gonna try to install contacts.apk from arc and I'm gonna see if that works... if not I'm in a really big trouble...
WTF am I missing here? Why don't you just sync your contacts on Google - the way that Android was designed to be used?
If you don't know how to do that. There's a very safe way
Export your contacts from your People app. as VCF cards. Then import them again and import them into one of your google account, that's the way I know how to do it.
You might get double contacts and all sorts of crap but it's ok because that's your old device.
