Bonsai master key is a great way to root your phone. MOD EDIT: Link gone I think. Its free just register like you did at xda. Now xda needs to allow this link or start listening to themselves and stop requiring people to register here to see links to things. Or is xda afraid of free enterprise? Any updates on this? I installed the APK and after several attempts managed to get it running. The thought of having Portal on the go is very exciting...I just hope the project isn't abandoned.

So much can be done without rooting on webOS - even command line Linux.
Have you looked into Preware and all the options that unlocks for you?
I'm not rooted: yet I'm overclocking with complete control of my CPU, have installed many useful patches and blinged out my theme with Tux.

I'm only doing this as a promotion and warning to all users signed up with the twitter application Falcon Pro for android. Recently Falcon has reached its token limit disallowing new users to sign in with the app. The creator made a petition to rise the token limit, and it would be great it you all would sign it, even if you don't use it to show your support. It's fantastic and I totally recommend, hoping that we make it out of this mess. If this thread doesn't belong here or has already been created then it may be deleted and I apologize in advance.
The token limit was 100k and nearly half of those users are pirated Please help to keep Falcon alive, whether pirated or not.

Hey guys and gals. Today I've decided to start up on developing for the Evo Shift 4g. I am sorta new to a lot of stuff but I am experienced in the field. I don't have a computer that I dedicate to my developing at the moment so don't expect everything to be quick. I will be making themes and looking for root methods on this device for people without a PC (mainly cause all i can get my hands on is a chromebook). I will be making a thread over in the themes and apps section for my skins/themes.
