will not work on a Classic Desire .. yet
ok so i tried to port that dump and tried to flash, it seems that there is not enough space in our nand again but im not sure. i looked in Qtadb the flash procces and saw that the files are being installed to the system directory, but than when flash finishes the files are deleted... can anyone help me with this?
omerkisoss:The /system partition of our Desire is 256000Kb. The /system of Saga ROM is more then 330Mb.
You don't do anything at this point!
The thread is obviously for developers who will make a flashable rom out of it.
Have you read all 5 posts in this thread, or just the first one and immediately jumped to posting?

No, beacuse it will move the data files to the ext, but the system will still be to big for the desire.
You need to move some of the system apps to the data partition, and symlink them to system partition.
thats an option, you can use the data2ext script in order to save space in the data partition.
Other options are to try to optimize the apk's in order to save space, or to just delete some of them untill just remeber to not pass the 256mb.

hold your horses, there is a long way till we sort this out to work bugfree, data2ext/a2sd/data2sd can be changed under 2 mins, roms (this one the ace one) can be made to fit in nand without deleting important stuff.. so the problem is porting libs to desire , drivers which is hard since we DON"T have gingerbread drivers for desire

Thread cleaned up a bit.
As usual for this type of thread, please don't use it for general chit-chat and for asking for ETA's and flashable zips etc.
There are Developers here working on this, and they don't need the thread polluted.
Thanks.
Maybe you should try hboot with diffrent memory partitioning ?? (look @ alpharev site)

Flashing XZ premium.

Hello!
Is it possible to flash XZ premium using Flashtool?
Regards!
Yes. You just need to create .fsc Script, which is really simple: http://www.flashtool.net/fsccreate.php
If You do this, please share it with us.
Or just use. https://forum.xda-developers.com/cr...gress-newflasher-xperia-command-line-t3619426
Just make sure to remove the stuff you don't want to flash..like simlock or wipe data.
I just flashed Customized NOBA.
But but, flashtool rocks .
Thanks for the quick reply!
I will try as soon as I get home

Thank you .
They both link to G82XX.zip but I changed 2 to 1 and it worked.
G81XX folder only contains the file G81XX.properties.
G82XX folder contains G82XX.properties, 41.fsc, default.fsc.
Is this correct?
G81XX.zip has only properties file? So still need a .fsc script.
