I was having an issue with not being able to receive picture messages from iPhone users (in 1.85), but that has been resolved in 1.9.
Just remember not to wipe Dalvik or you will boot loop on the M screen.

I've been trying to load this on my old D1 but whenever I select the file in ROM manager to flash, it acts like it reboots but nothing flashes and it comes back to old rom, I am running an old bugless beast. I haven't messed with my droid since last november but wanted to check this rom out.
I've been searching but not much luck finding what I am looking for, is there an easy way to get to a base starting point like I do with Odin on my Fascinate and then flash this rom?

Just download it from liquidsmoothroms.com and manually flash it in clockworkmod. ROM manager is convenient, but not necessary.
ive been getting really bad lag on LGB1.9. takes a few seconds for the screen to turn from sleep state. also 80% of the time it just crashes when i open the phone.

Are you running an OC kernel, regardless I would check voltage and make sure your min is not too low to allow the phone to become unstable upon wake-up.

Thanks, I tried that before asking. Today when I launched ROM manager I was finally prompted to update it. Once I got it updated finally, now on version 3.0 something, I was able to get loaded onto 1.9 and a low volt kernel to try. This is awsome, thanks

Just threw this bad boy on my girlfriends D1 since CyanogenMod 7.0.3 was making the thing unbearably slow and so far everything is running extremely well.
One thing I did notice (not sure if it's a LG or LauncherPro issue), but when you're in the default app drawer in portrait mode, and you switch to landscape, all the icons redraw in the top left corner. I just switched to ADW and everything is working great.
edit: i can't spell.
Have you guys (and girls?) noticed how this rom is "LGB". Clearly supports equality in all groups

Just installed 2.1 and this are smooth. Dialer lags a bit, just like in previous versions. BT voice dialing still absent, but all in all, an improvement over the last. My absolute favorite ROM. Instead of 30MB free RAM, I now have about 45MB free, so much better memory management.

What types of q-scores are you getting? I just went to latest nightly for CM7 (112 I think) from Chevy's SS v1.52 and got a 1315. I am using Chevy's 1.2 ULV kernel, set to 500/1200 Ondemand.

I would advise against 1200 ondemand. The phone gets really hot and I have noticed odd behavior when the battery gets north of 110 degrees Fahrenheit. The problem with ondemand and 1200 is that when you make a call, it basically pegs the cpu and then you are on a call at 1200 MHz. I have been on the phone for an hour or more and the phone is uncomfortable to hold. Just some food for thought.984
I run mine at 250/800 on demand and I get about 30 hours of battery life. 12 hours of moderate/heavy use. The quadrant at that level is 984.
I just set mine to 250/1200 and my score is 1330.
Also, remember that quadrant is a poor tool for speed. I mentioned it because many people use quadrant as the gold standard for benchmarks. However, some guy with a simple hack got his nexus s to register a quadrant score over 10,000.
The best test is the hands on test. CM7 got too bulky and quite frankly ran like crap after consistent use. Give 2.1 a try and I think you will be very happy.

Two things.
1.) Regardless of the title of this post, 2.1 is the latest and can be gotten from ROM manager.
2.) If you are on the latest and the wifi still is wonky, change kernels. I would suggest ChebyNo1 1.2GHz ULV, also from ROM manager.

nvm i tried to remove the services.jar so i could still get the battery full pop up that didnt go over so well but everything is good now

The biggest props right now go to Roach's Kernel, Blades and co haven't had a source release since August, I dont know what Roach has had over them during the interm time, but it seems to be pretty damn decent if i say so myself... Oh, and the TF201 (Transformer Prime) Kernel Source is out, so hopefully someone will tear it down and see what can be ported over to our TF101 (Transformer)!
And speaking of Roach's Kernel (which sadly lacks UV aka Undervolding to save power), look into the dual core optimized OC daemon and OC Daemon control panel! Best low level OC tool ever... Talk about Mhz speed scaling!

Cool thanks I'll try that, and thanks for the welcome. Most of my work is over on the sensation forum but I'll be making some for the Galaxy S2 also. I've mainly made this just for a good stock ROM that's fast and reliable. So I hope you guys like it. Requests and feedback are welcome.

Went to give it a try but it just wouldnt connect to the wifi. Rebooted router etc but no joy. Flashed fine and loaded otherwise. Wouldnt connect to open network either.

debug.sf.hw=1 ---> pretty popular last days. I've heard that Honeycomb has it enabled by default but anyway I use it as well, just to be sure

This is my first port ever!!! so beware there may be bugs, but it seems really stable to me. Anything that doesnt work in entropy's CM9 will not work here because i used his CM9 to port this. You flash this at your own risk, allthough it is highly unlikely im not responsible for any damage caused to your phone, or your friends phone or anyones phone. however if you do encounter problems i will do my best to help you.
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
Coming from previous ICS ROM:
1) download the rom
2) boot into CWM Recovery
3) mount system (not neccessary according to others but i do it anyways)
4) wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvic cache
5) flash rom
6) reboot and enjoy
Coming from Gingerbread (double flash):
1) download rom
2) reboot to recovery
3) wipe data/factory rest, wipe cache, wipe dalvic cache
4) flash rom
5) reboot
6) will get stuck at samsung logo or something
7) simutaniously hold power button, volume down, volume up until your phone reboots and you see the samsung logo - as soon as you see the samsung logo let go of buttons (but not your phone lol)
8) mount system
9) re-flash rom with no wipes
10) reboot and enjoy
if you get a colorful hard to read recovery it is because you dont have gingerbread bootloaders, the rom should not be effected by this but if you want to fix this problem then you need to flash gingerbread bootloaders

Haven't flashed aokp yet...but the guy did say (which I had quoted from his thread) there is some stuff from aokp

4shared should download fine from a phone...if it doesn't install the app download all files...media fire for some reason recently stopped working with mobile browsers and minus has never really worked with mobile browsers

Q:I have problems with SD card.It doesn't mount.
Alease reflash the ROM.Problem is solved by doing this.Do not try to reinstall the Kernel because you will lose important scripts.

How to Install:
- Extract the two parts;
- Open extracted folder;
- Insert ROM in your microSD;
- Go in Recovery (when phone is turned off, press power button + Volume UP);

- Install the ROM and ... enjoy whit Nitrox.

It is a little bit laggy for me .. more when type .. Only me ? Wipe data/factory reset, install, wipe dalvik, cache, fix perm..
no problems for now but after first but i do hard reset wos litle lag on beginig and now no problems

some one have this problem. The cause is S 3 Go Launcher Theme: delete this by Titanium
after 24 our testing i have some lags for dial padand cosuming battery very fast? its krnel whit rom i dont change crnel
kernel is OC by default , reduce it. I did so and my battery drain i good.
^^ok to change what to put crnel and
flash via cwm?

You'll have to Wipe Data and flash the ROM. Follow the installation procedure given above ^^

Did you guys do a Factory reset ?
Follow these installation instructions and see (YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR DATA) :
*MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP(CWM>Backup/Restore>Backup) or Backup your Important Data first*
1. Wipe Data/Factory Reset
2. Wipe Dalvik cache
3. Format System
4. Format dbdata
5. Flash ROM
6. Flash Gapps
7. Reboot
Enjoy

That will exactly give us the reason.

Just replace updater-script with CM10's and flash again properly.
