Q:I have problems with SD card.It doesn't mount.
Alease reflash the ROM.Problem is solved by doing this.Do not try to reinstall the Kernel because you will lose important scripts.

How to Install:
- Extract the two parts;
- Open extracted folder;
- Insert ROM in your microSD;
- Go in Recovery (when phone is turned off, press power button + Volume UP);
- Select "Wipe data / factory reset"."Cache","Dalvik";
- Choose "Install zip from sdcard";
- Install the ROM and ... enjoy whit Nitrox.

It is a little bit laggy for me .. more when type .. Only me ? Wipe data/factory reset, install, wipe dalvik, cache, fix perm..
no problems for now but after first but i do hard reset wos litle lag on beginig and now no problems

some one have this problem. The cause is S 3 Go Launcher Theme: delete this by Titanium
after 24 our testing i have some lags for dial padand cosuming battery very fast? its krnel whit rom i dont change crnel
kernel is OC by default , reduce it. I did so and my battery drain i good.
^^ok to change what to put crnel and
flash via cwm?

Hello everyone, it's me again! I have successfully ported "Shendo OS" to Galaxy 3, so I hope you all will like it! This is based on CM7 Alpha 8.2, so big thanks to marcellusbe for porting CM7. If you liked it, please consider donating. A "Thanks" would be nice also!
Note: I'm not responsible if you bricked your phone! This ROM is still unstable, there are still bugs to be fixed! As you can see, there are still some images to be fixed in the staus bar, settings, and etc. This may take some time, so please don't ask for ETAs! I also need some testers, so feel free to post the result!

- Shendu Launcher (sometime)
- Same as CM7

Fixed Brightness setting FC bug
Fixed "Shendu Launcher" FC bug (it'll only force close once) (If the problem does persist, then try re-flashing the update.zip)
Android image in USB mass storage is now in the correct position
Replaced "LauncherPro" to the english version (original)
Removed "Gallery3D.apk" since there is "QuickPic"
Removed "ExCall.apk"
Removed "Torch.apk"

Download Flashing Tools and learn how to flash (Guide)
Flash "Cyanogenmod 7 (CM7)" alpha 8 or up
Download "Shendu OS" and copy it to your SD card
Install the .zip through CWM recovery
Wipe Data
Done!
How to update?
Skip step 2-3
If "Shendu Launcher" still force close, then try flashing Build 1, and then flash Build 2
Done!

Just flashed your rom and found 2 bugs. The status bar force closes when touch it. Also when you tap on the brightness in the settings menu, it force closes too.

Yes.
Maybe not completely what upload on MF. ROM has 132 MB not 136 MB. Signal is very small and Task Manager not working.
rom is too slow, camera not working ,gallery isn't working well, drawer needs to be resized

hey this doesn't works.
after installation it loads but very late. takes around 15-20 mins after the boot animation. i did wiped out cache and other caches too.
the bugs which i reported though this is not a complain just to inform ravi bro about the bugs so he can focus more in fixing it out whenever he has time, appreciated all his hard efforts. great guy
1. the rom is very slow.
2. no sound at all. call volume extremely slow not able to hear at all. on speaker there's no voice.
3. no network reception. only 1-2 bars.
4. it doesn't searches network properly. like i have vodafone so it shows hutch then some numbers such as 400285,etc. this way. doesn't shows proper network
5. battery drain it dropped from 100 to 57 in a flash just like CM10 Jelly bean 4.1.1 and AOKP has the same issues so i guess u need to fix it out.
6. it shows lots of chinese content when u navigate to themes,settings,etc. don't know where that comes from.
these are the bugs i have found unfortunately i had to switch back to another custom rom to creed till u fix this bugs.
creed is great and super awesome but has a major battery drain issue. would love to use MIUI JB 4.1 this rom soon once it get's fixed.
Instead of telling that this doesn't work or that doesn't work we should help him develop the ROM..
Hey what i can see is the major bug is Audio except that all are working absolutely fine..
And that the issue with the two bars isn't causing any problem
and some numbers displayed instead of Vodafone that isn't true
because i too have vodafone but it is displaying vodafone to me..........
And it is slow because of the lockscreen i suppose because as soon as i changed it
it is working perfectly fine without any lag on 729Mhz.

i'm not complaining i'm instead helping him out by telling him the bugs so he can focus on it. i'm trying all my best as a true person to help the developer in my best possible limits. i don't know android coding but all i can do is trouble shoot and do some modifications porting rom and fixing few things. i can do that. so if any help do lemme know. thanks.
and i'm not lying whatever bugs i faced i reported them as a loyal tester to make improvements for future updates. so plz bare with me

4. WIPE EVERYTHING (except sd, that would be bad) at least 3 times. Dread7us' modified Recovery is highly recommended-Superwipe at least 3 times and wipe dalvik cache

6. Wait...

It's probably cuz I spent the least amount of time on.. Almost everything worked the first time I booted it. It's the most like the original ROM of all the ones I ported.

Me too, just wish Devhost would quit making all my uploads fail. Well its probably my crappy internet but I got three things uploaded, then nada.
Yes your Internet Speed plays a big part in Uploading / Downloading a Rom to most sites.
I don't even know why I'm releasing this, it's current state is awful but for those that want to play with the latest hotness from google here is the pre alpha super crappy trainwreck edition

BACKUP EVERYTHING then wipe everything and be prepared to reflash your favorite steady rom after you're done goofing around in 4.2

I do agree that we will like to see JT till near finishing line..and I think - it is there!! Why I say "near finishing line"? - development like these never complete. They just mature into next version/release - and that is what 4.2 is.

Note: GPS got hit or miss reports. Flashing sparksco's kernel (in Shift Development forum) did fix this. IMO the included kernel is a bit faster and smoother. It's up to you, just depends on your preference.
Going to have to reflash, and check that out. I remember it working. But I've flashed so many Roms in the last three days :silly:

Have GPS enabled and locked on a Sense ROM then flash cm....that's all

Never heard that one but thanks. Or if you are on a Sense ROM you can clear GPS data by going into the dialer and pressing "##gpsclrx#". Then press OK or yes. That's the only way I knew, but I always forget about it cuz I rarely use GPS. It will say it is gonna reboot, but it never does so you have to do it manually. Then just restore your nandroid or flash your ROM and you should be good to go. There you go guys, now you have three different fixes for GPS if it is not working on ICS.
