I have an HTC HD2 T-mobile, and i want to change my ROM without bricking my hd2, i heard that lots of people bricked their hd2 trying to change their ROM and i don't want that !
MY phone characteristics are:
spl 2.08.0000
radio version: 2.08.50.08_2
rom version: 2.10.531.0
1) I have to make a Hard spl before that or my spl (or Radio and ROM Version) is ok ?
2) can you find me some ROM's that i can use to my hd2 (T-mobile) please ?

Hello,
Should i update the radio rom of my prophet with this file ? It is the latest one available. I don't know what exactly that upgrade could bring but i complain about the wifi reception of my HTC prophet. It have 02.47.21 version now.

right i recently upgraded to the Engineering SPL 1.33.2010 form my perfect spl
but i dont understand what to do next to install a custom rom im using HTC Magic Vodafone UK and ive tried a few diffrent roms all of which have hung on the htc magic screen what am i doing wrong ?
Whats all thsi business witht he recovery image ? just need so clarification on EXACTLY what i need to do to install a cursm rom ideal eclai rom 2.1
also anyone got any good suggestions for roms for eclair 2.1 ?

Did you HSPL your device before attempting to flash a custom ROM? I'm sure you'll get more help if you post in the Device specific forum

I have been looking for the best performance on my HTC and reading the Threads around this forum for long time and saw the radio versions for ROM's, so i need some help with this!
My ROM Radio version is the original provided from Vodafone UK (3.44.25.27).
Been looking at this:

Found that PT Vodafone is running on ROM Radio 4.49.25.91
So my question is, what will happen is i upgrade to that radio version?
Will i loose any data and programs that i have instaled?

but I've downloaded:
WWE ROM and the ROM Europe
was when 1 % failed installation. There text like your device does not match the ROM

You have not Hard-SPL hence you can't bypass CID to which is vendor verification, Hard-SPL and you will be able to flash any stock regardless of vendor and custom ROMs.

i want to install the fro yo build from dark stone v3.1 on my hd2 USA version .i have the newest 3.14.531.1 ROM with radio version 2.15.50.14 .....my spl version is 2.10 .0000
what do i need to do to achieve this ....can i just put the android build on my sd card? or do i have to flash the hspl change the rom then flash android? much thanks for your help guys i appreciate it
