Use the DSIXDAs Kitchen to extract the ZIP and Ext2Explore for .img files.
Hope that helps

I took the rom.zip from %temp% folder after fake RUU "Install"
But thanks for the ext2Explorer suggestion! Great, I'll start messing up with it
Thank Youuuuu!

If it's a self extracting file, use something like winrar, and extract the files as you would a rar archive.

Diamond ROM?
I'm having an issue trying to view the files in an RUU file - Can anyone provide me with some more detailed info on how to do this?
Not D&H.
Moved to Q&A.
Please post in correct sections.
Also when you run a RUU it creates a temporary folder with all the contents, i do not know the exact path but im sure a quick google search could find it.

to find the location goto task manager on windows aka.....CTRL+shift+ESC
look for ARUWizard.exe*32
right click on it and open file location. it takes you to the folder and it has the full rom.zip aka the pc36img.zip
i am currently viewing it and will note back asap

Convert rar in nbh?

hello guys
there is a way or a program to convert a sappimg.rar in sappimg.nbh?
because it follows the guidance of amonra "how to fix a perfect spl" file download is in rar. and magic in hboot only read files. nbh
thanks
If you cannot figure out what to do with RAR files, you should not even be here.
Rar's need to be extracted. Find WinRAR and extract the .nbh file.

You could use dxisida's android kitchen to do all tasks, you put the system.img and boot.img in the 'original' folder and then make it a update.zip rom through the kitchen.
thanks all~! once my xtc clip arrived will try to do it. still waiting T_T...
how do i pull the radio file?

Yes, the tool extracts payload.bin and further extracts boot.img, system.img, vendor.img etc and allows you to work on them and will repack them after :highfive:
