How can I download 8.2.3.13?
Sent from my Transformer TF101 using XDA Premium App
Go to settings, about tablet and software update . The update might have been pulled, so you might have to wait for them to post the firmware on their website. It will possibly be up on the 19th to 20th when the .13 firmware is pushed to UK. I had the .13 firmware but i downgraded and my Transformer wont detect any new firmware

my friend bought a s3 in malaysia
she's now studying in uk and she told me that she was unable to receive the jellybean ota update
i bought a note 10.1 wifi n8010 in a uk website (clove)
i am in malaysia, and i m unable to get the latest ota update (n8010 has a new ota udate, correct me if i m wrong)
does samsung devices only can receive their ota in device's original location?
what should we do then? =(
thanks
Sometimes Samsung does not push updates to everyone. Try downloading the Samsung kies app to your PC.connect the Samsung product with USB data cable and check for update thru the app. This is more reliable then ota checking.
good luck.
I didnt think there was an update out for the 8010?
I have the 8010 and there has been no updates here in the UK so far. I think the next update will be JB. Not to sure when this will happen though.

If there were JB update for Note 10.1 the horde of supposedly-tech-but-really-only-smartphone-or-tablet-news blogs/sites would be buzzing with the news already.

There was an update yesterday for the Note 10.1.
Added S Notes scroll bar and landscape "theme". Ppl reported to have it already, there is a thread for it already.. personally I didnt get the update yet.

Sorry for may be a noob question to some of you;
How can I manually flash the last ICS OTA update: N8000XWALI4 (the small update which is almost 75 MB), I didn't receive this update via my GT N8000 or KIES, I just found the update on sammobile, tried to flash the update via mobile ODIN, but I couldn't find any file with .tar, .md5 or .smd extensions in the unzipped folders.
Is there any other way for manually applying this update?
Regards
As far as I know you must be on the correct base version before trying an update like this.

I got N8013 that have been rooted with CWM and flashed the rom with 4.1.1 Jellybean , since then I cant get the OTA updates
and the device is lagging wihile typing on S-NOTE app
any Suggest how to recover the tap to original statue to get OTA updates ? that may fix the S-Note problem
You could try 're-flashing' using Odin with the stock firmware downloaded from Samfirmware.
You might have to do a factory reset as well.
There is no OTA update available yet for the N8013

You will not get any OTA bec you have flashed a rom that does not belongs to your region so that wont work
No JB update for 8013 so just stick to what u are on and when the update is out just install that and your ota will start working
I have the update available on a stock 4.0.4 android gt n8013.
Had rooted through exynos without using the patch.
Device status is 'normal'. Can i just do OTA?

Deborah

Samsung official updates are not via Odin either Kies or OTA or both .
Root and or wrong CSC is liable to block OTA update .
CSC changer wipes the phone .

I don't believe you can OTA if your csc and firmware don't match up. if you flash the correct firmware for the region that you tablet came with originally you may be able to OTA. I flashed the German 4.1.1 onto my 8013. I went back to the original ICS for my model and was unable to OTA, but was able to update to 4.1.2 successfully through KIES. my system status was custom tho .
Any update requires the codes to match firmware on the server .

Just root it, and install a custom rom. I find it much more reliable to myself being responsible to update my phone, rather than relying on samsung or your carrier.

Thank you for your tip but really I have a bad experience with rooting from my old motorola razr to xoom ( lag, freezing, etc) :/

My mobile Samsung Galaxy S2 got an update via kies yesterday firmware version PDA:LQ2 /PHONE:LPC / CSC:LPD (INU). I updated it but there is no change what so ever and ANDROID Version is still 4.0.4. So is there any problem with my phone or the update didn't work? In kies it is showing that i have latest firmware. Please help.
Probably it was a radio fix, not a full out update.
