Try /system/media/audio/ui. Not sure what the ogg files are called in sense roms but in mine they are keypressxxxxx.ogg. Replace them with whatever sound you want.

Thnx ill try it.

I don't think you can. However, it keeps on playing with the screen off.
I'm looking for an application that doesn't turn off any application in the background, anyone aware of anything?
Get skyfire browser and you can have flash items running still when you close the browser. I use it to stream radio stations.

I've downloaded the Gingerbread keyboard and used it for a few weeks.
I went back to stock keyboard because I heard that it may be possible for someone (whoever uploaded the keyboard) to track keystrokes such as passwords.
I dunno...just didn't want to take the chance.
Any thoughts ?

You get that warning from any keyboard that you install.
Ive never used any keyboard but the gingerbread keyboard from the market. Nobody's hacked anything of mine. Knock on wood. That's a standard warning.

[Q] Mute start-up sound?

Is there a way, for a non-rooted device, to disable start-up HTC animation or at least to have it without sound?
Thanks
Your either need root to delete/disable the boot up noise, or remember to silence your phone at shut down every time.
I have been trying to find the boot up noise file for a couple days now for that very reason, but can't. Anyone know where it is?

It's force closing. I'm trying to figure out why it doesn't want to play well with imagio's Rom. I'm just missing something lol. Not much on the social media thing but I do like the Rom.

When you try the"restore to normal" patch does it return to working order? If so, I'll test it on mine too later today.
Sent from my Evita using XDA Premium
No. Restore does not work for me. I will keep playing with it. Probably something simple I'm just overlooking.

If you leave the screen on and don't touch it, that's long it takes to turn the screen of automatically

Oh, I should've read more carefully lol. I'd assume based on battery level, brightness, if you're watching a video etc. Anyone more knowledgeable than myself know?
