Use the one click return to stock, your phone will be stock again in 5 minutes.

I don't think there is a one click return to stock for GSM nexus.

That's too bad oneclicks are the way to go. There should be Odin files for the GSM nexus, and Odin has never failed me other than the time I bricked my friends galaxy s 4g, but those are weird phones and have nowhere near the developer support that the nexus or even the epic has. With Odin I brought an epic back to life after a toilet splash.

If you want the old market just install this normal and you have to be rooted. Everybody thank rdubyah

Apps belong in the app section. But anyways, won't your phone auto update to the new market again?

One can freeze Market Updater with Titanium Backup and it will never auto update the market version. This does not affect downloaded apps updating.

I use an app called LTE OnOff. Download that. Try toggling to LTE only and see if 4G shows up.

NP, hopefully that does the trick
Going back to Froyo rom you will have load the Rom and radio as well. I find that this is maybe a longer process, but since I never have a problem I just stick to it.
This link - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=996616
Go to step 1 and then grab this file - PG05IMG_MR1_upgrade.zip
rename to PG05IMG.zip and put in root of SD card and flash via hboot
I find it more fool proof almost to just load this up and then restore my Froyo backup after. There are several ways to actually go back, I just find this one less prone to me for making an error

So you are now getting 3G on gingerbread? That seems more than what you had before? if 3G works then 4G should as well. You can try to download the LTE on/off app and then you can check and change that setting
ya but sometimes it goes to 1x again and i have to go play with the settings for a while until it goes back to 4g ON EVERY boot is that normal ?

No, that is not normal. I only sometimes have to use this method on a fresh ROM. Shouldn't have to on every reboot...
Well randomly my cell went to 1x anyone having any issues?

Ditto, stuck at 1X.
Just got 3G but I rebooted phone and still can't get LTE. Also my signal is showing 0 bars. Maryland.
Edit: Looks like another eHRPD outage. It's April 27 all over again.
My husband and I are both on tboltz and having network problems...is Verizon having issues today?
I discovered this morning that the market will not allow me to download previously purchased apps unless I pay for them again.
Had zero issues when I first setup my phone after flashing the latest AOKP rom, but all of my purchases are showing as unpaid today.
I've cleared market data and rebooted, but no luck. Is this a Google problem or is it something I've done?
AOKP Build 22, Steve Garon's 1.14 kernel, 240dpi (was 220dpi).

I may get a GS3 but only if I can do a couple things ...maybe one thing. Can we remove the annoying, persistent WiFi notification in a stock ROM that's rooted and clockworked? Thank you!

Yea. I'm running Beans latest ROM n I don't get that notification

There is also a dialer code you can type in that will give you the option to turn it off.
Why would you need to be crazy to get a GS3?
Edit: IIRC it still shows up in the same spot after the code, but it shuts up about saying you should use Wifi and such
(been a while since stock, my bad)

I've read of some XML edits that can remove it but it'd need to be stock. I run stock, rooted so it'd need to be removable from the stock ROM. I wouldn't wanna see it in my notification bar or the pull down. And crazy cause I've had about a dozen phones in a year. I have a problem.

Yes, I'm also stock and rooted and i removed it, as well as that stupid popup about known networks in range.
