Well, I finally got the case from Rearth the other day, and I promised to review it on here for them, so here it goes!
The feel of the case is nice, it is a Silicone Polymer, but it has a nice grip to it that helps keep the case from slipping out of your hands, but it doesn't have the "sticky" feel some Silicone cases have and which can attract dust, lint, etc. It fits on the Inspire 4G like a hand in glove, and even has a small lip around the front of the case that helps protect the face from damage, especially when the Inspire is put face down. It also came with a clear and white silicone plugs for the headset jack, to help keep dust and dirt out of it. It is a bit flimsy when not on, but once it's on your device it hugs it fine.
I got the Red Wine version, and the color is well done, not too bright but just right. The etched Rignke logo and lines of the device on the back is a nice touch, so it almost looks like you put a new back on it.
The only fault I can find with it is that it lacks a cutout for the 2nd, Noise Canceling Mic on the back of the Inspire 4G, it is located right next to the Dual LED Flash. I think they may have used the same mold as the Desire HD, which has no 2nd Mic on the back, I did cut a tiny notch so that the mic is exposed, but they need to address that on any future production runs.
Well, there it is, I know I'm not very good at reviews, but I hope that helped the company out, and helped anybody looking at buying one! Overall, I'd give it an A-, if they can fix the 2nd Mic cutout I will definitely give it an A+!
Edit-Some pics to show the 2nd Mic on the back thing I talked about-

Their version, you can see there is no cutout for the 2nd Mic on the back.
Another case I got from ACC Station, you can see they do have a cutout for the 2nd Mic on the back.
Thier all sexy o.o

thanks for the review.
Thanks guys! Rearth got back to me, and they confirmed that they used the same mold for the Inspire 4G case as they did on the Desire HD, and that is indeed why there is no hole on the back for the 2nd mic. They said they'd fix it on future production runs.
And I'll mention this in this thread. This case killed my gps reception, just like every case does. I think there is something wrong with my phone, but at&t refuses to replace it. I'm really pissed at this point.
..
I had one just like that if not the same one, if I'm not mistaken. I didn't really care for it seems real cheap to me and its only holding on my clips on the inside. I'm hopeing to see something like an outer box of some sort for the inspire. A nice grip/design rubberized case.

Friend of mine ordered the smaller version of the tunebelt and he's ecstatic over it. He's been through a couple too.
My wife loves her tunebelt, not too expensive on amazon either.

Thanks for reply guys!
I was looking at the same model.
AlgorithmX, because you have it, could you comment on quality and usability. I need this thing mostly for sports. It's kind of difficult to judge on picture. Does touch still works through that plastic? How it holds moisture? And how good is velcro?
I posted in the Vibrant and i9000 forums, but I got the larger version of the Tune Belt. It fits with my phone still inside it's TPU case which is what I was looking for. I think the smaller version would be too tight if you want to keep it in your case.
If you have above average sized biceps, you will need the extension as the band is one of the shorter ones I've seen, but luckily the extension is very cheap and works well.
Here are some pics.

No hole for a headphones cord?
And how do I know what is bigger/smaller version? I have only thin silicone on my phone and do not want to take it off every time.

The headphone cord comes out of the flap at the top. I can take a picture later, but it's the same open you slide the phone into, so there's plenty of room.
The model numbers tell you if it's the smaller one or larger one. As you can see in my pics, my phone has a TPU case on it and fits very well inside the armband.
AB82 = Smaller
AB83 = Larger
Finally got my paws on it and used it for a while.
IMHO, this armband is useless for sports. It is like a sponge!
I got bigger version and it fits the phone in the silicon case. However seams inside do not allow plastic to touch the screen, so it's pretty difficult to control phone on the run.

I'm assuming you're talking about the TuneBelt right? If so, it's neoprene. While it may "retain" sweat/moisture, it shouldn't absorb it, neoprene is basically sweat proof. It "retains" some of it temporarily, because the material is breathable (which you definitely want) I have the smaller ab82 that I used with my Touch Pro, and I can tell you from using it at the gym a bunch, if you check it a few hours later, it should be bone dry again as the sweat evaporates out of it, doesn't leave it gross or smelly, etc. Wetsuits are made out of the same material for this sorta reason.
As for the seams on the screen.. ya it looked that way in the pictures above. Still, looks to be the only good solution out currently for phones as big as ours.
Thinking of getting this case for my G2. Has anyone tried it out. If so, how is it (snug fit, any problems opening and closing phone)? thanks.
So I decided to get the Mobi Case. I had the original T-mobile gel case, I gotta say I like this one much better. I had problems with my G2 opening really easily with the gel case and problem solved.

I thought about getting this case but I wasn't sure. Does it fit snug? For some reason I was worried about it scratching any of the soft parts. I really love the way the g2 looks naked (haha). How much was it and where did you get it from?
Sent from my T-Mobile G2 with Virtuous Sense.
I have to agree with you I also like to see my G2 bare some skin, hell that's one of the main reasons I bought this phone. The case is quite snug on the phone. I didn't have a problem with it scratching either. But after a day of use, I have noticed some scuffs on the body part of the case (from setting it down). I got it with tax, shipping and 10% off for $17.60 @ the Android Central Store.

Cheapest i've found.
Its a decent case...more protective then it looks, I've had it for a few months now

I appreicate the feed back. I almost went with htc's version of the clear case but it doesn't cover the trackpad area like this one. I think ill go for it. I have the hard rubberized T-Mobile version which I think is awesome for the protection, and the price. (17.99 I think). Also, with any clear case there are going to have those scuffs regardless. Im still waiting on otterbox to make a case. I figured they would considering they made one for the mytouch slide Thanks though!

I love the looks of it but... don't you lose the grippyness (if thats even a word, lol) with that case opposed to the popular OEM gel skin?
I dont feel like you lose grip at all. Waiting for my new one to come in.

There is still some grippiness but not as much as with a rubberized case. Its still a decent amount though.

UPDATE: Well after about 8 months of only using this case, one of the clips that hold the case on (on the battery end) has broken off. I guess that's expected after taking it on and off who knows how many times. I gotta say, I definitely got my $17 out of this case and will probably buy another one just like it to replace this one.
Just came across this, BUT unfortunately its "Coming Soon."

you can get it with or without a holster.
Any idea how long its going to take to come to market? Is it more like a few weeks or months. Is was just about to get a skinomi skin for the phone and a leather carrying case 4 work but I will be more interested in this if this and the holster would be available within the next few weeks
No going to make it.
I called and the person on the phone said they won't be making the case. Hope they are wrong.
I had emailed them on thursday or friday and receive a quick reply back stating that it isnt available yet but to keep checking back on the website because it is updated first.
Ok great i figured the guy i talked to really don't know what was going on.
According the the website, they are NOW SHIPPING in BLACK.
And i just contacting them and as the website says, IN STOCK.
I just received my combo case.. It's very nice, the purple(amethyst) is shipping now also...
I just received this case in the mail. Any tips on how to remove this thing?
I had to basically destroy mine to get it off. Its an awesome case if you never want to remove it...

No need to be so dramatic...
It IS basically impossible to remove without tools, but pretty easy with a little help.
I used a razor blade to carefully lift the bottom piece of the shell up so it would release the latch from the top piece (without doing ANY damage to the phone or case). Next time I need to get it off, I think I'm going to try a thin guitar pick, since I won't have to be so carefull with those rounded edges...
I'll let ya'll know how it goes.
EDIT:
I think I like the tight fit on my phone, but for those of you who anticipate having to get at the sim, sd, and battery often - you might think about putting a piece of scotch tape between the two halves of the shell. The case will still hold on pretty well, but you won't have ANY problem getting it apart without tools in a hurry...
I am happy with the original case for touch HD.
I prefer to slide the phone out when using it.
My intention is to protect the phone from dust and scratch when in the pocket.
thanks.

What exactly is TPU? is it like rubber? i got the Gel Skin from tmobile store free when i got the phone and it serves its purpose but the case just attracts mad pocket lint and dust. does TPU do that?
i dont get why you guys would spend on a case so expensive when you can get one on ebay for a cheaper price.

I have the Melkco (orange stripe on black leather) and I can tell you a few things about it.
1. It looks great. This case lends the Sensation a genuinely premium look and feel. I was (and still continue to be) impressed.
2. It fits perfectly. The handset is snug and does not budge.
3. All sides are covered. The top covers the digitizer completely. No particulates make their way in.
Get it.

Personally I don't like tpu-like case. That is a cloth on the phone which make it look ugly.
I would like to get the phone out pocket, with leather case, looks decent,
draw out the phone, a shiny baby....
Hi,
I've been incessantly reading through this forum and am loving it. Read most of the case debates and anker vs mugen debates. I've recently got my Sensation and being a clumsy oaf have decided to case it - no matter the bulk.
From what I've read Otterbox cases have a few flaws, as does the Case mate tough series. Seidio seems to be holding people in good stead but i'm undecided about it. (yes I read the mini review and other threads)
The ballistic seems to be getting thumbs up all around (even on amazon and here)
http://www.goballisticcase.com/products/htc-sensation-4g-ballistic-shell-gel-sg-series-case
Am really leaning towards that.
The Aegis Trident seems less protective but has a cool feature that I thought was really thoughtful - the silicone flaps for each of the orifices (so to speak) to protect the openings from dust
http://www.tridentcase.com/case/htc/htc-sensation/htc-sensation-aegis-case.html
Comes in a lot of colour options too.
Would like your inputs in deciding between the two. Or possibly Seidio.
Ballistic is great, except for the weak point, hard plastic above the volume button.
It could crack when you take it off or put it on, or if you drop the phone left-top corner down...

Using the Otterbox commuter. The commuter is ALRIGHT but the flap that covers the headphone jack keeps popping out and the phone is a tad slippery. However as a whole it's a good case that is not too bulky unlike the ballistic.
Sent from my HTC Sensation Z710e using XDA
I have the ballistic and love it had it for a month and it hasnt broke on me yet. It looks super nice as well lol.
Thanks guys!
It is really necessary to have those flaps? The ppl with seidio and Ballistic (sans flaps) do not seem to be complaining about the lack of it.
I don't mind bulk but I work in a school (dusty environment) and I want to protect my new possession.
So I suppose Commuter is back in the reckoning - reviews suggest issues with the headphone flap and a cheap A$$ screen protector which covers only the display area.
And I think the Aegis is out.
Just for looks value i like the TUT case as well But it has charging port issues. Have the later iterations eliminated this? Can anyone confirm?
I have all three cases Trident offers most protection just to big for me. Otterbox when new was great, then some weeks later flaps got flimsy and kept popping out. Seidio which has open ports is not only slim but feels great in the hand and offers just as much protection as the Otterbox other then it being dust proof.

+1 to ballistic, I was on the same boat as you looking for a good case, I bought the ballistic and never looked back!
