Tried SBF flash from Linux and RSD Lite 4.9 from Ubuntu. Both say successful, but when it reboots goes back into bootloader. I did factory reset, and clear cache after all attempts.. Used DROID2WE_X6_2.4.29_FULL.sbf to flash. Any other suggestions?
Wipe data from stock recovery and you will be fine.

Same issue for me. Wiping data with factory recovery won't do a thing. Help!

Hey everyone, I need help for my Xoom 3G MZ601, I just rooted it and flashed EOS' rom and I'm stuck at bootanimation. I'm new to rooting and flashing custom roms for tablets, its different in phones.
When you say you are stuck, what have you tried to do? Have you tried to get back into your custom recovery? If you can, you could try to reflash your rom and gapps after wiping cache and dalvik cache. You would have your system wiped when you unlocked, but you could wipe again before reflashing...that might help.
Yes, I wiped everything, I did this 5 times and the same thing happens, stuck in bootanim.

1. Do you have a backup of your stock rom? if you have a backup and recovery works you should be able to recover your stock system and everything will be allright.
2. If you don't have a backup enter this site motodev site (i can't post any links) download correct firmware for your device and flash every part of downloaded rom via fastboot.
I hope it will help you
It seems like your recovery img is the culprit, try downloading eos with goomanager..
try; adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash recovery eos-recovery-r6.img http://goo.im/devs/teameos/recoveries/wingray/eos-recovery-r6-softkeys.img or http://goo.im/devs/teameos/recoveries/wingray/eos-recovery-r6.img
adb reboot recovery
Oops posted in wrong place
reboot into stock recovery and wipe data/ factory reset. try it a few times. if the wipe never says complete and reboots itself you have a case of brickbug, or corrupt data partition.
flash Honeycomb firmware, then boot to recovery, then wipe data...do not wipe data in ICS firmware, it will make hardbrick and coz to change mainboard..

So I just got my Nexus 5. Unlocked the bootloader. Booted into TWRP and installed SuperSU. Rebooted device and it was stuck booting up with the nice 4 circles.
Rebooted back into the bootloader. Did a full factory wipe with the image and flash-all.bat from google. Still will not bootup after the flash-all reboots. Stuck on the loading screen. Tried this 2x now.
Any ideas?
Have you tried a wipe cache and dalvik?

Good call. All is fine now it seems.
Have an XT926 Maxx with an unlocked bootloader. I can wipe partitions and flash custom ROMs just fine. I can also fastboot back to stock images. But for some reason, I can't get past the boot animation. For example, on the stock rom, it'll display the 'DROID' image upon boot and play the 'DROID' sound but then suddenly freezes, then reboots (over and over again). I've gone into factory recovery and wiped data/cache and still have the same issue.
I've searched the forums and was not able to find anyone with the same issue.
Any suggestions? Am I screwed? Perfectly good phone otherwise!

If all you're doing is wiping data/cache, there's a possiblity that there might be some bad data in there still. I would also format data, as this will get rid of everything. Wiping data doesn't always get rid of everything. If you are fastbooting stock ROMs, always FDR after you flash, prior to booting into OS. Also, since your BL is unlocked, you need to load up an aftermarket recovery like CWM or TWRP. None of the new ROMs will work on stock recovery.

Thanks for the reply.
Yes, I know about the need for TWRP/CWR when flashing custom ROMs. I reverted back to stock recovery when I fastbooted the factory images. Using stock recovery, I wiped Data and Cache so not sure what you mean. What's FDR?

FDR is Factory Data Reset. It's generally a good idea to boot back into recovery and FDR after fastbooting.

Ah, yes....I've done that numerous times. Still will not boot. Is there a way to erase the partitions and rewrite them? Perhaps they're corrupted or something.

I was, for some reason, able to get it to boot up once today. I was able to get to the 'Power off and Insert SIM' screen. After powering off, though, it would no longer fully boot into the OS. Still bootlooping.
Less than an hour later, i got it to boot up yet again. Not sure how, but it's booted up and now with my SIM installed. I know if I reboot, it'll happen again.
Anyone have a clue what it could be? Anything I can do before shutting it down that could help?

you can re-write the partitions using this tool, for the 926 only

Hi,
I am new to rooting my phone and I've screwed it up . I installing elementalX kernel, and then I reinstalled the kernel(this time underclocked) without flashing my phone. Now, when I start my phone, the phone reboots on Google screen itself. I am able to enter the Recovery mode, tried cleaning dalvik cache, cache, even factory reset, still the problem persists, so so any help on this would be immensely appreciated.
Reinstall kernel with default settings.

Try to wipe cache in recovery or flash the stock kernel(boot.img) in fastboot and wipe cache afterwards. If that doesn`t work factory reset or reflash the rom you have with a full wipe.

I tried to flash to factory image(including boot.img), cleared the cache, now the phone is stuck on loading screen. And now I am unable to open the recovery mode(the android on the back with "!" symbol appears).

If you also erased and flashed userdata.img you shouldn`t have problems, for the symbol you see press power and then volume up and you should come in recovery.
