Is there a way to install the HTC Mp3 Trimmer onto an HTC Inspire 4G/HTC Desire HD. The phone is already rooted, if that helps. I just played with the trimmer on my buddy's HTC EVO and want to be able to use it to create my own ringtones.

Yeah it's the HTC Sense music player ! You can't download it. It comes installed on phones running HTC Sense ONLY (although this version is only on the Desire HD to my knowledge).
But i think there will be a port available when the desire HD gets a system dump.

i searched this forum but no results.
Were all waiting for official source from HTC for the inspire 4G before we can do anything with AOSP based roms. It will happen..but not until after we get source cuz we need the driver for the sound/amp in the inspire.

I can tell you that I have done it and have call sound working but no other sound. I am still playing with it but like other poster says it's going to take inspire source.
Beautiful rom though. I've used it on other devices before and it's one of the cleanest out there.
Looking forward to having it on Inspire. Friend in UK that's a dev uses it on his Desire HD and won't use anything else.

No, the Inspire and the Telus Desire HD use a different sound/amp setup than the original Desire HD. So although most of the ROMs will flash on the Inspire you usually end up with no sound at all.
Miui is AOSP therefore you won't find a fix for sound, probally, until the source is released and I or someone can commit all the changes and keep sound in tact which shouldn't be too too hard.

If you're using cwm 3.x you have to flash full wipe before install. It's easy to get everything working and have a useable phone but it won't ring and Jo audio. I put mine on vibrate. Ha!

There is SRS built in, you have to go to the music player and click on the button that looks like two WiFi logos. You can choose it from there. Don't forget to hit thanks

hi guys.! i want to know if it possible or someone have a way to install the HTC Inspire 4G stock music player on HTC Sensation 4G? i am on Stock Sensation 4G T-Mobile, but the stock music player dont have transition effects like the Inspire 4g music player, but if you have any Beats ed. player for the Sensation 4g i think is better for me xD. At this moment im looking for the Music Player of the Inspire 4G..
like i said before i am on Stock Sensation 4G T-Mobile.
PS. i have Power Amp and N7 music players, but i also like the Inspire 4G Music player.

Are you using ARHD 6.7.0. with the T-Mobile add ons ? If so try it with out them. That fixed it for me.

my version of the game is 1.0.1
