i have got a camera apk from a different rom and tried to install it on the cyanogen mod rom ...but it dose not install.ive tried puting it in the /system/app and it still dose not work.......is there a way to install it

Depends on where u got the apk from. If u got it from a sense rom then it wont work on CM rom or AOSP/AOKP roms etc etc. Also what android version did u get the apk from and what version ur trying to install it on.

haha got no idea what that rom is. link maybe? anyway, if its sense based then it wont work on android 4.2.2 JB

its the stock htc rom ,and okay thanks for the help and ...its there any way to get the stock or better camera back

with the JB rom im afraid ul just have to try a few from the playstore or maybe from another 4.2.2/4.1.2 rom but id say they r all the same so playstore would be ur best bet.

[Q] Fix for bootanimation glitch on CM10.1

Hi guys, I'm looking for a way to fix the bootanimation glitch on CM10.1
I already heard about a Kernel that can do it, I don't remeber wich and what I have to after installing that kernel, somebody can help me? :fingers-crossed:

Hi Narciso, I´m using blackhawk-next-kernel-1.8.3-p51xx on every rom I try, and no glitchs on bootanimations ( Have double boot, its necesary to use this kernel ).
You try this? ( don´t forget to install vendor-blobs-new-ducati-blackhawk after install the kernel, or the rom don´t boot )

I think that this glitch affects only 7.0'' models running CM10.1

Yes I am using costum rom by cm-10.1-20131027-TechKang-trebon but my flash camera doesnt work but in Torch apps my flash camera work normally. Whats wrong with my flash? if this case caused by custom rom, do you have a noramal costum rom that make my flash camera work normally?? Thanks so much

Bro i think you did not read the discription before you flash the rom because if you did you will not ask this question. All jb rom in ace plus camera flash is not working and has a battery drain issue, etc. Just read all the jb rom in ace plus forum they most likely had same the issue. And a little advice read first the rom thread b4 you flash:thumbup: and for camera flash, no sulution yet. Just use the torch as flash if you take photo:thumbup::beer:

Why did you flash an unstable unofficial rom???!!
You can flash any stable rom android 2.3.6 based and there will no bugs like inspiration rom or something like this

[req] porting s-note3 ?

I wanted to ask, is there anyone still able to do a porting of s-note3. as they did in this rom. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=54447777&postcount=1. (of course to install on another rom 4.1.2) :silly:

which tools or things do i need to flash it ? i didnt flash a xiaomi phone before , but i did flash samsung and sony before . and can you send all the links or at least tell me what to search for please
