I just bought my x10i firmware 2.1-update1
2.0.A.0.504.
i Rooted my phone using the new superoneclick.
installed busybox succesfully
installed xrecovery succesfully.
tried 100 times pressinf the back button 3 times on the SE LOGO.
But it freezes on the logo screen or it just boots up the phone.

totally ****er bull****.
The 1 u posted is X10 mini. I din c before i run it. Now my hp cant boot up anymore.
What do you mean HP?
the title says X10? Why would you try it on a HP?
Geeks, please help us
Same prob
Now we know for sure, that xRecovery is dangerous if we don't know how to handle it
i havent met any problem entering the xrecovery menu even when i first installed it even though i was a complete noob on android (now i am just noob)
only thing i was doing is that i never pressed the back button only 3 times, i always keep pressing it until i get the xrecovery menu
Yes, keep pressing the back button until you enter the XRecovery menu.
If it still fails then I would revert my phone to the STOCK SE ROM (basically means repairing your phone using Sony Ericsson's PC Companion or Update Service utility), and then use FlashTool to root the device and install Busy Box and XRecovery.
FlashTool is basically an all in one solution and is less painful to use for beginners. Just do a search for it in the XDA forums.
Hope this helps.

I am assuming your device is rooted. If you have CWM recovery installed then reboot into recovery and run a fix permissions and see if they helps.
If you do not have CWM recovery installed you are going to need to flash that then you can either do a fix permissions or you can flash another ROM. But if you do flash another ROM make sure you wipe data, wipe cache, wipe dalvik, and wipe battery stats before flashing a new ROM.

Some people are actually having hardware issues preventing them from connecting to the computer.
So I decided to flash a new rom on my lg optimus 3d, which has root, recovery etc on already and I deleted everything on my phone first (formatted sd-card also) then I started the phone and suddenly I cant install anything, neither from market or from regular method of installing. I have tried several times through recovery to delete everything and then flash different kind of roms but nothing has helped, I have even tried re rooting.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be the problem?
Thanks in advance.
Try emergency recovery on pc.

you need to insert the IMEI without - between the numbers, as a single number only....
Hello. A couple of days ago, I rooted my phone. I have no idea what happened, but my phone did a complete reset. I couldn't download anything as it followed with a -110 error. I flashed my phone with a ROM using CWM, and it worked  ! But I used the wrong Android version. So, I tapped the install button to update my phone. Well now i'm stuck on the CWM boot screen and I have no idea how to pass it. I plug my phone into the computer, and my computer makes the noise to signify that it was plugged in. I want to reload the ROM but I can't access the phones files. Iv'e Google soooo much, but I can't seem to find an answer. My phone is a LG Optimus F3 using Virgin Mobile. I'm kind of a noob to this stuff so help is GREATLYYY appreciated!

Hello, and welcome to XDA! You just need to ADB sideload a rom into your device and flash it. Here is a guide which will work with any device: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2559200.
Good luck!
