Hey Guys,
I've recently bought the Stowaway XT keyboard to use it with my Windows Mobile 6.1 Phone Xperia X1. The keyboard driver software runs fine on the X1, but I can't connect it to the keyboard since there is only a serial interface for PDA's.
I would need an adapter from this serial interface to the USB-Interface from my X1.
Is there anything i could use, or does anybody see another solution?

Has anybody tried (with or without success) to install the Dell Bluetooth Keyboard X51 for PDA on the Imate SP5?
In the meantime I get the keyboard and installed the driver from the manufacter (http://www.thinkoutside.com), developed for Smartphone 5.0. Yes, it works, without problems! Really nice product.
Hi,
I have I a nokia bluethooth keyboard, which I want to work with my MDA II.
I can establish a bluetooth connection, but that is all. It does not work.
Do I need a special driver? The nokia keyboard is HID conform

Hey all,
I picked up a Palm-branded universal wireless (IR) keyboard for cheap and I figured since it has drivers for the treo 700W which runs wm5, I shouldn't have any problems getting it to work on my HTC Prophet, also running WM5...
I installed the driver with no problems, but with the keyboard driver enabled, nothing is really happening when I press the keyboard keys.
I've tried all sorts of configs and setups to no avail...
So I wanted to check with those out there whether they've successfully used the palm IR universal keyboard on other WM devices.
Any anecdotes/advice?
TIA!
Well i just tried the keyboard on my old ipaq 4150 and it works! so maybe there's something incompatible with wm5? i find that strange since the treo 700w runs wm5 and that's fully supported...
I'm still interested to hear if anyone else has gotten this keyboard to work with a current gen wm5 device...
Thanks!
bump for some feedback...

hello guys. I need to ask you, if anybody tried to solve my problem. I have couple of PDAs and I cannot get work this HP FA287A Bluetooth Folding Keyboard on any pda. I have one HP 614c, where it works correctly. the main problem is, that on HTC phones (Universal, Wizard, Touch) is only COM6 and COM7 available. so even if I install driver for this keyboard here it automatically tryin to connect to COM1. On HP there is 10 COM ports available...
so the question is, it is any way, how to map paired device to another port? in this case COM1?
thanx a milion
ohh and I did found few virtual COM drivers on the net, I will try them ASAP and will provide feedback. but I guess, this will be not easy.
