Is there a way to usb tether with 4g speeds?

I just use EasyTether, it works great. You can get it in the market for 10 bucks.

I was just wondering. I know that AT&T charges for for the wireless hotspot feature, but if I using a rooted rom does it allow me to use free wireless hotspot? I'm just asking because it is currently available on my tmobile G2. I wasn't sure if AT&T was able to notice, or not. Thanks in advance fellas.

With some ROMS, the HTC hotspot will work. I am running stock rooted, and Barnacle Wi-Fi works for me.
So I was just wondering does the g2x have 3g and how do we know if we are on 3g or 4g

Yes it has 3G on 1700 and 2100Mhz. You cannot tell if you are on 3G or 4G because what T-Mobile calls 4G is really 3.5G (HSDPA+). It is not true 4G. The phone just says 4G whether you are connected to 3G or 4G. When it says 4G you are really only using 3G as T-Mobile is deceiving you and playing a shell game. Having said that, the phone's max speed is 21Mbps per second which is pretty darn fast, but not real 4G.
So does the latest nightly actually tell u ure getting 3g or 4g

Maybe a dumb question but is there a way to boost WiFi detection through the device so I can connect to a WiFi hotspot from a further distance? Any suggestions?

I've been using hotspot for 3 years and now they blocked me? So they want me to pay again for the internet I'm already paying for? There's no way to bypass this $#!T and keep doing it like before?

Good question!
I'm not dev but I don't really think so, it depends on your signal. I'm just guessing, maybe I'm wrong.

Yes you should. It's a beast. Just the One S with LTE i'd say and a bit bigger, get it or get the Galaxy S3 if you want LTE.
So I picked up the EVO 4g LTE and so far I LOVE IT!!!
