Hi all !
I started to make this mod on the Official Froyo HTC Sense 1.0C ROM on my Desire and I think I should release it for everyone who use different ROM.
With this MOD I resolved bluetooth disconnection problem with my CarKit... it's a common problem of Android 2.1 & 2.2
After this MOD I have more free ram (~20MB), better battery life and more mflops on linpak test (~2)...

No, it's fully working, fixing this, when I close apps with Advanced Task Killer (or Quick System Info), I have more ~20MB free of RAM (~268MB) than before apply this FIX (~248MB)...
Personally tested on Official Froyo HTC Sense 1.0C

Make test before and after this MOD
Bluetooth in my carkit now it's fully working!!!
After flashing it on Leedroid 1.4b i cant kill the musicplayer anymore. If i kill the process with Advanced Task Killer it just pops up again and again.

About OpenDesire
OpenDesire was made with made purely for the HTC Desire (obviously by the name DUH!), and is compiled from the most recent AOSP source code available. BeatMod is created from me since i got a HTC Magic. I had there some project like the first Honeycomb port and some stable builds. This is a rom port of a HTC Bliss wwe leak. All Bug reports are welcome, just post it in the thread. Yeah that'll do. The ROM is a work in progress, so it wouldn't hurt if the thread get some touch ups here and there too. I have to put a huge thanks to capychimp, virtuous, evo4g team and sbryan who allways help out and give tips. This port is my biggest from now and thank you for all your nice posts It took me over 100 hours work to get it like that (v3.1) If you want to donate you can do it, i will safe it for a paid homepage or a new dev phone .

Does Wifi Calling Working on this Port?
I just flashed the rom and it took awhile to search for signal (as in OP stated) but after that it stays connected. Haven't try GPS yet, I'll try tomorrow morning. Wifi calling still no go for me... still Invalid sim. Beside that, everything working well so far. Thanks siulmagic again for the port.

Works for me on the latest build. I am using whitehawkx s rom but am looking forward to this one too.

When i had the mytouch4g, it worked perfectly. Since i moved to this g2x, i always got "invalid sim "

@Siulmagic, hey i am trying to learn how to port o2x to g2x.. MIUI is an example, i know boot.img has to be changed since it is the main file, kernel has to be changed.. RIL file needs to be changed.. i am trying to figure out.. do you extract MIUI system folder and re-cook the rom, or do you just change some files since it is similar. please let me know. thanks

I've never had Wifi Calling work on MIUI using the G2x. It always reported an invalid sim.
Whitehaux typically just updates the base to coincide with new MIUI builds but doesn't have the time to really get down with it. Seems we're picking up more bugs as we go.
I eventually went back to CM7 a few days ago because it just got so crazy.
G2x - 2.3.7 CM7
Transformer - 3.2 Revolver OC/UV
I'm gonna wait for tomorrow's update ...

Why is it that wifi calling doesnt work on miui?? I really like miui but wifi calling is a deal breaker..
version 1.0 is out, check op for changes, enjoy guys, let me know if anything fcs.
