I got many Question for ask help u guys can tell and solve my problem
1. I can not put any songs in my memory storage .. Y ? do i need any Sync ?
2. After i hard format my phone I can not install any CAB or App in my phone ( unsuccessful installation ) after i soft reset my phone appear msg ( Certificate .. sorry I can't remember about that msg )
My Phone is HTC Kaiser ( silver )
Rom version : 1.82.707.WWE
ROM date : 11.03.07
Radio Version : 1.27.15.32
Protocol Version : 22.51.88.13H

I need help to upgrade qtek 9000. I had bought this pda three days ago. There is installed the german version of windows mobile 5.0 . How can i change the rom to have a english version? Cause i try to use the JasJAr WWE 11353 version of the Rom, but the program stop itself and write that the version of the rom is not correct. Where i can found the correct version for my qtek? Many thanks
Country id error
The software told me that there is a country id error 120 . Anyone can tell me how can do about it? Thank you

Rom didn't work
I'm sorry. This is the procedure that i have follow:
1. Download the qtek rom
2. Unpack in a directory
3. Substitute upgrade.exe with NO_upgrade...
4. The utily start correct
5. The screen of qtek become black
6. Windows pop-up a "modem usb installation"
7. The update program say: country id error 120

I have purchased a new HTC TYTN II unit and i have checked the HTC website and found that there is some ROM upgrade avialable(RUU_Kaiser_HTC_WWE_1.56.405.5_radio_sign _22.45.88.07_1.27.12.32R2_Ship
So i have downloaded that and tried to install it on my device. The installation was cool , it covered 100 % ,but at the end there was a error message on my PC " Error 270 -update error -image file corrupted " and my device continuously shows " KAIS130, SPL-1.93.0000,CPLD-8 " and there is 4 colour bars on the device.
I have tried the reinstallation - but no use , tried soft/hard reset - no use .
So kindly help me to solve the issue.

Download the File again..
then got first to tricolor(fourcolor -screen) and then plug in the USB Cable.
Last start the ROM Update Utility and go through the assistent
But next time, please make a thread like this, in the Kaiser-Section (Kaiser = TyTN II)
AND PLEASE DON´T TAKE SOME COOKED ROM FROM OUT OF HERE!!! You First have to install HardSPL by POF!!!

and nothing... i got all the time the same errors :
1st at : uspl_116_jockyw.bat
can't erase itsutils.dll bla bla bla
and then
Flash.exe(or RUU.exe) : 3% Image file corrupted
i just want to make wm 6.5
So i think that SDA_Unlock dont really work !
i've tried everything :
reboot'n'remove SD Card
dont reboot
i got all the time the same errors..
So can you help me, to break this ****ing lock ?

PS : I'm on Windows 7 x64 Edit : tried both Windows XP 32bit, same errors...
Edit2 : Ok, ive manually launched haret.exe, and my SDA says : blabla Application Unsigned blabla so you cant launch

It is not " software " and it is not as easy as installing software. It must be loaded on to a partitioned SD card and then run within Windows Mobile.

problem solved , the solution is that we have to copy rootfs.img and system.sqsh directly in SD card .....thank

I Tried to make root in this smart , and i not have sucess , i tried all possibilities , but i believe that there one solution for this

I Tried : z4root , Unlock Root , Universal android root , SuperOneClick , root by adb shell , root by zip , and other methods that i not remeber now ..
