So basicly I wanna delete MIUI player and maybe one-two more apps from my Khalpowers V4 GalaxyXT ROM. Still when I go to Aplication Manager I can only force close it. So I read some threads but all people say seem so unfamiliar.
Please can someone tell me if there is a program from Market/Internet with which I can uninstall build-in apps.
Thanks in advance.

I think Titanium Backup can do this. In fact I'm pretty sure it can, but I don't have my phone in front of me to verify.

Where's your phone man?
With titanium back up pro you can freeze and defrost apps without uninstalling them for later use or 2nd chances.

I know this that's why I made a thread
If you're rooted and the linked thread up there doesn't work...just download Titanium Backup. Use it to uninstall MP3 store.

Adobe updated flash. I attached the apk below and link below is for flashable file. Make sure you remove previous flash and reboot before attempting to install the update. Copy it to your sdcard and install it like you would any other apk file. Enjoy.
Adobe Flash
Thanks for the upload! Do you know what changes are from 10.1.92.8?
Thanks

No it does not I was using the hacked one and updated to this one and Hulu doesn't work now.
It looks like I have a version 10.1.72.7 installed, but it is installed in /system/app and it wont auto-upgrade from the market. I can use Titanium Backup to un-install it, but it warns me it might mess things up. Am I okay to uninstall this and upgrade to the new 10.1.92.10?
Or am I better running the hacked flash? I'd be interested to see the change log as well to see if I'm better sticking with the hacked one or the newest version.
critical vulnerability
The advisory says, "A critical vulnerability exists in Adobe Flash Player 10.1.82.76 and earlier versions for Windows, Macintosh, Linux, Solaris, and Adobe Flash Player 10.1.92.10 for Android."

YOu should be able to remove it with no problem. I had mine in the system app and removed it with root explorer. Like anything else you should backup b4 making any changes.
Yes its only flash guys you can delete and reinstall it all day long with no problems its not going to harm anything. Also guys just nandroid backup if you are worried. If you have any problems deleting you can also go into settings /applications and delete it from there reboot and install the new version from this post

I have had this problem since the first time I used ODIN to go completely stock. I cannot use the stock messaging app. It will open but will not send or receive... I have tried multiple other roms and still no luck. It isn't a big deal since I use google voice anyway but it is still a pain... and it is bugging me. Anyone have any suggestions? I have looked at the message center numbers... +1 something... Tried both of those and that still doesn't help.
do u use TiBu to restore apps+data after each flash? if yes can u try messaging before u do that and after a fresh install of any ROM
No... I use titanium backup
Lol tibu=titanium backup

Make a nandroid backup and start removing stuff. Trial and error.
A lesson learned hard is a lesson learned well.
It took me a long time to figure out how far I could strip my rom down without causing problems with one thing or the other.
Pin it to Win it.
Is it the general consensus here that Nandroid is better for this purpose than Titanium? I would think that Nandroid is a bit much for just backing up and removing a handful of apps, when it comes to doing the restore.

Yea, make a nandroid backup and use titanium backup to uninstall things. There is also a thread that has safe to remove applications (you can search xda for it)
titanium backup is easy to use and really nice uninstaller of bloatwares ~
try 2 remove other apps .... try to use titanium back up or root uninstaller.. of course make back up first.. or try custom rom

I second that lol.
May b you should try Titanium Backup Software for uninstalling..
This will be easy for you..
Nandroid or Ti backup is your safest bet. You could also wait for someone to release a vanilla ROM for your device.
Hi,
this might be a stupid question, but ...
ive successfully rooted my phone and now i want to remove those annoying stock apps. Can anyone tell me how to do this ?
Thank you!
Use apps like System App remover or titanium backup, etc which are available at play store. But make sure not to remove some important apps which may be important for the os. Remove only those you know very well and what it does and you're sure that removing it won't be a problem.
To be honest, they take up very little space and uninstalling some of them can lead to problems. Your best bet is to long press them in your app drawer, drag them to App Info and then disable them (or freeze them in Titanium Backup, same thing). Then they're hidden but you can re-enable them if there are any issues.
yeah worked - thank you!
i only removed the obvious once like drive, g+ etc

Just so you know, you won't be able to install the OTA when it comes with any system app removed. You'll have to replace those apps.
