MY Radio RIL doesnt match my BaseBand i get signal loss - please Help
i loss my signal and have to reboot to get it back
i didnt find any solution but i heard it could be an unmatching RIL & BB
so i download GetRIL app from the PlayStore and it tell me my RIL is Unknown
Please i search everywhere for information please help me fix this issue

Hi! Because forum limitations i can't publish my message about this issue on same theme in development section. Before you must install fm-radio developed by ilie321 and defcomg users (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2198686&page=19). To solve wi-fi/bluetooth issue with fm-radio, you need to rewrite /system/etc/firmware files by original from V30A firmware rom, for example. All others remain files from FM-ICS-JBv1.1.zip don't need to remove. Then fm-radio works perfect, even wi-fi or bluetooth is on. Switch wi-fi and bluetooth is worked too.

hello Lampis, MIUI ROM is still in closed beta tests, there are some issues as I read the users experience shared on MIUI, Nubia and AnZhi forums.
we'll have the first official MIUI ROM for Nubia Z5S in a week or two, I guess. a little bit more patience
can't say what ROM is the best, I just have the highest expectations from MIUI.

short test report on Camera Mod apk
- made a copy of stock Gallery2.apk on a backup folder
- have installed new apk with Root Browser from Rom Toolbox Lite, then reboot
- did some random shoots, mainly on Pro settings
- the app crashed with "unfortunately, Gallery has stopped" when raw has been chosen instead jpg, feedback report has been sent
- old apk install fails, new apk can be successfully reinstalled, but still stops by launch
- sorted out with App Manager from ROM Toolbox Lite, clear data and clear cache for the Gallery system app
Some specs: Nubia Z5S 16GB, modded rooted ROM v1.30

Thanks will check it out here's the modded camera http://d-h.st/qvN disabled picture format added pretty mode to install just rename Gallery2.apk and Gallery 2.odex to Gallery2.apk.bak and Gallery2.odex.bak then install the above apk like normal the one issue is you cannot launch the camera app with camera key also to take better pics turn off pretty mode wavelet denoise set sharpness to 0 and always try use iso 100 when possible . for exposure time to take effect turn off zsl . here are some photos on my flickr stream www.flickr.com/photos/[email protected]/. Oh yeah will reactivate iso hjr it uses crazy iso went up to iso9200

what I like:
- can be installed as user app, much easier for anybody
- we've got everything possible in Pro mode settings, I guess
- picture quality setting
bugs:
- the bug on camera launching with hardware button is not that bad, at least the button works on taking shots
- ISO setting is not permanent, it loads on Auto on every camera restart

If you loose imei and dont have phone access: use MTK Droid Tools – > click IMEI/NVRAM -> Write your imei to both input (you can check it under your battery) and restart your phone
If anything goes wrong just go back to stock Rom: Komu 1.03 Stock KitKat anytime with MTK Flash tools.

I tried the beta3 and I must say that it is already a great job . COMPLIMENTS!
However now I am trying your first stable version .
I ask you a few things to add :
- Governors most famous for the kernel ;
- Fix the problem of the microphone in calls ( I feel bad ) ;
- Update the recovery that is still a long time ;
- Fix the problem with the videos you see on facebook shelled, with green stripes , are blacks or other things .

thanks for the work you have done on this ROM. It`s the best lollipop on zp998 I have found. I`ve been testing CM-12.1-20150818-UNOFFICIAL-ZP998 since yesterday and there are some bugs you may look in to:
Calls - sometimes stop during the call,
Calls - while initiating call, system loose signal
Mobile data - unstable, not always available after switching wifi to mobile data
Microphone -
Bluetooth - I had some difficulties to pair with MiBand but after sometime it paired.
SmartLock - I`m unable to add trusted devices, system claims that they are not connected even when other application is using that device.
Themes - Installation of other themes from Google Play fails, theme is show in settings/themes for a second and removed
Please keep developing, this ROM have really a potential and despite all bugs it is the fastest ROM I have tested and also in AnTuTu it scores over 31500.

Thanks for checking that so fast.
I`m unable to test themes you have installed because some I cannot find and others are not free. I have also tried to reinstall system with full wipe but installation fails the same. But.. never mind that is just an minor isolated problem it seems. I would include screenshot but I am unable to post outer links and add attachments due to my account restrictions.
The cellular data problem I have is only related to GAPPS and notification bar. I have noticed that Viber is working even when notification shows no data connection.
Maybe those issues are related to GAPPS I have installed, which are you using? I have installed MINI MODULAR PACKAGE from http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/tk-gapps-t3116347
Have you noticed the microphone issue when calling, the other is hearing an echo. That might be related to noise-cancellation which have occurred in earlier 4.4 and 4.2 roms.
Or the signal lost during calls?

Hello everyone!
As some of you might know there are many versions of Galaxy S4. I'm an owner of GT-i9515 - one of the most recent version. It's a little different than i9505 but i did manage to build fully working CM11. However i have major problem with CM12.1 - RIL is only partially functional. By partially i mean that i can search for networks, i can see informations about IMEI and i can call emergency number but still my SIM card is not recognized. I did exchenge it to the new one but problem persist. Here is the output of radio logcat: http://pastebin.com/CbLyydiR I'm no java coder but as far as i can the problem is that android can't get proper phoneID/subID number. Any help and/or idea is highly appreciated
Edit: Problem solved - on TheMuppets github were wrong proprietary libs - that was the reason why RIL was not working. Anyway thread can be closed.
