I have got a bike holder for my HTC Desire HD. It is modificated Dicota. (I bought it as a holder for my HP iPAQ, than it holds Touch PRO and now DHD)
I have got a photo, which was taken some days before, and i was photographing bike, not that holder

Anyone got any better suggestions, i bought the waterproof case/mount for my DHD and its terrible for the job. It's just a tom tom case filled with stuffings. Really bad poor quality. Regarding it's purpose to hold and protect my phone, it fails as the case is far too big and it's not waterproof as it has holes for earphones. All in all poor.
The Iphone bike mount seems all well-made and fit for purpose. Why can't someone make a proper mount for out Desire HD.
I think there are craftsmen and their own hands to make

I read back a couple of posts and I think that http://buybits.com/product/8890.aspx would do a better jobby. There are a couple about I tried mobfun but they said they had them but when I ordered they were OOS - which others have said too.
Wished I had searched here first.
But the buybits people seem to have a lot of bits and bobs that do later phones. Had a few things off them from the web and they seems to do what they say on the bag lol.
Dunno would not want a crash with any new phone - you know they would just fall apart lol

Just to let you know, it is made for iPhone 4g and HTC Desire HD does not fit it properly. Seems like a quality product, but they should a) make a bigger case for Desire HD and/or devices of that size and b) stop marketing this product deceitfully.

Would anybody reccomend the Archos 101 internet Android tablet?
i have it, not sure if i like it or not. i guess its good, but i didnt need it when i bought it and have no use for it really lol. it just sits next to my bed and its good for when i want to check my emails, but i use my droid for that anyways. ill sell u mine pretty cheap if u want it, its mint condition and comes with everything. only like 3 weeks old.
I am also curious about the Archos 101. Almost bought one. My friend send he loves it except that the screen isn't completely flush with the casing. Dust can sometimes accumulate on the edges of the screen.
Is the Archos 101 an ipad, no. But does it do just about everything, yet TONS more. YES!
The build quality is actually pretty good, no it's not made out of the same material as a Macbook Pro or the ipad. But it's actually pretty well built for low cost.
This device for the price is actually very good. I love mine. I have a 32GB MicroSD in mine and I have plenty of Storage. Android 2.2 should be dropping on the device any day now. I heard tomorrow.. Just a few things that make the Archos 101 way better than the ipad are: Camera, USB Host Slot, Micro USB Slot, MicroSD Slot, HDMI OUT IS HUGE FOR ME. oh and it runs Android. That little Green Robot that is taking over the world.

just got mine in today... it's legit badass. very sturdy and it's a suction cup that actually holds suction. the actually phone holder offers 360 degrees rotation and tilt. i give it two thumbs up!
I just got one from http://www.thecellguru.com/Products/26866 for a little under $33 delivered. I have used Cellularaccessory (the OP's source) in the past and found them very helpful as well.
The mount is "OK" in my book. While nicely made and holds the phone well, it isn't anywhere near as adjustable as I would like in terms of angles. There is only a small amount of adjustability in the ball joint that connects the cradle to the arm, perhaps +/- 20 degrees.
Another drawback is it launches the &*^%ing car-mode app/screen and ties it to the home button, which makes for a less-than-useful phone (until I can figure out how to customize that app away).
On the plus side, the lever for the suction cup is very easy to use (much better than, for example, the twist-to-lock used by TomTom).
I also like that there isn't stress on the phone's micro-USB connector. That connector has been a failure point on other phones.
It includes a standard Samsung CLA, which may or may not be able to provide the 1.1A that the T959V can take to charge. I use a USB cable and the Elago 1A (dual) CLA-to-USB which lets me charge the phone, as well as a headset/speakerphone from a single socket. Apparently Amazon has seen enough sales of the Elago line (love their Nano II microSDHC reader) that they have picked them up themselves. JoWow has been good in the past for many orders and Elago items (they were previously the only Amazon-related source).
I'll probably end up ditching the suction-cup arm and figuring out how to better mount the cradle. From what I have read, it isn't the industry-standard pattern, so it will have to be something custom.
I actually made my own mount using a cheap piece of crap mount off Amazon and my old Magellan GPS mount. I took the front part that actually holds the phone, and used a dremel tool to cut new holes in the back so that it would slide on to the arm assembly of the GPS mount. Fits perfect and looks awesome. Best of all, it doesn't fall off my windshield anymore!
Anyone have an issue using a bluetooth headset while docked? It seems to disable unless I undock, make call, and redock.

ok guys, just a quick heads up, Proclip finally released a mount for us. I mean, its nice, but I think I prefer the samsung one only because of the dedicated line out and power port slide switch.

that may be, but you have more options on location depending on the vehicle you have and what mounts are available for said vehicle. Also, build quality imho is a lot better with proclip. I have owned several mounts from them over the years with the exception of the charge since I needed a mount stat and these weren't available yet. Wish I could have wait, not like the samsung one is that bad in comparison, i just prefer to keep things tidy in the car and not have random mounts popping out of the top dash or dangling from the wind shield hehe.
Now, all that in consideration, I am not unhappy with my samsung mount...I just wish I could have waited longer till this got released.
Proclip mounts are worth it nevertheless.

i purchased this mount from RAM when i bought my moto xoom which was in 2011.
have you been to the RAM site directly? they have many types of mounts.
Ok Guys for now i can say Exomount its perfect for the new Nexus 9
The Spiderpodium Tablet is also another good alternative to the ExoMount.
