Anyone's Order "Being Processed" for a Week?

I ordered mine on 11/1 on t-mobile.com and it still says "being processed"... I called up T-Mobile and they filed a handset research form and told me they would contact me regarding the order in a week, which will be after this weekend.
This happened to anyone? Thanks.

Well I just ordered mine last night (Black)... they said It would take 6-7 business with the normal ground shipping I chose. Maybe its a color they ran out of? What color did you get?

What color did you order? I ordered mine by phone but it should be the same.

Just to let you know that my order status online says "Pending Shipping", is that what yours says?

I ordered white. When I login to my t-mobile and get my order status, it says "Being processed." When did you order yours and what color was yours?

I ordered mine last night, ordered the black one. My order status says "Pending Shipping".

Oh... Well I ordered mine 8 days ago and it hasn't been shipped yet lol

This happened to me as well. I called Customer Loyalty and the rep said that they just switched warehouses and that many orders have been getting lost. He said that my order was lost and would never ship. He was not able to cancel the order but was able to put a note in my account to allow me to upgrade "again" at a T-Mobile store. I suggest anyone who has been stuck in a "being processed" call Customer Loyalty and get it resolved...

Weird I ordered mine 2 days ago, and it was shipped yesterday. Regular ground shipping.

I get the impression that they are working through a backlog -- but you may want to contact them to get a status JIC

I ordered my dock on 1/5/2011, so I guess that I shouldn't expect anything soon.
It looks as if they are using drop shipping for the docks. They must wait until they get enough orders to get a volume discount from the supplier. Then the supplier ships them to the individual buyer. They don't even touch the docks, but handle the sale and make a profit.

I'm with the group who got emails for the 26th. I wonder where they are now. I keep hoping to see another update.

Merimobiles.com Customer Service?
... or the lack of?
I ordered mine dock on 1/3/11, order was processed and my card was charged on 1/5/11; got 2 emails to confirm that.
Since then, two + weeks later, their web site states: Order Processing(?)
No response to two of my emails, no one picks up their phone, goes to VM rightaway and no calls back from them.
Was anybody able to speak to a live person there or gotten a response to their emails?

I am sorry to hear about everyone's troubles with receiving the dock. It sucks when you pay for something and then having to wait for what seems like forever.
If you guys get tired of waiting for the one you've already paid for from this company, there are a couple of guys in the gTab forums that have ordered in bulk and are sitting on some right now. And, at least one of them ships the same day he gets the payment.
Just thought this was worth mentioning.

I ordered 1 from it2steve yesterday, i have a tracking # today and should have by Saturday if not sooner.

I ordered 2 docks from MeriMobiles on the 26th of December as well. I sent them an e-mail last week for an update and finally received a response today. I also finally received a tracking number that the package was shipped on the 15th but that it could take 10 - 14 days to receive.
I wonder how much business this company has lost due to its lousy customer service. I was going to file a dispute with Paypal if I hadn't heard something by tomorrow.

AmazonWireless Ship Date?

Hey all- has anyone's AmazonWireless preorder gone to shipped status? Mine has not shipped and says expected delivery of May 9. Just wondering if I'm alone from late pre-ordering or what the story is. Thanks!

Nope. It says items shipping soon for me. I expect Monday shipping for Wednesday receipt. I ordered mine on May 1st.

Ordered yesterday morning on Radioshack and the site shows my expected ship date to be 5/7 (with next day shipping I expect tuesday receipt).

Just tried to put in an order and they are giving me an expected delivery date of 5/17 for the white. Couldn't find an option to upgrade the shipping to overnight (normally $3.99 with Amazon Prime).
Think I may just pick this one up in the store tomorrow.

I ordered on April 26th and it's status is still "shipping soon"

Mine shipped out about 5:30pm today through USPS.

I had a white one on order, but even today it was saying 'backorder' whereas the gray one said 'in stock' earlier today. I switched to gray after cancelling my white order and it is now saying 'shipping soon'. Both gray and white are now saying 8-9 days availability on the amazon website.
Hope mine goes out Monday...

I also ordered on May 3rd... I contacted them about it and they said they are expecting more to come in on Monday and will ship the same day. Hopefully they do get it on monday and I get it on tuesday (Next day shipping).

I ordered mine 4/23. Price matched the $49 from Radio Shack. Item shows "Shipping Soon" with an estimated ship date of 5/7 and delivery 5/8. Free one day shipping.

Called sales support about my order. They said the Aug 11th delivery date will most likely change in the next few days. Bigger demand then they thought and that most orders are getting pushed back by at least 2 weeks. Which will put mine at Aug 20-25th

Only have order complete as of August 6th.

I ordered mine two days ago and got a notice last night that it was shipped. Fedex tracking still shows it sitting in China though.

I ordered mine on July 31st. still not showing shipped. The date says estimated delivery Aug 10th, 2015. Dont think itll make it.

Ordered Mine August 1st. It said Aug 11th for delivery. I just checked this morning, now it says Aug 21st Now I will have to buy a cheap unlocked for to use in the mean time.

Chatted with Motorola today to get order status... They are expecting mine to ship soon and still arrive by the original estimated date of Aug. 11 -- I ordered on Aug. 2. I was really expecting a delay like some others are getting.

I suspect they don't ship out individual phone, but ship in batches. It would make more sense that way.

Yeah mines getting delivered weds im using the 1GB version for now. Hopefully the 2GB one doesn't have flaws the 1 does or sending it back.

I ordered my 2/16 on the 30th, and originally was supposed to be delivered by 8/7, but that didn't happen. Finally got notice it shipped on 8/7, and is now expected to be here by 8/13.

So it seems that orders are delayed by like a week or two. That goes with what the customer service rep told me last week.....

Here is the answer I just got....nothing ofnany use.
EDIT: Got told by someone on the phone that despite the fact they couldn't give me a tracking number. I should still expect it tomorrow.

I remember ordering the OG Moto X was the same way. Some customers were given shipping info and others just randomly had their phones show up.

My phone is getting a free world cruise, I only wish the camera had an outside view. So far, it's been China to Hong Kong, to Taiwan to Alaska. There is about 4500 Miles or 7242K to go with one day left until delivery according to Fedex. They'd better step it up.

maybe u could track your ider from hihonor.com to know the date

Most orders will send you an email when the order is shipped. When I ordered from Newegg that was the case. I'm sure it will be the same with you. Ordering a product on Saturday or Sunday are usually not even processed up until Monday since Monday is Business day 1. And huawei also states it could take 1 business day to ship so out of anything it should ship tomorrow. *Tuesday*

its the same case with all, it takes 1 business day to ship, sometimes it may take 2.

I'm just curious how fast other people's orders have shipped. Thanks for the response XjokiX7! Looking forward to receiving my Honor 8.

A friend of mine got it in a week

My order shipped from Ft Worth, TX. So if it's delivered as scheduled, the time from order to delivery is about 4 business days. Not Amazon speed, but not too bad!

Give it 4 work days when having it in stock. But as you know, parcels get lost and damaged, but not likely.
You should be able to see the order status at the HiHonor website.

Delivery is funny from HiHonor. Booked phone on 14th. It showed at 3rd stage out of 4 (Order, Payment, Shipping/ed, Delivered) , warehouse got order on 15th, Shipped on 16th. till time status is Shipping. On 17th evening, it showed FedEx Track no and Status on Stage is "Delivered". To whom.. God knows. Went to FedEx site, it said, wait for day.
So commitment of 5-7 days looks true.
