is it possible to have the Car Dock UI without Car Dock?

Can anyone help me. My official HTC car charger is no longer charging my phone. It lights up and it charges my mates dhd fine but it won't work anymore in my phone. Anyone got any ideas?

I found some apps like HUD head up display that BMW has.. But i am looking for something like widget on homescreen which switch on-off the mirrored at least NAVIGATION.

I had one for my atrix. It was awesome. I just jump in the truck push the phone into the dock and the audio and charge are going. So simple . I hate fussing with cables its such a pain.. anyone know of a good car dock?

I've also been looking and I think the only way would be to build one. Wouldn't be too difficult. Just mount a micro USB plug and a 3.5mm jack into a plastic base and line them up
