[Q] Synergy Rom Help Please

I have installed the synergy rom and i downloaded a notification bar mod, but the mod wont install. Help Please & Thanks

Im having the same issure, i applied 2 mods and 1 theme and none of them get applied.

I don't know what phone or recovery you have, but on my phone to apply a mod you have to mount system in clockworkmod (my phones recovery) before flashing it.

Synergy 3Dvo Data Call Failure and Wifi Error PLEASE HELP
Just unlocked and rooted my EVO 3D (version 2.3.4)
From Recovery: wipe data/factory reset: wipe cache partition: Wipe Dalvik Cache
Installed Synergy 3Dvo rom:2.3.4 (on 8/20/11)
At first everything looked good except "wifi error".
I flashed synergy-netarchy-5-kernel zip
Still nothing "wifi error".
Again:
From Recovery: wipe data/factory reset: wipe cache partition: Wipe Dalvike Cache
This time flashed synergy-stock-kernel
BIGGER PROBLEM (Please help)
1. (Date Call Failure) Error Code 128 .Unable to establish wireless data connection
2. Wi-Fi Error
3. Voicemail Error V08

Did you create a nandroid backup of the original stock rom and settings? If so, I would suggest flashing back to that first. Also, when flashing a kernel it's usually a good idea to wipe dalvik again... Can't tell you how many kernel problems I ran into until I found one that worked for me..

well, if you're able boot up into the rom, I'd suggest saving all your media to your sd card, backing up your apps to your google account, exporting your contacts, then doing a factory reset in recovery

Update:
Data call failure fixed (mysteriously)
Voicemail error v08 fixed (???)
Problem: wifi error
Note: I flash different kernels but when I go to about phone, still shows htc..I'm confused.
Since I just rooted, am I supposed to change signature toggle in recovery or anything? Not sure why kernel shows up htc... I did dalvik wipe

Can you post up the exact wifi error? Also, perhaps try finding and flashing the kernel that originally came with stock although, I think the factory reset should have already done that for you :/

hi, this is my first time flash-ing the rom (of my p500).
firstly, i changed my baseband into the new one. (before my phone rom was cm7)
then, i downloaded the cm10, i copy it to my sdcard.
before i flash, i've wiped factory, wiped Dalvik-cache... then i flash the rom from sdcard.
but some error occur, it said:
install from sdcard...
finding update package...
opening update package...
verifying update package...
E: wrong digest:
system/build.prop
E: verification failed
Instalation aborted
really need help, thanks.

You have to wipe system in mount and storage and cache and dalvik cache and battery in advanced. If this will not solve your problem try to re download the rom.

Make sure you're using a pre-flash wipe for your phone. I prefer http://db.tt/daJpOjDa (it's a download, it formats system, data, cache).

i got it fix but that's not the wipe problem, or the ROM downloading problem
i think it's bcoz i'm using the old version of custom recovery (Ra-thunderg 1.0 <-- forgot the version)
i am trying to upgrade it to the AmonRa 3.6 but ican't flash the AmonRa 3.6.zip (i think it's bcoz the Ra-Thunderg 1.0 is not capable or compatible for flashing it), some verification error.
so i tried to flash CWM 5.2? <-- forgot the version (another recovery) and it's work..
coz i am not used to use this app than i change it to AmonRa 3.6, and once again it's work...
so after i upgrade the custom recovery, i could flash that ROM.

Hi,
I also have recovery-RA-GNM-thunderg-1.1.0, which is not allowing me to install jelly 4.2.1 rom by LGICS.It fails with same 'no digest' problem.Which recovery should i put to be compatible for flashing 4.2 rom.

cwm Status 7 error

So the problem is im not able to flash any rom.
steps i followed -
flashed xxkpe then ddlf2,then cfroot
tried to flash cm10.1 alpha7 ...it did reboot..then got a recovery error Status 7...then i tried to flash cm10 alpha 4 this time got an error e://sdcard/cm10alpha4.zip cannot open (bad)...then tried to flash cm10.1 rc1 got the same status 7 error
i have repeated the steps again (from stock)...but still getting the same error
any help..
can this be a sdcard problem?

Try this solution...

bro try this:
when in cwm go to mounts and storage and and mount evrything thats unmounted i.e ext/cache/sd and flash your rom OR after mounting everything reboot to cwm and flash

try do Wipe Data Factory Reset & Wipe Cache.
format system mounts and storage > format system
then advanced wipe dalvik cache
then try install rom

Copy the zip to internal memory and try.

[Q] TWRP Issues

Hi!
I'm in stock firmware 4.4.2 (Yes, i installed this week 'cause is better for me), i made root my device and then i installed TWRP 2.8.1.0.
I use a flash package with new bootlogo and after this, 3 issues appear in twrp.
Today i flash again stock thinking that maybe this could fix this problems but, after make root and install again TWRP, this issues are there.
I tryied to install CM11 but the rom stills in boot animation.
These are the issues that TWRP show:
E: Unable to stat '/data/misc/location/mq/location-mq-s'
E: Unable to stat '/data/property/persist.atvc.log'
E: Unable to stat '/data/property/persist.atvc.netmon_ih'

Works fine with 4.4.2 stock and 4.4.4, but doesn't work with CM or another ROM flashed T.T
How can i fix it, and why i couldn't install CM11 or CM12?
Edit: I tryied to do a backup and other issue appears:

I flash another stock (GPE 4.4.4) and only could see the boot logo (Google logo and padlock)

I fixed it (or i believe that xD)
Just i installed a stock rom (GPE, when it doesn't boot) and i made DATA & CACHE wipes in stock recovery... then i installed Retail US only to check if there isn't a problem...
I installed TWRP and CM11 with his respective Gapps and... Works!!!!!!
Jejeje i was trying a lot of things and this works.
If a Mod wants to close this thread it's fine for me

im wondering if i can get some help. A friend of mine put Pac Rom on my phone in May 2015 and me being stupid, i decided to put it back to stock a few weeks ago using samsung kies. little did i realise what im actually missing out on. so i have tried to flash back to Pac Rom and Carbon Rom and nothing is working. i can flash GAPPS but when i try to reboot, it only comes up as the S3 Stock boot. i cant access anything. i have wiped system, have wiped Dalvik Cache and Cache. i still have TWRP installed to use but nothing seems to work except GAPPS
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?!?!:crying:
PS until someone can help i will use kies stock rom (LTE Telstra 4G Australia) I9305

Hi
Into TWRP, open the Wipe menu and select Data + System + Cache + Dalvik. Then flash the custom rom (zip file of PAC ROM).
Let us know if it works, if not you will have to flash a stock firmware through Odin: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/help/guide-odin-flash-guide-t1671969

It seems you don't have a custom recovery, do you?

Not Anymore

So you have to install one before flashing a custom rom.
