FLash this at your own risk. If you brick your phone for any reason, it's all your fault. Do not blame anybody!!!
Guide : Just download the zip, rename it to bootanimation.zip and copy it over to data/ local using Root Explorer, or like me using free stuff, I recommend Super Manager in the market. Though it's a lite version. If you're able to, please support Super Manager or Root Explorer by purchasing them.
Note : make sure it's bootanimation.zip NOT bootanimation.zip.zip
This was tested on my N1 running CM7 RC2. so again if you have a different rom or anything, try it at your own risk.
If you want sound with it, download android_audio.zip, extract it and copy it to the same place.

Thanks for sharing this. I am going to put it on my Nexus One right after I upgrade from RC4 to CM7 Stable. I suspect no issues but if there are any I'll report back.

Because I can't post in the dev forum, I post here and hope not to offend anyone.
I have flashed the I997UCKK1 rom and used DooMLoRD_v1_ROOT-zergRush-busybox-su to get root.
Seems to work well at the moment.

This new modem is awesome on the Rogers network, I reached 8Mps down and a crappy 1Mps up. This is the highest I ever reached!

Looks pretty good thanks! I reinstalled the ROM and it is a little better, but I think more sensitive to positioning than other modem/roms. May just be me.
I think this may have come from somewhere back between Honeycomb and S but fairly recent. Tablet maybe? Nevertheless it seems to work with the X10. earbrain

Here's a little flashable to install my modded Torch app. Nothing changed in terms of the Torch app's functionality, just puttin a pretty face on things. Its safe to flash on all devices already using the torch app. This is a part of my Guru'd Nighly Build, but a buddy wanted this now, so here it be.
Like I mentioned, its safe to say that if your already using the Torch App from CM9, that my modded version will function perfectly on your device. This App is only intended to be used with ICS ROM's, mainly CM9. At this point, that's all I've test this app on. A word of warning: Like anything else you flash to your device, if any harm befouls your device, its no ones fault but your own. But you can be assured that I have never, and will never make available anything that I haven't tested on my own device. This app is no different. What is it? Gingerbread, ICS, Froyo? Is it CM7/CM9, AOSP, AOKP? I'm not trying to be a ****, but I would like some details as to what it is that you have built for this phone...
I guess that it would be a stock themed ICS ROM. I think I saw the screenshot of his ROM last night when he reported about several random reboots.

Its stock rooted themed. there is issues with random reboots. It is very hard to dev for a phone you dont have. I am not giving up and will be bringing you guys some new toys hopefully soon. As far as testers, I have my guy's already and like I said we are working on something for you guys.

I dont know how low of a version of android you can use it on but make a backup and give it a try, if it works then report back and ill update the op
