I think the OP is asking about the changelog between RC4 and final. I haven't checked the changelog, so I'm not sure either.

That is why they are called nightlies. They are alpha versions. I would say it is 80% stable in my own experience.
So who all updated to cm7.1.0 stable release and is experiencing frequent reboots?

Well for cm7 you can try thundershed which hasn't been updated for a while or you could use vicious cm7. Both of those can be found at rootzwiki.

yes but check the rom, some are now supporting the new BB so you dont need his fix. CM7.2 RC3 and newer support it
Hi. Does anyone know if they xda app will be updated again?. It hasn't since December and there's a few bugs etc.. Would be nice for it to get updated imho

No. XDA app is based on Tapatalk(paid app). If you want version without bugs buy xda premium.

Im on xda premium lol its just pictures etc never load and when they do its a long wait and going back a page from the bottom freezes
