Cm 7 nightlies - Thunderbolt General

Hey does anyone know where I can download a cm 7 nightly that has decent working 3g and GPS? I don't care much about 4g.
Thanks for the help!

Nightly builds don't exist for this device because cm never made an official build.
Sent from my ADR6400L using Tapatalk 2

Sorry. I meant unofficial nightlies. All I found on Google have broken links
Sent from my ADR6400L using xda premium

Well for cm7 you can try thundershed which hasn't been updated for a while or you could use vicious cm7. Both of those can be found at rootzwiki.

Since we're on the topic, how do we know when they're pushing a "regular" release? I'm interested in upgrading too but don't want a "buggy" release.

Took the plunge last week and very happy ICS so far. Running Peter Alphonso's rom with Eugene's kernel. Faster and smoother than stock gingerbread which is what I was on.

I'm looking forward to the NS4G update. I'm running a cm9 build right now but I'd love to have the real thing available for devs to pull files from.

Medscape on cm9

Is anyone having issues with medscape since June nightlies on cm9?

Cm9 still being updated?

Hi all.
Just wondering if cm is still supporting cm9 for the skyrocket?
Haven't seen a nightly since Sept 9.
Thanks

It is still supported. Most devs are focusing on cm10 though. Instead of nightlys it gets "weeklys" now:thumbup:

:request: can someone port and maintain a miui rom please?

I would love you forever. (if it's a guy then no homo)

Given your tenure and from the technical competency I've seen of you I'd be willing to bet you could do a port. There are guides on it i really think you could.

I don't either but all you need is miui from similar device that has active development and cm from our device. Its all file swapping so at most probably 300 to 400Mb of downloads.

I think miui v5 just came out actually. I'm using the launcher now. That's why this post exists. Lol

Miui v5 isn't worth the time to port until its released for a portable phone. Mi framework is much more complex

Only devices that have it available are Mi 2 Mi-One. There is only 1 port of MIUI v5 out which is for xperia play I think. Its the only port of MIUI v5 out for phones other then xiaomi devices and it has a bunch of issues. I have the last miui v4 build ported but I don't have this phone to test anything since a friend wanted me to port it

Mi-2 and Mi-one = xiaomi's phones that run MIUI natively and are officially supported. They are the only phones in the world right now that have MIUI V5 natively. The framework from those phones are more complex then porting from nexus or any other miui supported phone. I know many miui devs (like myself and others) that will not even bother with porting it until aosp/portable phone gets it. Ibotpeaches a lead developer of apktool and miuiandroid isn't even waisting his time on it since its not worth it yet.
Sent from my SPH-L710 using xda app-developers app
Looks like miui v5 is out of the question but v4 is possible if you wanna port it mtdew.

Looking for a maintainer

Hey guys Team Hellfire is looking for some one to test and maintain the HellFire ROM for the Verizon SgS3 any one interested?

Test ROM, maintain thread, report back
Add ideas and if you can dev that is a plus(bonus) but not required.

What's the hellfire ROM? I may be interested
Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 4
If I've helped, please hit the thanks button
It is a CM based ROM with a tweaks and mods for speed and performance it was started back on the g2x on gingerbread and is one of the best rated ROMs for that phone 0x0hell0x0 the dev has moved on to the gs3 for T-Mobile and brought the team over we have been doing ROMs for the At&t, T-Mobile, Sprint ,Tab2, kindle fire we want to bridge out to other devices but we want to make sure it gets the same attention as if we own the device. So we are needing some one to Flash and test look for anything that can be fixed so when we do releases they are perfect. We are also going to be doing releases for HTC One and Nexus 4
If you want you can check the threads out sprint

I'd do it but I don't wanna risk messing up my VZW GS3. Sorry.
If its just updating the thread and testing the rom on what works, I can do that. Will I just copy everything from your other threads in the OP?

I'm sorry due to personal problems and and issues I'm having in my life I can't help with this ROM. I did have a chance to try it and I love it, but signal is a little worse than CM10.2 but not much really. I didn't have time to try everything out but it looks stable and working to me
