[Q] How do i downgrade to KB2 radio?

can i do this even tho i am running stock non rooted??? If so please can someone tell a newbie how to do this
From my experience, I wouldn't try it. I attempted with my ns4g something similar and the radio stopped working. I had to flash back to factory stock and call my carrier to reset my account. Since you're not experienced in doing this, I'd suggest not doing it. You can easily get yourself in a situation that your phone will be not working anymore and then you'll be back here asking us how to fix it. I'm not trying to be a ****, I'm just saying that it's not a good idea to try this.

It's not really hard to do. You just flash a flashable zip or setup ADB and flash the radio image.
Is there a reason why you want to downgrade your radio?
Yes i have this stupid search button bug and its unbearable. I heard a new radio fixes the problem

Search button? Radio wouldn't fix software.
Radio is responsible for your signal/reception.
the search button bug is connected to 3g connection.... it presses itself like crazy....although when wifi is on the problem is non existent. Its a common problem and is known to be fixed by a new radio

[Q] trouble recieving calls?

So ever since i flashed ics and the unlocked 3.32 firmware, now everytime someone tries to call me sometimes it says "wrong code" and the person has to call me acouple times to get a hold of me.. At first i thought it might be from the roms i flashed but it seems like im still getting it no matter what rom im at. Any ideas on why im getting this? Im thinking of flashing back to the original firmware with gb

No In-Call Volume

Ok so i recently decided to switch back to gingerbread after being on ics for a while and i chose today to flash cyanogenmod 7.2 stable. I flashed it and everything is peachy, but i cannot hear anything while in a call. No ringing and no voice from the other person on the phone. I know it isnt a bad download because i checked the md5 before i flashed. Is this a normal bug? Is there an easy fix? Any help would be appreciated because i would rather not re-set up my phone after a re-flash. Thanks guys.
I had the same problem when i flashed the last 2 nightlys. I thought it was the baseband because i was still using the old one. So i went back to stock GB, used the LG tool to get the new baseband and everything is working fine now. Only probelm is im still trying to root it, which i know isnt hard but for some reason its not working -_-

[Q] Service is toggling after flashing JB on i727

I have two questions 1) is my only way to fix this to go back to stock ICS using ODIN? 2) Once i get back to that, what do i do in order to get to a working version of JB? is it as simple as trying another ROM? Is it ok to skip ICS and just flash another version of JB?
Background if you want it....
Followed vincon guide : http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1773659
Started with Stock ATT 4.0.4
CWM via odin
baseb: UCLI3
I flashed JB [ROM] [4.1.2] [UCLL3] Stock Debloat to my i727 last night. Everything went seemingly smooth, everything worked with a strange exception being my exchange account wouldn't authenticate.Today my service is off about 95% of the time, then it will come on and ill get a text or two, then it goes off. voice calls dont work at all. LTE data is hit or miss.WiFi works
In phone status under network type its toggling: UTMS:3 to HSPA:11 to HSPAP15 to no service...then it drops everything and service state will say out of service and disconnected.
My IMEI is correct, I confirmed that.
It tried dialing the *#*#XXXX#*#* thing, that just said no connection and ended.
I started to go down the path of looking to flash a new radio, but that just doesn't seem like the answer to me... obviously the risk of me being wrong is high. i did check the MD5 numbers on other radios though and they came back as mismatched, so i did nothing there.
Also i wiped cache 3 times, as well as dalvek
Is there a simple solution that Ive missed or do i need to go to stock via ODIN? What, if anything, did i do wrong>
If you didn't flash corresponding UCLL3 baseband - AFAIK intermittent service is expected.
If you need to flash baseband - flash the latest UXUMA7 baseband.
Well i've actually had the exact same problem, in several variations and on several androids and here's my conclusions:
1 Magnetic storms and grid issues with the carrier. There's not much to do about these, except maybe for a making a tin hat for your phone. But, on a second thought this would also kill the signal
2 If the issue persists for more than a couple of days then the other thing for me was = radios that just didn't work with my carrier or rom. Changing these showed instant results.
I actually had this exact problem but for me it was on the carrier end. I tried every ROM and radio out there to no avail. After about a month and my parents also experiencing the issue, we called the carrier and they had it fixed in about two weeks.

[Q]Can make only one call after reboot.

Hello I have a strange problem on my nexus s.
When I make a call all work fine but when I make a new call the microphone and the speaker didn't working.
And then when I reboot the phone all fix and after a one call all back.
I try to do full wipe and install CM rom and still the problem is here.

I have the same problem. Did you fix that? I used CM10.2, CM11, and 4.4 AOSP not official rom. But nothing helps.
Try booting into safe mode and see if what happens.

I tried flashing many roms even the official rom
Did u find any solution ??

It is a OS issue since the mic is working fine in Skype or other similar apps.
Google couldn't find a solution for it yet... https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/nexus/2eVRjUXPS-A

In my case Nexus S (from AT&T - 9020A) KitKat (4.1.2) I had to overwrite radio driver with Radio KD1 version
I have tried multiple versions from here:
