Does the Nexus S have Samsung's Touch Wiz User Interface? I would like to know because I am thinking about upgrading to the Nexus S soon. Thanks.

Not to sound rude, but why don't you just YouTube it so you can get an idea of what the software looks like?

HTC HUB?

Is there anyway to get the new HTC hub app from wp7.5, the new update, on the nexus s?

I severely doubt it. You're talking about porting copywrited work across operating systems that are written and function in vastly different ways. It's already massively hard to port htc sense from device to device so I'm guessing your only hope is someone writing an app that looks and functions like the one you want.

That wasn't a concept. It was how you seem to think software works. You can't just port closed source software made with different programming languages from totally different OS'es.

By that logic then Windows phone 6 is probably the fastest os around. Maybe we can get a awesome Windows 3.1 build going and run awesome apps like ms paint

if you liked ios you should have bought an iphone , No android user will port ios to us (maybe a theme but not the os)
Personally, I think an open WebOS port would be more useful than a Firefox os port...

Whats the cheapest way to get DSPManager?

I have an iphone 4s, I'm tempted in getting the nexus 7 specifically for CM10 nightlies. I had the orginal Evo 4g when it first came out and absotuely loved cm6/7's dsp manager on it. Now I am without an android phone. I hear you can install just the dspmanager.apk with a rooted phone now without CM! So whats the cheapest option for me? I just want a device with dsp manager and 8-16gb of memory or sdcard slot for my music.
Try the galaxy player line of devices maybe

Has anyone found a volume fix?

Has anyone found a fix for the wired volume? It is terrible. I come from a HTC One and never really used my Nexus until recently. It just terrible. Power Amp can't help it. I use Beat Studios 2.0 and it just sounds really meh.

I don't see why that can't be an option.

Pretty much this. The HTC One has vastly superior sound and it's the one thing I miss about it. The Nexus has one downward-facing speaker as opposed to 2 front-facing speakers so it's always going to be rubbish in comparison
Do a search there are about 3-5 threads on this with downloads. Why beats seems to be the end all be all is beyond me.

Never happened on any of the six N5 I used (EU model, D821), nor on my 2012 N7 3G.
I haven't seen this issue on N5.
It happened to me once when I had Galaxy Nexus.
I think it depends on the server where you are downloading from.
In this particular case it seems to be google play.
Are you using any apps to get to the market? I know people from outside of US are using them.
