[Theme] Vanilla Android for Sense [PMF 1.0] [ALPHA] [WIP]

By request, I have put together a stock android theme for PMF 1.0 (cause it's deodexed)
I replaced some files in services.jar to get the clock in the status bar to be black, but you'll notice that notification text is still white. If anyone has good java skills and wants to help with decoding .smali files so we can get black notification text then please pm me.
If you guys like this and want to encourage further development please donate.
This theme will not work with any odexed sense rom. You can try, but you'll get bootloops. Don't say i didn't warn you

Ok. To install this place the .zip onto the root of my sd card and apply through the clockwork recovery mod, correct? Also after applying this, how do I disable/remove it if I do not like it? Thanks

You can either re-flash the rom, or restore a nandroid backup.

Can you please do a NexTheme one too please?

Maybe when I have time. I have a lot on my plate as far as my own ports and new themes.

I just installed the taskbar and it looks great, much better than the stock taskbar. The only thing is, my clock still shows up with white text, not black.

I used update.zip and applied over stock Sense.
I actually just read the first post a little closer, it still works with stock sense, only issue is the lighter colored clock in the top right corner. Thanks for all the hard work, I'm really liking the themes.

It's just the status bar right now, but sooner or probably a bit later it'll be everything. keep in mind this is a alpha testing release so its very much not finished.

Location still uses the black icon, also 3g seems to switch back and forth between the black and white icons.
Other than that, it's great! I love it.

This may be a dumb question (sorry I am new to the game) but do I need to root my phone first? Or can I apply this "theme" using the same method I installed the OTA leaks and updates on my un-rooted droid eris (place files on SD and restart phone holding down power+volume down)?

You applied it correctly, if you are talking about what I think you are.
What happens on mine is when the 3g becomes inactive (just inactive, not disabled) it reverts to the old icon.
See if thats the case with you as well.

I can... I've been working on the red theme for cyanogenmod and an accompanying adw theme, but I can switch projects if that's what the people want.

[Theme] BLUE Stock Froyo anyone?

Like Stock Froyo with SENSE UI....
HATE GREEN ??? LOVE BLUE???
This theme is build from Rmk40's Virtuous 2.5 ROM. All the fixes of this great community, in stock form. All I've done is bring my Incredibly blue theme to it.
Changing MOST aspects of the SenseUI from that ugly ass green to BLUE !!!
Tested with Virtuous 2.4+, Should work on ALL Stock versions of 2.2 though.
21 Themed APKs, including the HideLocation fix( Thanx to Pardonmyfreedom).
Full Theme WITHOUT bat. %
Just copy to root of SDCARD, and flash via RomManager, or "install zip from Sdcard" via Clockworkmod Recovery!!!
UPDATE: New framework-res.apk with battery mod to add %!!! Download the file unzip, then push to /system/framework/ , THIS IS NOT A FLASHABLE ZIP! You can either push via adb, or copy it into an existing flashable ZIP file using 7zip.
I will update the Full theme file at a later time...

Thanks for this theme. I liked BlueRaider but it was missing blue in a lot of places. I do miss the smoked theme clock it had though.

you know you can extract the apk for the clock widget from blueraider and just copy it over My clock. then you get the best of both worlds...

Battery mod is done... but... i believe it maybe affecting battery use... Not sure.. I work out in BFE and its killin my phone, but i also updated to Virtuous 2.6 at the same time i applied the batt mod!
OP updated!!!!...

Trying to download the new update but it gets stuck at 61% and never goes any farther. Tried it twice and same thing.

Thanks for the theme the ugly green irritates me too! Using Virtuous 2.7 and its working great!
Would it be possible to incorporate the smooth sense icons into the framwork? rmk did in 2.7 when I applied this kickass blue theme it overwrote those? If it will be a pain in the butt no worries...

That is quite simple to do. Download it here --->> Flashable Blue Bat Mod Just flash it from recovery. I have not tested it as his theme does not work on SkyRaider. I had to modify his theme to work on SkyRaider. I also added his new Framework into his full theme and you can download that here --->> Full Theme With Bat Mod Once again I have not tested any of these two files as my ROM does not support this so use these at your own risk and remember to made a nand backup.

Well I find that SkyRaider has alot of features in his framework file. So I just took all of this Theme's blue.png files and added them to the SkyRaider 3.1 RC3 Framework file and the com.htc.resources.apk as well as Rosie.

So everything is working correctly for you then? Weird I tried it and not everything worked so that is why I customized it for SR 3.1 RC3. When I tried to test it for some reason it did not take. It is probably because I have alot of MOD's on it. If I were to do a fresh wipe and install it would probably work. Dunno.

I just flashed it right over the top of the other one and I am rolling! Thank you! I have a few MODs also, but they don't seem to be creating a problem with each other.

mythamp asked me to put in a specific kind of icon (courtesy of pendo) for his main theme. But I can make one for you with the gauge battery. Do you want white like in monochrome or colored (green to red).

I love mythamp's theme - works great on my N1. I've always wanted the circular battery icon at the top though (preferably in green but since you guys are doing this for fun, I'll take it any way I can get it =) - so jumped at the chance to install version 5 that has it.
My problem is when I try to flash "mythamp_theme_v5.zip" using the regular recovery app I downloaded for Geo's ROM, I get:
E:Wrong digest: system/framework/framework-res.apk
E: Verication failed
Installation aborted.
Is anyone able to direct me on how to get this to install? Sorry, still kind of new at all this....

Lets see if we can get it flashed correctly on your phone first and then I can make you one with green icons.
Which recovery are you using?
Easiest way is to get ROM manager and flash the latest clockworkmod. Go to settings and turn on advanced options, go back and install zip through sdcard. If that does not work, go to recovery and turn off signature verification.

Haven't tried. You can try and post results. More than likely it would work because Geo's Rom is basically just stock.
I can try porting it if you are willing to test it for me as I don't use CM6.

[THEME] ExtremeCyan_CM.2.3.Theme

This is my ExtremeCyan theme for CM7 (2.3) nightlys. I will update this theme with changes to CM to keep it up to date. To apply the theme CM7 and the latest gapps must be already on the phone.

Sorry it was me being lazy it's updated now and working.

I just tried this on the MicroMod CM7 v3 Rom (based off of the fitsnuggly build) it worked great.
Only thing that I thought stood out as odd it the notification icon in menu is green?
attached a screenie so you can see what I mean.

Ok I've looked through all of my theme I still can't find them pngs. It might be because you are using a different home replacement my theme is based apon ADW. What home replacement are you using? maybe I could theme the home replacement you're using.

Nice theme but one thing I noticed is when you press something (in settings for example) the color is still orange not Cyan.. thanks!

thanks one more thing if it's ok, maybe to much to ask but if you could keep the stock icons on launcher? I just like the status bar and other things (when you press items etc) to be themed, the icons looks nicer when they are stock, just my opinion thanks

lol ok what i'll do is upload a metamorph of my theme so you can pick and choose what you want from it. It will be ready not long after the next nightly.

Love the theme, but with the last couple of Nightly's I've noticed a horizontal cyan line on the top of the Sim password and Lock screens. Anything that can be done about that?

I don't think so. well, not to sound like a jerk or an asshole, but if im right, we're a community and the ore we work together the better right? its open source, so this is a good thing for the SK overall, i dont think you did anything bad, cause you gave him credit?..did that make sense?

For some reason it was the puzzle lock from sduvick so I'm gonna try again
Edit: it says it's flashing the puzzle lock screen from sduvick but it's definitely scarlet leftovers theme. Working great so far

this is only partially my theme. My theme for the Vibrant looks very different and much more blue as you can see in the original thead in the OP. i told fawks/rev that i was going to do the full port myself when he asked but by the time i sent that PM back to him he already released it here. so its sorta scarlet leftovers and sorta gingerclone/transgrey frozen.

Haha , Semiport . This is my first theme I actually ported & I used puzzle lock for flashable CWM file so it's mixed but it look's really nice with the icon's & blue theme on any ROM on the SK4G

i replied.. maybe it didnt go through
but anyways download and put on your sd card then just boot into recovery press intall from sd card then hit choose zip from sd card and find the zip and press it! then wipe dlavik and reboot!

I am Hieu, I have both the SK4G and Vibrant.
For the SK4G, I have the TouchWizMIUI v3.0 ROM and the Scarlet LeftOvers v6, however those dedicated buttons at the bottom screen didn't get modified from the theme.
The Vibrant, I have the CyanogenMod v7.1.0.1, and I couldn't flash any Scralet LeftOvers themes that I downloaded.
Could you please tell me what I could do to get those blue Scarlet LeftOvers theme showed in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=949691.
