[THEME] ExtremeCyan_CM.2.3.Theme - Nexus One Themes and Apps

This is my ExtremeCyan theme for CM7 (2.3) nightlys. I will update this theme with changes to CM to keep it up to date. To apply the theme CM7 and the latest gapps must be already on the phone.
last updated:- 18/01/11
Download the the ExtremeCyan-V0.5.zip and place on your sdcard then reboot into recovery. Also I've done a MetaMorph version which is the attachment
----------------Please do a nandroid and Flash at your own risk----------------
This is the link to my ExtremeCyan-V0.5.zip http://dl.dropbox.com/u/12834035/ExtremeCyan/ExtremeCyan-V0.5.zip
Channel log:-
This is my weak point as i'm very lazy and forgetfull.
0.5
More framework edits
dividers, pressed effect, and a few more things that I can't remember.
0.4
Themed old music.apk as it is back in CM7 (no more music3)
small edits to framework
a few more edits to market removed heavy cyan border

Sorry if this is an ignorant question, but where are you getting the CM7 nightlys? I have the latest nightly #318 but it is still based off of froyo. I love the theme though.

Ok I've looked through all of my theme I still can't find them pngs. It might be because you are using a different home replacement my theme is based apon ADW. What home replacement are you using? maybe I could theme the home replacement you're using.

Nice theme but one thing I noticed is when you press something (in settings for example) the color is still orange not Cyan.. thanks!
btw is it possible to get the stock Android font?

thanks one more thing if it's ok, maybe to much to ask but if you could keep the stock icons on launcher? I just like the status bar and other things (when you press items etc) to be themed, the icons looks nicer when they are stock, just my opinion thanks

lol ok what i'll do is upload a metamorph of my theme so you can pick and choose what you want from it. It will be ready not long after the next nightly.

Love the theme, but with the last couple of Nightly's I've noticed a horizontal cyan line on the top of the Sim password and Lock screens. Anything that can be done about that?

Cheers for the heads up ill give it the once over tomorrow it really needs a update. I'm a bit busy at the moment tho working on my latest app. Trying to get it ready for group testing.

Inc-Red-ible!
This theme is for CM 6 do not apply to sense roms!
I tried to port red sense to CM 6, but i ended up having to much fun... the end result is a bit nicer as far as i'm concerned. Just the framework for now, but full theme coming when i finish my adw theme.

Make sure you've already flashed cm 5.0.8 and the Google apps. Then apply flashing using the choose zip from sdcard. You could rename to update.zip if you wanted to but its not necessary
k thats what i figured. awesome, i cant wait to try this out, the theme looks awesome
Thanks for updating jonnybueno! By the way I love this font, always used it with all the cyanogenmod themes for my moto droid.
Theme has been updated for test 3. I've decided not to include the icons anymore because they drive me crazy and resigning market apps is too troublesome.
If you guys wanna apply icons using folder organizer, I've included a slightly updated icon pack on the bottom of the op
Shameless bump just because Jonnybueno is the man, and I can't wait for this theme.
first post updated with pmf ota theme... has icons so beware if you dont like icons.
Went on ota anyways, but how do i get the clock like yours?
This can be deleted.
quick question any way you can edit the htc splash screen? that would be pretty awesome
edit: have you tested on cm6 test 8? because it just gives me bootloops

[Theme] Vanilla Android for Sense [PMF 1.0] [ALPHA] [WIP]

By request, I have put together a stock android theme for PMF 1.0 (cause it's deodexed)
I replaced some files in services.jar to get the clock in the status bar to be black, but you'll notice that notification text is still white. If anyone has good java skills and wants to help with decoding .smali files so we can get black notification text then please pm me.
If you guys like this and want to encourage further development please donate.
This theme will not work with any odexed sense rom. You can try, but you'll get bootloops. Don't say i didn't warn you
Please make a nandroid before flashing this theme

hey bud, you are putting up some real quality work, probably one of the best themers on the incredible so far
Ok. To install this place the .zip onto the root of my sd card and apply through the clockwork recovery mod, correct? Also after applying this, how do I disable/remove it if I do not like it? Thanks

Can you please do a NexTheme one too please?

I just installed the taskbar and it looks great, much better than the stock taskbar. The only thing is, my clock still shows up with white text, not black.

I used update.zip and applied over stock Sense.
I actually just read the first post a little closer, it still works with stock sense, only issue is the lighter colored clock in the top right corner. Thanks for all the hard work, I'm really liking the themes.
I just applied this to the latest version of my ROM and it looks fantastic! Keep up the good work man and thanks for the support!
This was my first ROM and theme I installed.....Love it so far, good work!!!
Thanks very much for this. One issue: from time to time, the 3G icon reverts to the old Black icon. Did I not apply the update properly?
Question. Does this theme skin Sense or is this just the taskbar?
coolingout said:

It's just the status bar right now, but sooner or probably a bit later it'll be everything. keep in mind this is a alpha testing release so its very much not finished.

Location still uses the black icon, also 3g seems to switch back and forth between the black and white icons.
Other than that, it's great! I love it.
This may be a dumb question (sorry I am new to the game) but do I need to root my phone first? Or can I apply this "theme" using the same method I installed the OTA leaks and updates on my un-rooted droid eris (place files on SD and restart phone holding down power+volume down)?

You applied it correctly, if you are talking about what I think you are.
What happens on mine is when the 3g becomes inactive (just inactive, not disabled) it reverts to the old icon.
See if thats the case with you as well.

Cyanogen + GingerBread = One great theme!
Any way someone can work on this I tried the metamorph way but when applying the framework it bootloops
Here is my shot at it... i don't have an evo so i can't test so if you guys can let me know if it worked.... http://bit.ly/hy9ZqG
To install, simply flash the signed zip over CM6.1 stable. CM6 UI Color XML is pushed to your sd so just apply the color theme on the home screen press menu, Settings, CM Settings, User Interface, Tweaks Extras, Select a theme and select Gingerbread.
you know the routine... flash at your own risk.....

[Q] Any Gingerbread Themes for aospMod 0.9.9.2?

I am not sure if I am looking in the right places but I can't seem to find one that will work with aospMod. Can someone point me in the right direction?
Nothing yet, hoever Kyle has done a good job on Warm 2.2. He has a lot of the GB elements incorporated.
Here is one that HackAHero made with the theme injector you can try out. I just got the link from him. I don't think he posted it here.

Havent looked at it, but I'd guess there are just a bunch of apps in it. The ROM is actually bigger than 40 MB, so it's not the whole ROM, probably themed apps.
I flashed HackAHero's theme and it looks pretty good w/ the exception of the black font on the black task bar. I'm not sure if it can be changed or not.

here is a quickfix i made for the black on black, you even get battery % with this one too
after you flash the theme boot in to it, then wipe dalvik and flash this from recovery
download with battery%here
download original fixed here
edit: i have not tested either of these but im 95% sure they will work without a hitch
i will look into fixing the original but this will do for now
Just flashed the theme and applied both fixes and they work great.

I did the batt percent one and it changed the sliders to resemble those in the twopointtwo theme i think? and then the network bars and ev icon are white and no longer green.

When the ROM is booting up for the first time, there is a gap after about two seconds where the animation disappears while the system goes through the application.
It looks like it's crashed and nothing is happening. It would be nice to at least show something on the screen so people do not freak out.
