ok so i just got an unlocked mytouch, i want to rom it with the hero rom my question is when its romed everything is technically erased right including the at&t apn so when the phone starts up ive got no way to log into my gmail. am i right or is there away around this....
you can add the apn while in setup

Vanilla = plain. Like no SenseUI or any HTC goodies. Kinda like other Android phones w/o Sense.

sure i bet someone could attempt to port it to 1.5, though you can't use it on a 1.5 rom right now due to the fact that it depends on 2.1 framework.

He is aware of it,and has fixed it for the next version.
If you cannot wait,flash 0217 version.
Flash the 02/20 version. It has been fixed.
