Googleads.doubleclick popup? - Android Software/Hacking General [Developers Only]

I have posted this twice before and I am surprised nobody else has had this issue. I will add a screenshot of the popup in a minute.
The issue:
I open an app and randomly while navigating the app, the browser pops up with a small banner ad on the top.
It happens in apps such as appbrain, xda forum, and now sms unread count.
I turned on adsense but that didn't stop it...
Picture in next post.

Those ads are supposed to appear at the top or bottom of the app, why your phone is interpreting them as websites is very odd. Never seen that before.
If your phone is rooted you could try using an Adblocker, that would stop the ads appearing, so hopefully stopping the browser opening.

if i tap on it, this is what comes up in the browser:
i checked with mcafee, AVG, Norton and nothing was found.
any ideas, what should I check or has anyone met with similar situation before?
Please fix the pictures, I can't see them. Use a photo sharing site, or attach it as a part of attachments.
there, sorry, i still haven't figured out dropbox yet
sorry to bother you with this, i figured out it was an app that pushed ads. uninstalled, problem solved.
And the app was? Always handy for if other users have similar issue......

Text messaging issue

So I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this topic, but it seemed most logical to put it here.
I am using 8sms as my text messaging client on my Nexus 5. Recently, the red triangle with the exclamation point popped up on one of the threads, like so.

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
I know this means that a text message was not sent, but when I open up that particular thread, the triangle is not next to any message, and I believe I am having issues sending messages to this person. Hopefully someone can help me solve this issue.

Did you try a different texting app?

An Instagram problem, Please help me with it.

Hi xda members,
I'm facing a weird problem or bug if you want in instagram official app
The picture simply descripes it, when I want to upload a photo they appear for a millisecond or so then disappear and be blank or solid gray squares like so.
I've cleared cache and data and even uninstalled then installed instagram again and I couldn't fix it, so help me.

reinstall instagram and allow app access to Phone Storage.

Status bar notifications cut off?

Notifications from Yahoo mail and Facebook for example show up partially behind whichever app I am currently using then pops forward briefly before minimizing to the icon in the status bar. Can anyone else confirm this? Is there a solution to this problem?
So many problems, not enough time...

Text message glitch on QGL

Ever since I udated my Sprint Samsung Galaxy s8 firmware to 950USQU1AQGL I've been getting a prompt every time I open messages up. It ask me to start up "New messaging features" by sending me a text for confirmation yet it never actually sends me a text. It's just annoying because it prompts me every time I open it to text someone

Edit: Nevermind after rebooting my phone like 10-15 times it finally all worked like it was supposed to so if a mod wants to delete this post he can.
