Here is a splash screen I whipped up...Since splash screens are so easy to make I almost did not share this...but I absolutely love XDA and this is me trying to contribute. If you don't like this splash screen I would rather not hear your opinion...but if you like it please let me know.
Important
If you have never flashed anything (hard-spl, rom, radio, etc) on your phone STOP NOW and start reading this thread! If you don't know what you are doing you could ruin your phone. Of course...if you know what you are doing then you know flashing a splash screen is safe.
Directions Via ActiveSync
1. Download the Krook6023_Splash.zip file (located at the bottom of this post) and unzip it to your computer.
2. REMOVE SIM and microSD CARDS!!
3. Turn phone back on and wait until it syncs with your PC.
4. Run the Custom_RUU.exe from the Krook6023_Splash folder.
5. When the process is complete the phone will restart and you are done!!
Of course if you know how...you could always flash this with your memory card as well...enjoy!!

Instructions:
Download from the phones browser and save it anywhere on your SD card. For now.
Or if you download from a PC, transfer the zip file to your SD card.
Using root explorer, drag the zip file into /data/local...
Now rename your original boot animation to anything else. And rename the new zip file to whatever your original boot file was.
I.e.
From: Sprint_bootanimation.zip
To: hTC_bootanimation.zip
This method works on Viruses b1 Kingdom port.
After renaming the zips, exit root explorer and reboot your phone. The boot animation should work and flow nicely

Wipe system data cache
Flash spr the people's rom
Skip kernel flash in the aroma installer (converter will flash LK)
Pick the goods you want in aroma
Flash converter
Reboot.
You will see the boot ani then a black screen, give it a few minutes to work. Key lights will light up then shortly after the setup wizard will appear.
Known bugs:
stock MMS isn't working right but gosms and handcent work

Thanks for this. I'm gonna see if I can get my friends phone working with this later if he wants to try it. He got root on his USC s3 but hasent found a ROM he likes yet. Maybe this will do for him.

[APP] Android 4.3 BootAnimation, sounds, fonts from S4 Leak

Android 4.3 apps from S4 leak
Couple of days back we got a leak of Android 4.3 running on Galaxy S4. Well here are a few of the leaked apps from the system dump in a neat flashable zip.
The following are the apps / modifications you may expect after flashing.
1) New 4.3 Camera app and gallery
2) The new 4.3 Roboto Font
3) 4.3 System sounds
4) The Google Boot Animation.
5) SunBeam (Red Phasebeam) Live wallpaper
The following goes unsaid.
Please take a backup before flashing.

This is only for cm10 and above. Please donot flash on any Sense Rom or ICS. I have no idea what will happen if you do.
