Porting themes from ERIS forums

How hard would it be to port an eris metamorph theme to the Incredible, with all proper permissions from the original themer that is? I used a lot of nice themes on the eris, but the incredible seems to really be lacking choices so far.

I think it would be kinda tough since they are different image types. Desire and evo themes could be ported over more easily though. To be honest im not sure why more people arent doing it .. they've got good stuff over there and we need themes desperately.. i would but i have no idea how lol.

eris is an mdpi phone, so it would be kinda hard.....but desire evo nexus droid etc would work

yea this was the problem when I ported over a sense theme, but it wasnt a problem since we had all the icons, so i just found it from our hdpi folder and replaced in the mdpi folder, the remnamed the folder to hdpi of coarse.

I really liked having transparent/semi-transparent lockscreens on my eris.

This ROM is based on Moldovan Mile-High-Mountain-Pie-RLS9-Undervolt-Kernel (Android 2.3.5) from Modaco. Thanks to KonstaT.

- added system support of LG Optimus Black widgets
- added widgets from LG Optimus Black
- added modified by me Launcher 360 with my LG Home 2.0 theme

just tried out the rom and I must say its amazing..!
On first boot a've got 248mb..and surprisingly after installing about 30 apps I still have around 111mb left,which is amazing ...

Is the updated kernel this rom has the one with undervolting?

After flashing stuck in green android logo.....I flashed many roms but this one not booting.
I have OSF OLED version with TPT method of GEN2 and partion my memory card based on elitemovil roms.....Is some thing else I have to do???

there is no way. removed from next release.

Absolutely great rom, really excellent, the only problem i've had until now was with market, where some applications like google maps cannot be moved to SD. For the rest, again, great job and thank you for this rom. If you installed a version of the market that works, please tell me the version or the link to download, please.

Thanks, Ill try it out. I was about to go back to stock tango as im having a weird problem with getting 15-20 blank texts a day from "unknown" if running stock didn't fix it, I was going to change my number. I'm running Anans rom.
Ill give yours a try first. Did yo do anything to it other that sound and colors? its pretty much stock tango released?

Been using this since my last post. So far, its the best one yet. Full unlock works great, rom is fast and stable, I never go to 1x, wifi IS works...
Funny, because I kinda stopped using Nokia Drive, and have just been using the built in, and I don't really use any other apps that are not on the market place..... So really I only have a custom rom on so I can change my colors.. hehehe..
Can wait for Verizon's new WP8 devices

Nice little rom especially liked the themes but internet sharing never worked for me...currently running Xrev, custom but fully updateable through Zune.

Yeah, just figured out that its not working for me now either. The ROM you're talking about, I couldnt get IS to work either. I may give it another try. If not, ill just have to go back to an older ROM that I know worked.

What exactly is your issue with IS? I am about to update so I will see if I can fix it.

one silly question, is it possible to port new tw launcher from JB to ics404. I like new launcher, but I cant deal with that little bugs in the leaked JB, and need my note for daily use, I use it alot. ics works perfectly for me, if anything I'll wait for official version of JB.

i think that is not working for me, just tried, i forgot that i am on stock odexed xxlrt. stucked on a samsung bootlogo. replaced my old seclauncher2.apk in your .zip, now its fine, but old . can i ask you how to make flashable zip for odexed rom, sorry for interupting (is it enough to replace some files and add lines in updater-script in your flashable zip file? sorry for noob question, i am just a regular flashoholic :silly

I really like the Arc in the older Sense versions and I was wondering if I could get it for my Pico.
I have thought of replacing the systemui.apk from one of the HTC Wildfire S ROMs. - Will this method work ?
Is there any other method ?
Since the screen resolutions of both the devices are same I suppose I wont have to re-size anything !
Is it possible or not ?

I'll check it out later how and what should be edited, at the moment I'm a little busy. @cyborgmanu on what rom are you? And replacing system ui shouldn't work, either you'll get bootloop, either system will give you fc. 'Easyest' way should be to play with roise.apk ,here is the tutorial that I've used to do things for sense http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1210143 . That's the best that I can do at the moment.
And just a little note. I have nothing to do with development in NExt Gen, only things that I did, was to test the new kernel (when it was new, some months back) , Akya is responsible for all development going on with rom, I'm in it's credits just from good manners
