Galaxy S3 port? also, jellybean?

Can someone possibly port the stock galaxy s3 rom? I know rem-ics is themed like it, but it is missing some features, like the unlock. And its just a theme, i'd prefer a port of the actual rom. Also, after we get the true ics kernel, will someone start trying to port jelly bean? Thank you c:

If you mean the touchwiz 5 launcher that comes with the gs3 you can flash a zip file to your phone already its in one of the forums look up touchwiz 5 for all phones. and yes as soon as the new kernel comes out work on job will start.

I'm waiting dont worry c: i was just wondering. Plus, im kind of interested in making roms but i dont know how. Sorry, im new to this stuff.

By comparison, the ROM part is a cakewalk compared to the kernel. If you have C experience, check out the Team Acid git repo and Bhundven's Aries kernel.
If you want to start on ROMs, there is a wiki post on compiling AOKP / CM9 from scratch for the SGS4G. Search on "Acidify" if it doesn't reveal itself quickly.

[Q] HOW TO BACK MY GB 2.3.5 with SENSE 3.0?

Hi frends! I today instal oficial RUU ICS for my desire S. ITs very slow and have bug and lag. I very hate ICS. I before use GB 2.3.5 with htc sense 3.0 and he work perfect, no bugs no lags. How to back GB 2.3.5? Or which rom to instal, rom must be stable, quickly very, no bugs, no lags. Help me please. I very nervous...

That's the other thing that is really starting to bug me with the majority of the newcomers round here
I'm not a thanks 'whore', but it really does get a bit of a pi$$-take when you help people out and get no thanks in return. Is it that much effort to press a button?

Snote for RR Jellybean

I am new here and dunno whether it is correct to post here.:fingers-crossed:
Just to share how I make Snote run in RR JB.
-Install RR JB and let it boot once
-Delete Snote in your beloved ROM
-Extract Snote from RR JB rom. Locate at /data/app (~76MB)
-Put into USB storage
-Install it
-It is WORK now!!!
Only tested on RR JB. Should work on other JB rom too

Can you check whether the productivity button isn't greyed-out??... I cannot use productivity tool to create formula since the button disabled.

Same here. Productivity button is grey and unable to use. I think is because of leaked version since there are a lot of ppl having the same problem. Hope they will fixed when official launched.

too bad isn't it. can't wait for the official... otoh, Note II is great, it's just that my pocket is not that great

[APP][JB]Xperia Jellybean Keyboard[19.01.2013]

Here is the new Jelly bean keyboard for any android device(tested on Jellybean)
This will work on any Jellybean roms(including touchwiz and sense roms)

Cm10 is jellybean, xperia kb supports jellybean therefore it works on cm10

I'll see what I can do, that's there because the kb isn't made for mdpi, so for the moment I'll put this app as HDPI/xHDPI only

Maybe you can get the JB keyboard from Xperia Go which recently got JB and is MDPI device
If you tell me which files should include I might get it for you

can someone tell if its possible to get the top number key ROW in this keyboard.

[Q] Any way to get the old "Arc" from Sense 2.1 for our Pico ?

Hello,
I really like the Arc in the older Sense versions and I was wondering if I could get it for my Pico.
I have thought of replacing the systemui.apk from one of the HTC Wildfire S ROMs. - Will this method work ?
Is there any other method ?
Since the screen resolutions of both the devices are same I suppose I wont have to re-size anything !
Is it possible or not ?

I'll check it out later how and what should be edited, at the moment I'm a little busy. @cyborgmanu on what rom are you? And replacing system ui shouldn't work, either you'll get bootloop, either system will give you fc. 'Easyest' way should be to play with roise.apk ,here is the tutorial that I've used to do things for sense http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1210143 . That's the best that I can do at the moment.
And just a little note. I have nothing to do with development in NExt Gen, only things that I did, was to test the new kernel (when it was new, some months back) , Akya is responsible for all development going on with rom, I'm in it's credits just from good manners
