I did what was instructed to get Android Marketplace and now when I power up, it goes to "welcome to Gtablet-TnT-Lite" which asks me to login to my google account but I can't find a network and I know there is one around. HELP...cause now I can't get to anything, is there a customer support number I can call?
Do you ever get a screen where it asks you to tap the Android? If you do, try this:
tap the 4 corners of the screen, starting top left, then top right, bottom right, bottom left. You should then see the home screen. Connect to wifi, then open Google Talk. Log into your google account. Then close talk, and open the market.
Not to doubt your Android knowledge, but did you know that at the login screen you can press MENU and go to the WiFi settings? There you would search and connect to a connection.
Additionally you can tap all 4 corners and skip the login. Google 4 corner fix android for specific info on that.
Yep. +1 for skipping login and turning on wifi first. Once logged in you can set your account from account settings in preferences. It is weird it made you reset your Google account though. You sure you didn't wipe data and cash on the right running services?
Moved to general.

Hi all,
Just did the OTA update for 4.1.1 and I'm eager to try Google now, but I cannot seem to get to the main screen. What I mean is that if I swipe up from the softkeys and bring up google now (or by any other method), the main screen appears for a second, then jumps to the search screen. The option to opt-in and use Google Now does not appear at all and there is no response to pressing the menu button when I am on the google now main screen.
Any ideas on why this is happening?
Thanks!
For me the main screen is just the one when I press the "Search" soft key when I am at home screen, or the search bar at the top of the home screen.
You have to activate/opt-in by hitting Search Key>Menu button>settings. It's the first item to select in the settings.
Thanks for the feedback.
I took some screenshots to clarify my issue:
When I get to the google now home screen by either hitting the search key or the top search bar, it looks like this: db.tt/9jaob1Rv (sorry I cant directly post pictures yet, add the http in front)
At that page, the menu button does nothing until the screen changes to look like this: db.tt/TKsdxrBM (again, put the httpin front)
When I click the setting screen, I get these options with no mention of Google Now: db.tt/Mf4jqMvM (again, put the http in front)
Any ideas?
Thanks
That's odd. Could it be because you're in Canada? It might be a regional thing. I wish I knew how to help, but that's the only thing I can think of. I don't see why you wouldn't get GN though since it's available in a ton of languages.

Thanks to everyone that helped!
[FRP] LG Aristo FRP Bypass - MetroPCS MS210
I'm hoping you have some experience manually removing FRP already before reading this. I'm trying to keep it short and simple. I suck at videos but maybe I will get around to making some eventually one day.
Steps
1. HARD RESET your phone. Make sure you do this before starting the next step.
2. Connect to wifi and go back to the start and get into accessibility mode. Enable Global Context Menu by making an L shape on the screen. Goto TalkBack Settings. Once you are in press both volume keys to suspend Talkback. Scroll down to the bottom and select Help and Feedback. Click on where it says About Switch Access for Android (if this is framed in a window then hard reset and restart again). This should take you to the Help section with About Switch Access for Android at the top with a youtube video at the bottom.
3. Click the youtube video and click the share button (arrow at the top right). This should show you a box with the link highlighted. Double tap this to open up YouTube. Once youtube is opened click the share button at the top right once again and this time you will be presented with where to share to. Click on Gmail. At this point pause and create a hotmail account on another device or use one of your own if you have it handy. Yahoo did not work for me so I stuck with hotmail. Forward on into gmail and select hotmail, fill out the information, and forward on until it says Take Me To Gmail at the bottom. Click this and then click the top right 3 dots and goto settings. Click the top 3 dots again then click manage accounts. You should be in settings now.
4. Scroll down to Fingerprints and Security and click this. Goto Phone Administration and disable Android Device Manager. Next goto Apps section of Settings. Click top right 3 dots and select show all apps. Scroll down to Setup Wizard, you should see 2. Disable/Force stop and clear cache/data on both. Now scroll up to Google Account Manager and repeat previous process then onto Google Play Service doing the same. Restart your phone.
5. Suspend TalkBack by pressing both up/down volume buttons and go forward in settings until you get to wifi. Disable wifi. Follow through until you get to the EULA. Scroll down in this box until you see the Heading OptOut. This next part can be a little tricky. Tap on where it says [email protected]. A box should pop up at the bottom if it doesn't double click or click and hold. I had to double tap the area and hold before it would appear. In this box click Gmail and when prompted enable Google Play Services. After this you should arrive back where you were at OptOut section of the EULA. Tap the email again and it will take you into Gmail. Click the top right 3 dots as you did before, repeat earlier process again, and get into Settings. Go back to Fingerprints and Security and enable Unknown Sources. Next turn on wifi.
6. Go back on settings then goto Apps. Scroll down to YouTube and click it. Click Notifications then click the top right icon ( i ). Next click About then click on Google Privacy Policy and forward into the browser. Now you are going to download some apps and install them. Download these 3 apps and install/open each during the process. The apps are Sidebar / Quick Shortcut Maker / Shortcut Master Lite. Open up Sidebar by using two fingers and swiping over from the left side of the screen. Once it slides into view add all 3 apps except for sidebar to it and also add Settings. If you want to pause here and pick up later thats fine as sidebar will be able to be used even if the phone is rebooted.
7. Now click on settings and goto Apps, tap 3 dots, select show system apps and now you are going to Disable/Force Stop and clear cache/data of all these apps. Google App / Google Backup Transport / Google Calender Sync / Google Contacts Sync / Google Drive Promotion / Google One Time Init / Google Partner Setup / Google Play Services / Google Play Store / Google Services Framework / Google Text-To-Speech Engine / Setup Wizard (both).
8. Now pull into view the Sidebar and click on Shortcut Master Lite. Click on the top right 3 dots and click search. Type Setup Wizard into the bottom search field and click search. Now click on the first Setup Wizard link that shows. com.android.LGSetupWizard.SetupHomeInit and click launch.
9. You should be back at the setup screen. Forward through until you get to wifi and shut it off.
10. Now comes the last but fun part. We are going to crash the Setup Wizard. Go back to the start screen of the setup wizard and repeadtly go forward and back until the app crashes and do this until you see the home screen (remind you of iphone glitches? ha) it WILL work just have to do it many times. Once you get to the home screen, go into settings and enable developer mode then get into developer mode and enable OEM Unlock next goto Backup and Reset and reset your phone. DONE. Enjoy your phone now.
EDIT:
Here are easier more precise instructions for this last step:
Press [ARROW ICON]
Next [SKIP]
Then [NEXT]
Press [SKIP ANYWAY]
Then tap 3-4 times quickly on [BACK KEY] where you should end up on "Welcome Screen"
Repeat the above steps another time or 2 if it has not worked yet. It will! Sometimes it takes a try or two!
Alternative to Step 10. Click on quickshortcut maker from your sidebar and scroll down until you see Home and click it. You should now be past the setup wizard and onto your Home Screen. Not done just yet. Click on Shortcutmaster Lite and it will bring you to your Home Screen. Now you are officially past everything. (This might not work for the Aristo but I figured I would mention it in case it just didn't work for me for w/e reason). Go into settings and enable developer mode then get into developer mode and enable OEM Unlock next goto Backup and Reset and reset your phone. DONE. Enjoy your phone now.

[FRP] LG Stylo 3 FRP Bypass - StraightTalk LGL84VL
Android Ver 7.0
Security Patch: November 6, 2017
Worlds First Stylo 3 StraightTalk bypass! 09/26/18
I've bypassed yet another Stylo 3 and this time it is the StraightTalk model.
This is different than my other bypasses and it seems I am the first to do it. There is no download mode for this model and no fastboot so that eliminates a lot of easier ways. Only leaves doing it manually. My instructions are different than the other Stylo 3 tutorial threads I have made here on XDA. I have also done a video which will be linked below. It is on my new YouTube channel which will have videos for any new FRP I do, my old FRP's (when i get ahold of the handsets again), and of course anything Android related.
I'm hoping you have some experience manually removing FRP already before reading this. I'm trying to keep it short and simple.
**YOU WILL NEED A BLUETOOTH HEADSET FOR THIS METHOD!**
I will be posting the tutorial and video for the NON BlueTooth method very soon.
Video - (Working on as I post this.. will be posted here soon..)
Steps
1. HARD RESET your phone. Make sure you do this before starting the next step.
2. Connect to wifi and go back to the start and get into accessibility mode / TalkBack by pressing 2 fingers on the screen and holding till it beeps. Enable Global Context Menu by making an L shape on the screen. Goto TalkBack Settings. Once you are in press both volume keys to suspend Talkback. Scroll down to the bottom and select Help and Feedback. Press on where it says About Switch Access for Android (if this is framed in a window then hard reset and restart again). This should take you to the Help section with About Switch Access for Android at the top with a youtube video at the bottom.
3. Press the youtube video and Press the share button (arrow at the top right). This should show you a box with the link highlighted. Double tap this to open up YouTube. If a screen shows asking you to update YouTube Press "not now". Once youtube is opened Press the share button at the top right once again and this time you will be presented with where to share to. Press on Gmail. At this point pause and create a hotmail account on another device or use one of your own if you have it handy. Forward on into gmail and select hotmail, fill out the information, and forward on until it says Take Me To Gmail at the bottom. Press this and then Press the top right 3 dots and goto settings. Press the top 3 dots again then Press manage accounts. You should be in settings now.
4. Scroll down to BlueTooth and enable. Next pair your bluetooth device. Now scroll down to Fingerprints and Security, press this and next goto Phone Administrators then disable Find My Device. Reboot. Once booted press your bluetooth headset button and say "open settings" (if you are only presented with a box this first time type in "settings" and Press on the settings icon that appears. Goto settings and back to Fingerprints and Security and enable Unknown Sources. Now to download some files. Back out of settings and press your bluetooth and say "open chrome".
5. Type in this url http://re-uploading-files and download the files needed for this bypass. Download all but the zip file unless you want to have a zipped copy to save to your phone/pc. Now when you goto this link it will have one popup, close that and go back to the original page and click continue which you will be directed to another page with another popup. Do the same as before and continue on to where you will land on a page with a folder of the files you need to download. When downloading each it might pop up pop ups so just close those and go back to the page downloading each file except for that zip unless you want to have it as well. I am SORRY for this, working on putting them up elsewhere with no popups/ad's exclusively for XDA members. First one you need to install and open is SideBar Lite. Once it is done swype over from the left of the screen to check that it is working. Now install QuickShortCut Maker. Swype from the left of the screen to slide SideBar into view. Press the arrow and add File Manager + QuickShortCut Maker to the bar and these others that arent 100% needed but i always do just in case - Chrome, Settings, and Phone Dialer.
6. Now go back to settings using bluetooth, goto Apps, at the top right Press 3 dots and select show system. Now Disable/Force Stop then Clear Data and Cache of these apps - Google Account Manager / Google Play Services / Google Playstore / Setup Wizard (both).
7. Slide into view your SideBar. Navigate to your downloads folder through File Manager that I had you add earlier and open it. Now run FRP_Stylo3.apk and add a google account by going to Search & Now then Accounts & Privacy. Now it should crash after doing this. Simply press open again, then goto google account, Press on add account and then it should show the account. Just do the last part i mentioned so you can make sure it is there. Now use SideBar again and open File Manager then Run FRP_Bypass.apk (go ahead and run.. but might not be needed) then GAM_7.0.apk.
8. Now slide into view Side Bar and open QuickShortCut Maker. At the top select "Normal Search". Type into the search "home". Press the first one that shows up which is "Home". It should expand so now Press the one that says Home with this text wrote below it "com.lge.launcher3/com.lge.launcher3.LauncherExtension" and press "Try". Now Press on Google app box on the main page and Press gmail. It will ask you to enable Google Play Services. Do this.
9. Reboot phone
10. Now you are back at the Setup Wizard. Follow through it and disable WiFi when you get to that part. Continue setting up your phone. You have bypassed FRP now! Now simply goto your settings, then Backup and Reset and Factory Data Reset your phone.

mod edit - link removed
Reserved
(Finishing video and file links now then they will be in the OP)
1) Connect the device to a wifi that you have immediate control over when it will shut off
2) Click next and proceed through Setup until you see the device say "Software Update" and at the VERY second that you notice this screen kill the wifi. If done correctly the phone will say "Couldn't connect to internet" and pass you onto the next screen.
3) Continue through setup until prompted to set up a screen lock. Choose PASSWORD, and type in a desired password. Fingerprint is not needed but I do it in the video for kicks.
4) Proceed through the next couple screens until it spits you back out at the main Setup screen and at this point reboot the phone.
5) Upon starting your device will be locked with the password you chose earlier. Tap the keyboard icon next to the password prompt and then choose Swype.
6) Tap and hold the bottom left key on your Swype keyboard (this opens up Swype settings in the background!) and then type in your password to unlock the device.
7) Tap Help, Version, Swype, in that order and then you'll see a YouTube link at the bottom. Tap that link.
8) Once YouTube opens tap the 3 dots in the top right, then choose Privacy Policy. Choose Internet. DO NOT CHOOSE CHROME OR YOU'LL HAVE TO START OVER FROM THE BEGINNING AND FACTORY RESET THE DEVICE!!!
9) Go to rootjunkysdl.com (no affiliation) and then tap on Apps, then FRP and download "Google Account Manager 6" and "FRP Bypass" apk's.
10) Scroll around on the screen so the Bookmarks icon appears at the bottom and tap on that, then tap the History tab and you'll see Downloads. Tap that.
11) Install the Google Account Manager apk first, then install the FRP Bypass app. Choose Open once FRP Bypass is done installing.
12) Tap the 3 dots in the corner, then choose Browser Sign-in.
13) Log in with a Google Account you have control of. When finished tap the back button a million times (not literally) until you're back at the first page of Setup.
14) Proceed through Setup as you would normally and you'll see Account Added. Once past this screen its going to sit and load for what seems like FOREVER..... but if you give it time it will eventually load and you'll be able to finish Setup!
So I turned my Pixel on and the Home screen shows a brown box with the words "Tap to setup" and a Gmail icon. I don't know what I did to get that. I checked my settings but did not find a way to get rid of it. How can I do it?
In trying to resolve my problem I opened Apps, tapped Gmail, and found "Open", "Disable", and "Force stop".
When I tapped "Disable" I got a warning that Android and other functions may no longer function as intended, so I tapped "Cancel" and backed out of that option.
Next, I tapped "Force stop" and got a warning that the app may misbehave, so I tapped "Cancel".
Then I tried "Passwords & accounts", tapped my google account address, but all that had was a "Remove account" button so I backed out of that.
If I long-tap the message on my Home screen, a "Remove" button appears at the top of my screen but if I tap that, nothing happens and the message remains on the Home screen.
So I fiddled with the message box, swiping it to the right/left/up/down and finally, after 3 or 4 swipes to the right, the message disappeared. When I turn the phone off and back on again, the message does not reappear, so I think that the problem is resolved.
I think.....
Only other think I could think would be remove and re-add the account, but hopefully it is fixed.
maybe try to clear your launcher app data.
Just as a matter of curiosity, how does one clear one's launcher app data?

Hi,
Go in Settings > Apps > and look for the launcher app.
Force stop it and go in "Storage & cache"
Click: Clear storage > done.
You may click on the 3 dot menu on you upper right corner and tap on "Show system" if your launcher is installed as a system app...
Good luck,
Sébastien.
Okay, I followed your instructions.
After I tapped "Clear storage", I tapped the center arrow on the bottom of the screen to get back to my Home screen. My 4 shortcuts (that were at the top of the screen) were no longer there, and the bottom row of apps "bounced" up and down every 2 seconds for around 10 seconds and then stopped bouncing. This happened each time I went back to the Home screen.
After a few minutes of fiddling around with the cellphone, the bouncing stopped when I went back to the Home screen and so far it has not returned.
Why did the bottom row of apps bounce up and down?
