Doing all the steps, but after encryption, phone reboots and when i open nova launcher and go to settings - accounts it still says "This device was reset. To continue, sign in with a Google Account that was previously synced on this device". Tried on Moto XT1541 by the way.
Any suggestions?
You must be doing something wrong friend, I did 3 different XT1541 and everything worked as intended.
After Encryption (using DPC 'set up Owner' method) it will allow you to add a new user without inputting old details. You don't have to add new user, just going into settings and doing factory reset should also work.
Guy from the forum made video of the unlocking process, please watch and try to find your mistake - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BJl_cq04LY8 (just ignore the part where he is looking for/installing Device Provisioner, it's not necessary)

Actually, seems like on some devices (if not all, pending verification )it's going to launcher after SECOND reset.
So that would mean it's only necessary to install the DPC Test, do encryption and restart 2x times after the encryption is done, shortening the whole process a lot!
On Test Dpc not showing 'Set up device owner'
Post screens of what you get in the DPC app. Also, fully charge your phone's battery.

Uhm, so weird. Maybe you did something wrong. Method still working, just did XT1541 last week.
Might be you have some latest update and Motorola fixed it, but I highly doubt it.
All I can suggest is - wipe and go again.

I Do Everything ! but Not Success Dear ! :'( i think this method cant working in new sec patches!
Just did it again - still working on Android 6.0.1 with 1 March 2016 security patch. If anyone has any problems let me know.
P.S. This time after initial 'phone encryption' I had to re-run Test DCP manually (bypassing Google login with Nova launcher shortcut, as described in the first post).
After running it for the second time it finished setting up the admin profile. Then reset phone, login with new Google account.

XT1527 AT&T with 5.1. There is no Google menu there. Does any another options exist?
You should be able to access the same menu through Apps-Google App-Notifications (app name might be different, going from memory).
[FRP] ZTE Majesty Pro Z798BL FRP Bypass
(Sorry for the poor write up, it's basically notes from when I did this model quickly. If I get free time I will clean these steps up some so they are more clear and also get ahold of the handset and post additional methods/steps.)
There are multiple ways to do this bypass - here are just a few i came across freestyling. I'll document the others when i get time to lock up one of these phones again (it's a clients so dont have long with it)
1. talkback settings - This was already enabled for me and the chick that did it said she pressed home 3 times quick like on a iPhone. Not sure if that worked or not (i think shes mistaken). I didn't have time to go back and check. The manual and other info out there says to place two fingers on the screen and wait xx amount of seconds. Then talkback would be enabled. Well I have had this handset a handful of times since before this tutorial and i could NEVER get it into Accessibility.. Talkback enabled .. anything. So if someone knows the first step for sure then please post and i'll edit step.
2. help / about. search voice, click on subscribe out pops u to youtube
hit share and a: goto bluetooth and select device / pair mouthpiece or b: goto gmail and enter a email address hotmail or yahoo
3a: turn device off then back on and click till it beeps, say ok google next - enter search string settings hit enter.. goto the 3 lines on the left for settings, click settings and enable in apps boxes, also you could enable the bluetooth settings too but the most importabt thing here is the cards settings. enable these, next search for stock android and launch it. open settings and enable unknown sources, next open google chrome from the apps, search for sidebar apk, install next add these apps (i add all of them incase i need to get back somewhere.. not all are needed though) I add chrome, google, file manager, settings and stock android. next go back to settings then to apps and disable setup wizard and google account manager
3b: goto 3 dots - ? i forget this one so ignore until i remember. lol
3c: goto dialer
4. download dpc test manager 4.0.5 ? run this select device manager hit next then open, lastly goto developer settings oem unlock and usb debugging. goto backup/reset and reset phone. done
3d: (haven't finished) you need to put the phone into "Engineering Mode" first, by dialling *ZTE*OPENEM# (*983*673636#) -- this action will be confirmed by a quick pop-up. To close this mode, dial *ZTE*CLOSEEM# (*983*2567336#) -- this then prompts whether you want to do a Factory Reset, which you do not have to do (you can simply Back away from this screen).
(dont close mode)
go back to dialer and type *983*87274# USBSI USB Switch Test
enable mdm(modem)
-goto cmd, type adb shell content insert --uri content://settings/secure --bind name:s:user_setup_complete --bind value:s:1 (don't remember the outcome)
reboot?
3e: Open uni android tools (if you've got it) and navigate to > UNTESTED

It was very simple for me. For my Z798BL majesty pro i just held down two fingers on open screen till AccessibilityMode came on then swiped my finger from top left down to bottom right(an L shape) across the screen. That opened a menu so I tapped on TalkBack Options (to disable the TalkBack after the TalkBackOptions opened I held down the volume up and volume down Keys till it was disabled) then I scroll down to Help&Feedback clicked on Switch Access Mode question then scroll down to & tapped on the blue words "Turning on Bluetooth" then scroll all the way down to the bottom of that screen to "WasThisArticleHelpful" Yes or No? Tapped on NO, then I typed in anything in the box highlighted it and click on Assist that took me to the Google app then I typed in Chrome because it wouldn't let me download anything from the Google app so I went to the Chrome app then typed in "Test DPC 5.0.4 apk" then I downloaded the Test DCP APK then follow the instructions to install it including update phone's permissions to install unknown source. Clicked on setup new Divice Owner and followed those options til I was done(think just one or two more screens to click on "yes or continue" wasn't hard to figure out from there) when I was done with all that I tapped Back to the Google app typed in Settings clicked on phone settings scroll down to Backup&Reset clicked on reset device then erase everything then turned off my phone and restarted it. And that was it!

[FRP] LG Aristo FRP Bypass - MetroPCS MS210
I'm hoping you have some experience manually removing FRP already before reading this. I'm trying to keep it short and simple. I suck at videos but maybe I will get around to making some eventually one day.
Steps
1. HARD RESET your phone. Make sure you do this before starting the next step.
2. Connect to wifi and go back to the start and get into accessibility mode. Enable Global Context Menu by making an L shape on the screen. Goto TalkBack Settings. Once you are in press both volume keys to suspend Talkback. Scroll down to the bottom and select Help and Feedback. Click on where it says About Switch Access for Android (if this is framed in a window then hard reset and restart again). This should take you to the Help section with About Switch Access for Android at the top with a youtube video at the bottom.
3. Click the youtube video and click the share button (arrow at the top right). This should show you a box with the link highlighted. Double tap this to open up YouTube. Once youtube is opened click the share button at the top right once again and this time you will be presented with where to share to. Click on Gmail. At this point pause and create a hotmail account on another device or use one of your own if you have it handy. Yahoo did not work for me so I stuck with hotmail. Forward on into gmail and select hotmail, fill out the information, and forward on until it says Take Me To Gmail at the bottom. Click this and then click the top right 3 dots and goto settings. Click the top 3 dots again then click manage accounts. You should be in settings now.
4. Scroll down to Fingerprints and Security and click this. Goto Phone Administration and disable Android Device Manager. Next goto Apps section of Settings. Click top right 3 dots and select show all apps. Scroll down to Setup Wizard, you should see 2. Disable/Force stop and clear cache/data on both. Now scroll up to Google Account Manager and repeat previous process then onto Google Play Service doing the same. Restart your phone.
5. Suspend TalkBack by pressing both up/down volume buttons and go forward in settings until you get to wifi. Disable wifi. Follow through until you get to the EULA. Scroll down in this box until you see the Heading OptOut. This next part can be a little tricky. Tap on where it says [email protected]. A box should pop up at the bottom if it doesn't double click or click and hold. I had to double tap the area and hold before it would appear. In this box click Gmail and when prompted enable Google Play Services. After this you should arrive back where you were at OptOut section of the EULA. Tap the email again and it will take you into Gmail. Click the top right 3 dots as you did before, repeat earlier process again, and get into Settings. Go back to Fingerprints and Security and enable Unknown Sources. Next turn on wifi.
6. Go back on settings then goto Apps. Scroll down to YouTube and click it. Click Notifications then click the top right icon ( i ). Next click About then click on Google Privacy Policy and forward into the browser. Now you are going to download some apps and install them. Download these 3 apps and install/open each during the process. The apps are Sidebar / Quick Shortcut Maker / Shortcut Master Lite. Open up Sidebar by using two fingers and swiping over from the left side of the screen. Once it slides into view add all 3 apps except for sidebar to it and also add Settings. If you want to pause here and pick up later thats fine as sidebar will be able to be used even if the phone is rebooted.
7. Now click on settings and goto Apps, tap 3 dots, select show system apps and now you are going to Disable/Force Stop and clear cache/data of all these apps. Google App / Google Backup Transport / Google Calender Sync / Google Contacts Sync / Google Drive Promotion / Google One Time Init / Google Partner Setup / Google Play Services / Google Play Store / Google Services Framework / Google Text-To-Speech Engine / Setup Wizard (both).
8. Now pull into view the Sidebar and click on Shortcut Master Lite. Click on the top right 3 dots and click search. Type Setup Wizard into the bottom search field and click search. Now click on the first Setup Wizard link that shows. com.android.LGSetupWizard.SetupHomeInit and click launch.
9. You should be back at the setup screen. Forward through until you get to wifi and shut it off.
10. Now comes the last but fun part. We are going to crash the Setup Wizard. Go back to the start screen of the setup wizard and repeadtly go forward and back until the app crashes and do this until you see the home screen (remind you of iphone glitches? ha) it WILL work just have to do it many times. Once you get to the home screen, go into settings and enable developer mode then get into developer mode and enable OEM Unlock next goto Backup and Reset and reset your phone. DONE. Enjoy your phone now.
EDIT:
Here are easier more precise instructions for this last step:
Press [ARROW ICON]
Next [SKIP]
Then [NEXT]
Press [SKIP ANYWAY]
Then tap 3-4 times quickly on [BACK KEY] where you should end up on "Welcome Screen"
Repeat the above steps another time or 2 if it has not worked yet. It will! Sometimes it takes a try or two!
Alternative to Step 10. Click on quickshortcut maker from your sidebar and scroll down until you see Home and click it. You should now be past the setup wizard and onto your Home Screen. Not done just yet. Click on Shortcutmaster Lite and it will bring you to your Home Screen. Now you are officially past everything. (This might not work for the Aristo but I figured I would mention it in case it just didn't work for me for w/e reason). Go into settings and enable developer mode then get into developer mode and enable OEM Unlock next goto Backup and Reset and reset your phone. DONE. Enjoy your phone now.

Also works on: LG Stylo 3 - tested on patch ? 2017, more to add soon ...
1) Connect the device to a wifi that you have immediate control over when it will shut off
2) Click next and proceed through Setup until you see the device say "Software Update" and at the VERY second that you notice this screen kill the wifi. If done correctly the phone will say "Couldn't connect to internet" and pass you onto the next screen.
3) Continue through setup until prompted to set up a screen lock. Choose PASSWORD, and type in a desired password. Fingerprint is not needed but I do it in the video for kicks.
4) Proceed through the next couple screens until it spits you back out at the main Setup screen and at this point reboot the phone.
5) Upon starting your device will be locked with the password you chose earlier. Tap the keyboard icon next to the password prompt and then choose Swype.
6) Tap and hold the bottom left key on your Swype keyboard (this opens up Swype settings in the background!) and then type in your password to unlock the device.
7) Tap Help, Version, Swype, in that order and then you'll see a YouTube link at the bottom. Tap that link.
8) Once YouTube opens tap the 3 dots in the top right, then choose Privacy Policy. Choose Internet. DO NOT CHOOSE CHROME OR YOU'LL HAVE TO START OVER FROM THE BEGINNING AND FACTORY RESET THE DEVICE!!!
9) Go to rootjunkysdl.com (no affiliation) and then tap on Apps, then FRP and download "Google Account Manager 6" and "FRP Bypass" apk's.
10) Scroll around on the screen so the Bookmarks icon appears at the bottom and tap on that, then tap the History tab and you'll see Downloads. Tap that.
11) Install the Google Account Manager apk first, then install the FRP Bypass app. Choose Open once FRP Bypass is done installing.
12) Tap the 3 dots in the corner, then choose Browser Sign-in.
13) Log in with a Google Account you have control of. When finished tap the back button a million times (not literally) until you're back at the first page of Setup.
14) Proceed through Setup as you would normally and you'll see Account Added. Once past this screen its going to sit and load for what seems like FOREVER..... but if you give it time it will eventually load and you'll be able to finish Setup!
I found a new method to remove FRP lock without any passwords. I got the idea from this:
https://www.reddit.com/r/GalaxyS8/comments/8eoust
For me 'Change Email Address' was not an option.
Heres what I did:
1. Installed Nova launcher (or any app that allows you to create an activity shortcut)
2. Run as launcher, longpress on homescreen and add a 'widget'
3. Add an 'Acitivity Shortcut'
4. Scroll down to 'Samsung Experience', it should open up a sub-menu with a bunch of different activities
5. Find an acitivity called 'Just one more step'
6. Create the shortcut, open it, and somewhere in this page there is a 'Sign Out' (mine was at the bottom), click this.
7. To verify, go to Settings>Accounts and 'Samsung Account' should no longer be there.
8. Success basically! Make sure you remove the rest of the accounts as well. Especially the google account.
9. To verify FRP is off, reboot into download mode: Power off device, once off, hold power+volume down+homescreen buttons at the same time. Once in download mode it should say 'FRP LOCK: OFF'
