[Q] Volume Button Stuck - G Tablet General

I was having a problem the other day with my GTab where the volume would randomly go up. So I decided to wipe my data and install vegan 5.1 again and everything worked well untill i pressed reboot system. Now whenever I power on the GTab it goes in to CWM without me pressing the vol + button. How do I fix this?

[Q] Thunderbolt Problem

I just downloaded the update for the Thunderbolt and when it restarted it stopped at the screen with the little green android and the exclamation mark in the white triangle.
It won't do anything else. I tried holding the power button and volume up, and it did nothing.
When I take out the battery and reboot, it goes to the home screen just long enough to verify the SD card before it shuts down again and tries to install the update.
Any suggestions?
Can you boot into recovery? If so, try clearing your cache and rebooting someone in another thread said that fixed the same issue.
Hold power and volume up to boot into recovery right?
Power and volume down.
Power and volume down if you have installed a custom recovery like Clockwork.
Cache cleared, phone working.
Thanks a ton!

ASUS Bootloop When Trying To Enter Recovery From Prime

I was in Honeycomb, I'm running Prime 1.6, and I hit the power button and pressed the recovery button. My Transformer has been bootlooping ever since, I can't even turn it off, it keeps turning on then off, etc. I tried NVFlashing a recovery but even when that is flashed when I try and manually enter recovery by holding power down then rocking it up, it just continues the bootloop, turning off then on. Any suggestions? Will I have to NVFlash to stop this? And yes, I searched.
The only way i was able to recover from a bootloop is hold down the power button until you see the tab turn off,as soon as it turns off, hold the volume button down, when you see the text in the upper part of the screen hold the volume button up,it should boot into CWM.

[Q] htc one s in CWM bootloop cant enter bootloader

phone :
htc one s
rooted
cyanogenmod
CWM recovery v6.0.5.1
so the story is :
i forgot to charge my phone last night and it ran out of battery and died. when i plug it into charger or PC, it immediately boots into CWM without pressing anything and wont enter anything else. it also doesnt seem to charge in CWM and when i try to power it off, it simply goes into CWM again. simply put, i cant turn it off or charge it. phone was working perfectily fine before.
what i'm trying to do now is trying to boot it into bootloader and try to charge with fastboot script (i did it before) so i can get enough voltage to boot it into the OS. but the phone refuses to enter bootloader by any means and simply goes back into CWM.
tried holding the vol down + power button for 10 secs till it restarts, release power and hold it again while keeping the vol down pressed. but it still enter CWM (usually this is what i do to enter bootloader)
i cant restart to bootloader from CWM either (any buttons to power off, restart, boot to anywhere from CWM simply brings it back to CWM)
holding only the power button till it restarts also brings it back to CWM.
holding the vol down + power button without releasing them simply gives me screen flicker and it loops that way. i assume that made the phone soft reset repeatedly?
holding the vol down + power and releasing power once it resets and tapping power also brings it back to CWM.
here's a simple video showing the phone : youtu.be/PDvskMZIHAM
any help would be appreciated. thanks.
solved : as i noticed that the phone charging led turns on whenever i hold the power button. i tried holding the power button for god knows how long while plugged in. i released it once my finger was tired and cant hold it anymore and it boots into cyanogenmod.

Booting to recovery: randomly soft-bricked 2017 HD 10

Hi everyone,
I have a rooted 2017 HD 10. It's been running fine for a few months, but out of the blue without me touching anything, it randomly soft-bricked itself. Originally I was able to adb connect it, but stupid me selected factory reset... Now I'm not able to connect to it anymore. I tried booting into recovery, but none of the key combinations worked. I'm wondering if anyone knows how to boot into recovery properly? I tried volume up + power, volume down + power, power first then volume up or down etc, none worked. Basically it only turns on with power button. Combinations won't boot it at all—it just stays shut.
Thanks in advance!
Just found how to do it, decided to leave it here in case anyone needs this. Multiple websites point to volume up + power, but when it doesn't work, press down all three keys (power, volume up and down), release once amazon logo appears, and it'll boot into recovery.

Help My Phone is in a boot loop

So I tried to factory reset my Galaxy S6 and it got stuck in a boot loop and i cant do anything except go into the Volume Down, power and home screen button screen. I've tried to fix it but have been unsuccessful. Any help would be nice.:good:
usually it needs about 20 minutes for first boot..
Second... wipe data by pressing volume up + power button + home button if the boot logo appear release power button.... then wipe your data & cache ....
or install ur favorite custom firmware for better experience.....
