Too bad you weren't rooted because rom manager would have been the ticket
BEST DAMN PHONE BECAUSE WE HAVE THE BEST DAMN DEVELOPERS!
You may be able to actually. Brainmaster made a flashable cwm it doesn't work for me sadly. It may work for you though. Give it a shot
I'd post a link but I'm on tapatalk. Search the nexus development forum.

I discovered this morning that the market will not allow me to download previously purchased apps unless I pay for them again.
Had zero issues when I first setup my phone after flashing the latest AOKP rom, but all of my purchases are showing as unpaid today.
I've cleared market data and rebooted, but no luck. Is this a Google problem or is it something I've done?
AOKP Build 22, Steve Garon's 1.14 kernel, 240dpi (was 220dpi).

Seems to have been a market issue. All purchases are now available.

OP/Pics link here -- http://phandroid.com/2013/06/27/and...leaked-new-camera-app-available-for-download/
If you needed any further proof that Android 4.3 was, in fact, real and headed to Android devices in the very near future, look no further than the leaked screenshots nabbed by SamMobile. What you’re looking at is test build of Android 4.3 (JWR66N) for the Galaxy S4 Google Play edition, running on a regular ‘ol Galaxy S4.
While we don’t know specifics involving the exact changes from 4.2.2. to 4.3, it’s said we could finally see Bluetooth improvements, as well as that new fangled camera application currently found on the Google Play edition HTC One and GS4 running 4.2.2. When it comes to the camera, that can already be downloaded/sideloaded onto your device like any other app. Works without a hitch on most devices.
Download here-- http://www.mediafire.com/download/8tu1o85d21a61i7/camera.google.play.edition.apk
Instructions to install:
1. Download the camera.apk
2. Use a file explorer using root(example root explorer)
3. Copy and paste or move this apk in ur system/app
4. Reboot
5. Walla!

Using Titanium, back up your current Gallery app, then uninstall it with Titanium. It will install then, and if you don't like it, just uninstall it like a regular app and restore your old Gallery with Titanium.

Sorry, a little turkey buzzed! Got my numbers mixed up 2.6.3.8 update!

It's in the T-Mobile Note 3 forum, Original Android Development section, or just go to the twrp website and search for hltetmo. You should be able to flash over your existing twrp using the existing twrp and a .zip of the new one.
