This is just a basic rom for the user that wants that stock feel but wants some power out of it. There will be more to come from this rom series, it’s only the beginning.

Ill give it a whirl and Ill also buy you a mt dew to get you started. I would like to request that you deox this as well as the normal range of mods like Move devik to cache partition align all zips and apks etc etc.
If you dont deox no one can use the cool themes and thats important at least for me lol.
What are your plans for this rom?

Thanks for the advice and about the broken link (its working now). I plan to have a deox by this weekend.
My plans are to make this a stock feel rom but make it faster. Im working on getting a working Wifi tether that doesn't mess with the camera. Thanks again for using my rom, you wont be disappointed

WiFi tether that works with HTC kernel without messing with the camera,
Theres a new version that came out earlier today 2.0.5 pre7, it can be found on their project-home site

The Boss Rom, I like the sound of that! Make the boot sound have some Hustlin from Rick Ross and add some spinners on the graphics
Everyone loves screenshots, even if is stock, it makes you feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside

First thing that came to mind (and I'm 40 years old), is the "Like a Boss" song from Lonely Island...

Can anyone give me a flashable zip that has a smiley key that you can edit? or at least one with a normal '' as opposed to '' key?

Yeahh I realllllllyy hate that pesky little dash. I'm pretty sure nobody makes smileys like that lol

Hahaha me too but word of advice, don't go tweaking the xml files unless ya know what you're doing lol I called myself editing the popup smiley xml and flashing the apk but now I can't even use smileys at all Haha but im gonna trial and error all day to see if I can't hook us up in case no one else replies

Unfortunately no lol but i've been away from my pc for a good while and have been postin with my phone lol Gonna run thru the files this weekend and try to cook us up somethin..I'll try to keep ya updated more on this my good sir, didn mean to go incognito haha

Threw this together earlier using only my phone while on a longggggg boring ride ;__;
I'd have to say that the zipsigner app is by far one of the best dev apps to come forward in the android market.
Haha, this keyboard was probably the only thing that was worthwhile about the trip

Don't see why it wouldn't be..I've used it in every application I have that has an input box (terminal emulator, handcent, stockmms, titanium, etc, etc) without any problems
To the OP: I'll have the keyboard up once I find a good download for it and have 5-10 min free at work

Here's the non-themed keyboard for you guys.
This zip is flashable as well
And hopefully I'll have access to a computer relatively soon to make a write up for you guys on how I did it (plus the pink CM theme, and a couple other requests people made ) - I'm still out of town for a little while longer.
Pictures will be included for the short tut because they make everything look better

[request] nba jam boot animation

Hey I was wondering if someone could help me out. I would like to get the nba jam tournament edition title screen to be my boot animation. I can't find a video anywhere that has it. I was wondering if someone could help me out. I guess I could bring up the game in the computer through emulation, but I would still not know how to extract the video into individual png files to put into a boot animation folder. I have the audio that I want just wondering how to get the pictures. Thanks

Yeah!! But I would just want the part where the title comes in with the fuzzy tv static going in the background, and just have that going until the phone boots up. So how can I make that happen? And thanks for finding that for me.

i can remove the logo from the black ones but doesnt remove so well from the static(its barely there ) give this a try

i have one that i made for the evo 3d give me a few to resize the frames.
looks like this starts around 50 seconds runs the logo as a loop(kinda like the clip)

I'm assuming that flashing works, however I just just pulled the boot animation file and put it in the system media folder with root explorer. I have the "welcome to nba jam" intro playing when it boots up too. It's sweet. Thanks again man!

[BOOTANIMATIONS] Dancing Trollface and Dancing Awesome Face

I uploaded these earlier, but uploaded to the wrong section. These all work, just overwrite your old boot animations. I would upload a picture but the site doesn't let me upload images from other sites yet, sorry... Hope you guys like them.
EDIT: adding a "do a barrel roll" bootanimation. Yes, I was so bored the other day I decided to make it for the hell of it. Included are 2 .mp3's with the barrel roll remix, one with a 5 second delay at the beginning, one without. I added in the delay because the animation lags a little at the beginning..
Also, I will take requests on bootanimations. I'll see if I have time to do some of them, but its final's time for me. Come May 1st I should be able to work on them constantly.
And if you like them/use them, please hit the thank button. It will encourage me to keep uploading whatever I do for you all, (even if making a boot animation is pretty easy, I'd still appreciate it..).

Have a feeling no one was really liking the inverted trollface so I uploaded the non-inverted one as a boot animation. If anyone wants the troll face song .mp3 just leave a message here and I'll upload that as well.

If anyone cares, I uploaded my "do a barrel roll" bootanimation that I made out of sheer boredom the other night.
I am taking bootanimation requests if anyone has them. Read the first post for details.

Ok, I used the best .gif I could find. It had a watermark from where someone had gifsoup make it so I did my best, (I think I did a pretty good job haha), of getting rid of it. I included it where it just loops through infinitely, but feel free to change the first 0 to reflect the number of loops you want it to make. Hope it looks ok, if you have a specific .gif you want me to use link it here and I'll make it for you!

Seems the file is corrupt. Thanks for working on this for me tho! That was quick!

My fault, I forgot to test it before I uploaded it... I'm too tired right now to fix it, I'll fix it when I get up tomorrow. It was a 30 frame .gif, but flash keeps exporting over 100 frames so I must be doing something wrong haha.. Sorry its taking so long

[BOOTANIMATION] Game of Thrones themed specially made for G2 owners

Hello,
Just made this one for myself and thought it is worth sharing.
to install no recovery is needed only root and file explorer such as root explorer is needed.
1. download the attached zip file to your sdcard.
2. with the file explorer of your device copy it to /SYSTEM/MEDIA/
3.Rename the file bootanimation.zip to bootanimation-orig.zip just to backup the original animation
4.Rename the copied file to bootanimation.zip and thats it!!!
5.for restoring original animation delete bootanimation.zip and rename bootanimation-orig.zip to bootanimation.zip
