Problems installing ROM on O2 XDA Neo

Hi Guys
I tried some things yesterday to change the ROM of XDA NEO
I first tried to install the
JAMin_WWE_213923_2139123_022021_ship
this failed with error 294 invalid Vender ID
I tried to search the forum and there I can accross
one posting where I can unlock the CID, using
Enable Rapi.bat
I again tried the same executable but it again failed
with the same error
Then I came accross another executable to unlock the
CID
romupdateutility.exe
and there was a rom associated with that
RUU_Prophet_2151327_21513121_021921_DOP_ASIA_WWE_Ship.exe
I installed that and it worked
Most of the Posting here says that
JAMin_WWE_213923_2139123_022021_ship is the best for XDA NEO
As the CID lock is now removed so I thought I should
be able to indtall the JAmin Rom and tried that but
that failed with this error
Error [296] upgrade only
This NBF file cannot be used for your PDA phone please
get newer NBF File
Can you please guide me if its good to install the JAmin Rom, if yes how can i do that and avoid this 296 error

Try using the romupdateutility.exe that you use with the Dopod ROM to the JAMin ROM.

error when flashing

Iam trying to flash my g3 wizard for the first time using the NBD ROM. I connect my phone and all that stuff. I have to update something, then I get to a downloading screen. and it says:
"ERROR [294] : INVALID VENDOR ID"
This update utility cannot be used for your PDA Phone. Please check your Update Utility.
Whats this mean? what do I do?

HARD SPL update Error

Hi, Please any one can help me. I have HTC TYTN II with Windows 6.1 but now i want to install Windows 6.0. I hve also tried to install HARD SPL but it gives after 1%. but whe i try to boot it with Jump Spl then it gives error after 15%. So, any one can help me.

Try downgrading to your providers official 6.0(Orange/at&t/HTC) then hardSPL, i read somewhere it works better on WiMo 6.0.

I hve try to downgrade back to Windows 6.0 but after 15 % it gives error i.e. Invalid Vendor ID. I hve downgrade with jump spl and if i directly downgrade with Orginial HTC or At & T then after 0 % it gives same Update Error.

Have you downloaded the correct official ROM for your device?

Doubt
How should i Know which is my correct ROM and from where i can download bcoz i hve downloaded from this website only but on HTC official website there is only 6.1 version not 6.0 so plz help me. I want this in English lang.

[Q] Error on installing Omnia7 update via Cab Sender

Hello there,
i was searching for any hints on my error but i could not find any to that specific one. Ill try to explain..
Today I unlocked my Omnia 7 with the newest firmware (Thanks Miro for that!).
Still some features of my Omnia won't work course of i tryed to upgrade firmware once and broke it obviously. Now i would like to install the newest firmware on it with the WP7 Update Cab Sender.
I got the Update out of that post (Thanks again to Miro):

actually all works fine but when i try to update the device it sais:
Error: Ausnahme von HRESULT: 0x801812C0

I haven't any clue how to get rid of this problem. Can Anyone help me out?

Just found out, that this error is called a COM EXCEPTION error for all the english speaking people.
Maybe you have an idea, just what course it could be. Thanks!

I'm interested about this problem because this happens to me if i try to start the update to the recognized device in connect-to-pc mode...

Firmware upgrade issue

Hello!
I have a Huawei ascend mate 7, this is a chinese version.... I try to install newer rom into this phone but i got always error message....
The error message is: "Software install failed! Get online help from: http://www.emui.com/emotiondownload.php?mod=restor"
Sombody faced with this issue?
Please help me.....

Did you try it over OTA, flash or wich ROM?
