What happens if you master clear a rooted android 2.1? Should it be unrooted first?
If you are using a stock ROM you will lose Root (to the best of my knowledge). If it's a custom ROM you will keep it.

I've done my researches and I'm about to root w/CM7 and was wondering is there an app that when i recover i and do so without having to do it one by one. Thx in advance and in SOLELY YOUR OPINION what ROM would you recommend for a first time rooter?
You can root any ROM.
Its not like you can root only custom ROM; you can root stock ROM also.
Rooting is different than flashing.
Hi, i flashed stock rom to OpenOptimus and now superuser and other root apps are crashing. Before titanium backup and other stuff worked. How is it possible to lost root access? iam using P500
Of course, the stock rom isn't rooted.
Root access is per ROM.
Going back to a not rooted rom, you lost superuser access and thus all apps requiring it crash.
But you don't have to root your phone completely new. Just flash a rooted ROM and everything would work again ;-)

Is there any Stock ROM without bloatware? I cant seem to find one. I just want a stock one with no crapped installed.
No stock rom, but you can root your phone and put a custom rom on it. I would recommend XtreStoLite.
