I did a few searches, and really couldnt find an answer. I like trying ROM's, often at work where I dont have a PC to use to root stock again. My captivate has a stock ROM that could be flashed keeping root access. Does this exist for us?
Yes, you can flash new ROMs, and you will also keep root access. Unless you flash a stock rom without root But you only have to use CWM and flash superuser.zip and you got your root again.
With custom roms you dont need to do this they are already rooted.
right, looking for the opposite. Like today, went from kustom kreem ISC back to stock, but I lose my root access. Im not at a pc that I can root at, so I would like a stock GB rom that I can flash that is already rooted. Im stuck now on GB because I cant flash my CWM because of no root.
I work 10 hour shifts with 1.5 hour commutes, so I like to flash as much as i can while at work

i got a GT-N8000 here and wanted to know (before i do anything) is it possible to backup the stock ROM, flash cyanogenmod and go back to stock ROM when needed in some way?
I would prefere to use CWM for flashing CM but with my phone (LG P880) it was not possbile to boot the stock ROM with a CWM bootloader. Is it also like this for the GT-N8000?

1.Hi I'm wanna know that does it possible to install stock ROM by using twrp. Because I never see stock ROM that unique for twrp. 2. Twrp does it use only for customer ROM.
3. Anyone has stock ROM lower version than 9 ? I want to downgrade stock ROM . Seem like I used to with stock ROM than custom ROM. But I can't find any stock ROM that can install via twrp. If install on Odin. I got fail . Guessing bootloader not allow to downgrade
