Lockscreen Mod for CM7 RC2/RC1/Nightly (Honeycomb Wannabe Lockscreen & Dock included)
So Ive been modding my framework for a while now and just using adb to push but Ive gotten a couple requests for this mod that I finally decided to make a flashable zip. Decided to mod lockscreen to look a bit like the Honeycomb lock along with Honeycomb font on the Lockscreen Clock. Some Icons (sound, Vibrate & Cyanogen robot custom icon) had to be blanked out so if you try using the regular sliders and using some of the extra icons you might have a blank image but the slider still works.
The Main lockscreen is the Rotary Style lockscreen. You can change it under settings > Cyanogenmod settings > Lockscreen Settings > Lockscreen Style

Make sure to check off custom app option so you can enable the drag down to unlock option.

I couldnt get Lense Lockscreen right as the time kept creeping up. I will keep looking but I think its somewhere in the xlm or jar so hopefully someone that knows more can help with that later.
Warning: This will replace your Framework-res.apk so any existing mods might be lost. I Tested on my Evo and a Friends evo and both flashes went without a hitch but jut in case make sure to always Nand backup prior to flashing..

Doubt it, this uses CM7 RC1 Framework apk. Ill work on a Metamorph version for other versions. Prolly work on it during my lunch break lol

This is only for Evo since it flashes the Evo Framework. If you want to flash on MT4g you can extract the images and create a Metamorph mod or if you send me your framework I can create one for you.
Just flashed it and it's working, thanks a lot man it makes the lockscreen look a lot nicer imo

To tell you the truth I havent even looked at that icon, I just got it from the system dump and saved it with the others. Ill take a look, chances are that it has some sort of non transparent border. I'll take a look at it later and let you know.

Vanilla Clock Thanks to FLIPZ, This Theme has some replacement apps in it for the theming but dont worry its all new updated apps Such as Gmail,Sprint VVm & Google Search Box. I used the Notification Bar Icons from Calkulin Thanks to him for those.
I'm currently running MYN OTA Release as my base meaning im using its framework from that rom so hopefully it is compatible with other devs roms.
NOTE: IF YOU LIKE THE THEMING THAT OTHER DEVS HAVE ON THERE ROMS THIS WILL REPLACE WHATEVER WAS ON THAT ROM

I really love this theme. Is there any way to have the regular battery meter? what do I need to change for mine not to show the battery #% I use the cleanbattery theme through Metamorph and I cant use it with this theme. Any ideas?

The lockscreen is Flipz from his first Evo Release I just found the sliding tabs from another theme and took the icon tabs from the Droid X dump awhile back
also with this resources.apk it disables the menu button from unlocking the lockscreen

The battery % is .png icons in the framework-res.apk in system/framework folders

I don't know what happen but yesterday I had like 4 to 5 pages and a extra link to the theme without the battery% but now all I'm seeing is 2 pages not sure what's going on or what happen but I have so far 70 downloads so far on this theme

I did not make this MM for skyraider i just pulled it from post 2 from ihtfp69 thread he made
NOTE: These are MM themes that can be used in conjunction with the button mappings. They are not exclusive of each other. Thanks to deficitism (brucekey) for help with this mod.

I don't mind the MM theme at all. I've been recovering after a knee surgery and getting back to the swing of working again. I realize I haven't updated things in a while, but I am working on something big!

Tried installing this theme on top of the incredible revolution theme for virtuous and android system kept force closing, should I just install this on virtuous by itself? I like the look of this theme more than the one for virtuous...

Awesome work theme works perfectly on Skyraider 3.3! This is just what I was looking for. Is it possible to flash the multi colored circle battery over this or is it going to cause problems since its not designed for the new framework?

I'm a big fan of the black/red color combo on this phone, so I'm loving it so far, but I've got a few questions:
FIrst of all, my fonts don't look like the ones in the screenshot. Should they, or is this a separate mod? I want that thin and sexy font!
Highlights ("pressed state" for buttons or clickable items) are red everywhere except for the following:
The rosie bar: the "pressed" state of any of the 3 buttons is green, not red
Apps in the app drawer
The stock gallery album list--pressed state when selecting an album is green
The recent apps section of the pulldown bar
There may very well be other places, but I haven't explored much further than this since installing this theme
What lockscreen is that in the screenshot, and how do I get it?

You can find the font (as well as some great looking widgets, backgrounds, and other things) in the original thread for the theme here.
I originally had another package to install the apps from the /system/app/ directory of SoCalMiles's installer, but I removed it because Skyraider 3.3 has updated versions of the apps. If you want to install them you can find it here, it may fix the remaining green in the apps. Install it through recovery or rom manager.
You can get the lockscreen by renaming HtcLockscreen.apk to Htclockscreen.apk.bak, or simply removing it altogether. You can find it in /system/app/

I need some serious help! I cannot edit com.htc.resources.api at all, I've tried pushing it thru adv, I've tried metamorph, I've tried everything! Does anyone hav a solution to this? Whenever I do edit the apk, my phone restarts and turns on halfway, then stops at random moments on the boot animation. :IAmAboutToKillMyPhone:

For some reason only certain elements worked. The status bar is red, but the lockscreen sliders are not. I was running frost and it seems some of the new elements didn't overwrite the other theme that was already installed.

The clock in the taskbar being red would be in the services.jar. if that file isn't in the theme you will keep the color you had

Well you guys did better than me; mine wouldn't even BOOT. I flashed CM 6.1 in CWM and then immediately put the theme over it, not sure if that had anything to do with it or not...also, does the data fix work? I stayed up until 3 this morning trying to get 6.1 to boot AND restore my apps (3rd time through it booted, but I didn't have the GApps package so I had to go BACK to MIUI, download the GApps, then reflash). Frustrating night.

That's really odd. Try wiping and reflashing.
As far as the clock in the statusbar, does CM for the Incredible have the options to change those colors? I didn't bother changing any of that in the theme since you can change the clock/date stuff in the status bar in CM settings on the Evo.

Try this: Wipe, flash CM, let your phone boot and sync, then go back into recovery and flash the theme.

Exact same thing here. This is coming from a full wipe and clean install of CM. I'm really eager to get this to work!

CyanogenMod settings - Input settings - Check "Phone and Messaging". And you can also set your messaging tab application. If you use a third party messaging app like Handcent.

Since I didn't see a thread for add-ons to Aamikam's ReEngineered Sense ROM, I decided to go ahead and create one. I can handle the requests for tweaks to a lot of the stuff Aamikam puts out so he doesn't have to do it all himself. If I don't have it posted and you'd like to have it. Just let me know and I'll do my best to get it created for you.

Rotary Flashing Instructions:
You have to flash your respective theme's rotary mod from Mik's thread first, then flash my mod on top of that to achieve the desired results.
Order to Flash:
1) Flat Black/White/Default Theme MikFroYo Rotary (located HERE)
2) Whatever version of my mod you want (ie, super circle rotary, gingerbread rotary, etc..)
Make sure you are wiping dalvik cache and cache when flashing these or you may get bootloops.

This is great. I asked Mik to see if he could put the little androidrobot on the bottom of the notifications pull down screen. i believe someone else also asked for this. Would be great if you could pull it off... Thank you for your work/time...
Sweet! i have been wanting to flash a theme for mikfroyo... stock has gotten rather boring for my liking. Is there anyway you can make them have a 3 column app drawer i like it being less cluttered!

Are are using the Black themed or Stock version?
I will have to work on this tonight (currently @ work). Shouldn't be overly difficult.
I'm really liking the all black theme w/ transparent overlays. what he did w/ gmail is perfect. I'm outdoors all the time and this setup is perfect for me visually. was wondering if the same can be done for reg email and messaging app.

There is a no clock MOD for stock v3.70 ROMs I made HERE.
Any chance you can do a vanilla lockscreen for 4.2 beta 2 that doesnt have the alarm clock issues?
The AOSP lockscreen just requires that the alarm be set using the AOSP clock. I can make a .zip that has that version n gives u the lockscreen.

is there a difference between the two files other than size?
this is for skyraider 3.5 sense, and will delete your theme as it edits framework-res.apk/com.htc.resources.apk, Rosie.apk

No problem here though I like the new look especially the lockscreen as opposed to the original Skyraider 3.5 lockscreen. Here are two screen shots in case any body wants to know how it looks.

yea I'll see what I can work together right now, I never went that direction cos I know the main point of Athena was the white status bar and changing that is kinda no point just run sense, but I can see if your not like me, and don't like sense you will want it, so Ill get to themeing.
and unlike this mod it will be based off the actual Athena framework, this file posted was just taken from my theme I run.

I'm not sure what you mean, but I think you are asking about the toggles, they will be fine I believe. Always do a nandroid just incase you want to go back, OR adb pull your framework-res.apk and com.htc.resources.apk BEFORE flashing the theme. and if you don't like it, put the pulled .apks in place of the ones in my theme and flash that to get back to before.

Also, I noticed that applying the Gingerbread status icons, it doesn't break my rotary lock screen! (applied by the terminal command "rotaryunlock" in Skyraider Sense 3.5)
Im really glad the percentage number for my battery is gone. I was always staring at it. I feel more relaxed now lol
